      I have been receiving several calls from Fairstone, since the very first month asking for payment even after the payment is made through auto pay. According to them the payment is always 1 -2 days late each and every month. I changed my auto pay to an earlier day which was a week before and this month I was charged 5 times on Jan 06 (auto pay date) then 3 times on Jan 09 & Jan 10 (1 time). I have also been receiving multiple letters through ************** that my account is overdue. After speaking with customer service, they do not want to understand or accept their mistakes, even after showing the proof, at the end they say but our system shows that you haven't paid. They seem to be ignorant of the fact that it could take a few days to reflect the auto payments in their system (maybe). It's just ******** on how they handle good clients. I understand if someone hasn't paid and if they call you, that's different but for good customers who pay, they still call them immediately on the next date after due date. I think they need to overhaul their system before calling a customer. I am totally ********* with the way they are handling their account. I never take anything on loan & this was the first time when I bought the laptop from *******, the ******* employee said there is no credit check nor anything will show on your credit report, it's just something ******* offers to good customers. I got fooled into their talk *** ******. Now I am regretting why I took it.

      I borrow money last June 2022 in Fairstone ************************** office . The problem started when Fairstone office started to call me and accused me of not paying the "FIRST PAYMENT". I know for the fact the the payment went through because I could see in my bank statement. I even went 2x to ******* to get the hard copy which Fairstone requested as proof ( I emailed them and they received it). TD **** told me that the money was taken already in my account but Fairstone still harrassing me and calling almost everyday (i have their call history) insisting they have not received it yet. This person event told me "are you trying to **** us" on her first call to me. She even called my mother one time, but *************** what's happening and when she started to ask question this person now insist that my mother is not authorize to talk on my behalf (but why she called my mother to tell her that I missed one payment?). Then she called ( this is the same person always calling) my work place in which my co-workers would testify that they got annoyed already by this person keep calling. It's plain *********** by Fairstone. From July 2022 to January 2023 ($711.73/monthly), I never missed a payment but she still calling me because of this "First Payment" they have not received and they want me to do something with this. They are blaming me for something I do not have control, how can I do something if the money was already taken in my bank by Fairstone and she keep insisting they never received it. I really want to pay the full amount already but they are holding me back because I need to settle the "First Payment". I really do not like that this lady person always calling me, it's not normal and it's ***********. I hope somebody in Fairstone other than this office would help me settle this and look at how you do business with your clients.

      Called Fairstone to fixed my plans they messed up. I paid my purchase plans as they come due but **************** to the one that is not yet due and charging me interest on the plan that is supposed to have been paid. Called 2 x before and those reps I talked to told me that it has been fixed but as of today it is not. This is the 3rd time I called and this guy do not understand what I am saying, he told me to go over my transaction history but when I started to match my payments against my plans, he said he will ask a manager to call me back. My goodness these guys are just saying yes and yes but in reality the dont understand what you are saying and not doing anything to correct the errors. I even offered to email him my spreadheet so he can understand better but he refused. I hope the manager who will call me has a better understanding. In addition, this Rep told me he cannot hear me because reception is bad but I can hear so many people in the background talking very loud. This is so frustrating. I will give them a No Sar* rating if theres an option.

      Fairstone wasn't honest when going though my loan application, I asked for a $7500 loan and they tacked on the insurance premium for $3000 on-top of my initial loan even though I said I didn't want the insurance. When I went to pay off the loan they tried to charge interest that they weren't entitled to and they tried to ***** me into paying that extra interest. * ********* ** **** **** **** ***** ******* Lack of information and zero clearity and the employees *** **** **** *** *********** *** **** seem to have little to no training or knowledge in customer service and in ******************** servicing. ****** *** **** ** pay more than double what you signed for * ******* *** ** ********* **** **** *** **** *** *********

