      I ordered the product, followed the very little instructions given & it does not work. I’ve tried at least 10 times. This is a scale @ is supposed to scan several things in your body besides just weight. It will not even make 1 scan-it starts to scan but then stops with same failed message every time. It is impossible to reach someone via chat or email support which is all they offer. It’s over $200 purchase & I want a refund.

      ********* I purchased in February and it took 2-3 weeks to arrive (I followed up several times) although promised to be here in 2 days. The product DOESN'T work. It simply shows an error code and is made very cheaply. I had to pay to ship it back!! I emailed them trying to get my money back once I saw it was delivered to their warehouse.       I ordered this product on February 23, 2025. Shipping took two weeks longer than they said it would. It was delivered on March 12, 2025. The entire time I’ve had the product I’ve received inconsistent readings that would be physiologically impossible to actually be happening in my body. Based on an in-depth statistical review of the data, it’s likely the exact opposite things were happening in my body. When I presented this evidence to a **** support person, they told me to look at the trends, not the day to day readings. I explained to them the trends seem extremely unreliable. They asked to download all my data and analyze it, a request I granted, and then they went radio silent. If I wanted to return the scale, I would have to pay shipping myself. The only way anyone from their company will respond to me is if I badmouth their product on the heavy social media presence that they have. I understand they are not BBB accredited, and do not respond to these complaints. However, it was advised that I formalize this complaint before escalating to a ***** complaint with the FTC.

      On March 6, 2025 I ordered a **** ****** **** *** scale it was delivered and I used it for five days when I realized it was not recording information properly and the scale measurements are also not accurate. I started a live chat and did not get a response so the next day I sent an email with my order number requesting a return authorization, later that day they sent an email saying they received my email request and they would get back to me as soon as they could, because they were busy. Two days later I received an email asking for my order number and or my billing address and name, I responded saying I gave you my order number in the email that I requested my return, so I provided them the order number again with my name and address. I still have not received a reply and this email was sent to them on Sunday march 23 in the morning.       **** health scale arrived broken. Customer service is pathetic. No phone number only email and a stupid live chat bot that doesn’t answer. Consistently showing ERROR 10.

      On 02/07/2025 I bought a **** Health Body Pod Scale for $194.65. Tracking showed it was shipped 02/11/2025 and estimated delivery was 02/18/2025. I checked the tracking and it was in my state on 02/16 but shipped back to the East coast on 2/17. I contacted the company and they said it was in transit and delayed. The item continued to bounce around coast to coast, I contacted them via email 6 times over 3 weeks stating there has been 37 tracking updates and no item. The last contact I stated I wanted a new item sent or I would report to my credit company and my email was returned. They also don't have a customer service phone number.

      I purchased a **** Health Body Scale as part of an after Thanksgiving sale. It took several weeks to arrive. When I used the scale the body fat percentage was double that shown by an ****** scan. My dietician recommended I return the scale as defective. I requested the return within the company policy. The company insisted I troubleshoot the scale and provide them with my personal data (weight, body fat percentage, age, height, etc.). When it was clear they would not accept the return without, I provided this information. They replied that the scale was fine and I had not taken the measurements at the same time under the