      I have been receiving multiple letters from Fairstone through the mail with my personal information and I have never once sought a loan or financial assistance from this company. I have called their number on the letter to be removed from the contact list to no avail. The first representative of the company had informed me that it could take a few months as they post date their mailing list, well, 8 months later and the regular letters are still flooding my mailbox. This payday loan business is nothing but a bunch of crooks and have absolutely no respect for people or their privacy. I stated to the first representative that they had no business with my information and politely requested that they removed me from the contact list, today I spoke with a second representative and almost word for word the same statement was made to me. I'm quite sure they will continue with the harassment

The list vendors receive the individuals consent to share the names and addresses with third party companies like us.The reason it takes 6-8 weeks to stop receiving mail is because our mail is generated that many weeks before you receive it and unfortunately it cannot be intercepted once it has been produced. However after 8 weeks, if you haven't stopped receiving mail, there must have been a discrepancy between the information provided, and the mailing address as it appears on the mail you've received. This would mean the wrong individual, or perhaps no individual was removed from our lists. The information must match exactly.       Make sure to read your contract because they won't give you any chances.I would not recommend Fairstone. This is my experience with them.I purchased a $600 item from ******* and since I used their ********** equal payment program before I decided to give Fairstone a try. I thought that since it's equal payments for 12 months it would give me some breathing room financially. About 2-3 weeks after the purchase I noticed a charge of $35 on my Fairstone account. After some reading it wasn't clear what it was. I paid off the total except the fee and I called support. I asked why I was charged a fee. They mentioned it was an annual fee for having an account with them and that it's standard for ****** users. I said that I wasn't told there would be a fee and to please waive it and close the account as I had already paid the balance. After checking the agent said that it is against policy to waive the fee since the account has been used. I asked again to please waive it because if I had known I would not have opened the account. The agent said that there was nothing they could do. I reluctantly paid the fee.Although support was professional the whole experience left a bad taste. Felt like I was tricked into paying a fee. This wouldn't happen if staff at ******* were trained to inform customers that there is an automatic $35 fee for opening an account with Fairstone.       Called Fairstone this morning Dec 26th2022 to help financing an IPAD through BestBuy . They said I am approved for 10k already but I must go to best buy personally to place an order "can't do it online " and then I can call back later to update my address . Went to bestbuy and wasted 2 hours chatting with best buy associates to select the right device then I waited in a long line up for my turn . Finally got to customer service desk . Fast forward , they could not place the order since the current home address is different than what's in Fairstonme system. Left bestbuy disappointed and called Fairstone .They said they have no means to verify my identity "after they have asked me all security questions " and I must go to bestbuy and present 3 pieces of ID and a copy of an old utility bill with the old address and have BestBuy customer service call them " Noting that bestbuy associate did not even attempt to call Fairstone while I was still at the counter waiting " . So, i decided not to buy the ipad from bestbuy and never ask for finance from Fairstone . Fairstone need to talk to BestBuy and coordinate their processes instead of wasting peoples time and expecting customers to do the running around if they want people to do business with them .

      I have purchased a Lapton on Nov 17th in BestBuy using Fairstone and on Dec 12th I have returned because of performance issue and Best buy have cancelled the plan. But the Credit has not gone to my Fairstone Credit even after 7 Business days. When i called fairstone they asked me to go to Best buy and show the receipt and see what happened. When I went there Best buy checked my receipt and they say The Plan number, Card number and AUTH number everything looks good it should have been credited by Fairs tone immediately and they are not sure why it wasn't done. Again I spoke with Fairstone and they are they didn't get it. Fairstone is trying to cheat the people by not crediting the funds back when it comes from the store and their customer care reps are very worst in addressing Customers questions. Am not sure how these kind of financial organizations are Approved in ******

      I have Contacted Fairstone multiple times and still Fairstone people are asking to go to Best buy storfe which is even not fair. I went to store multiple times and the Store have mentioned everything has been processed correctly from their end and its the problem with Fairstone not Best buy. Still am waiting on the Credit without knowing what is hapeening which is more frustrating and very very *********** on Fairstone. Their ******** care people are rude and they dont care for their customers and they call them as ******** Service.

      I requested to differ a payment. They agreed and added the deferred monthly payment to the end of my term. However they still took the payment from my account. And still added an extra payment at the end! Very shady but a great money scam.
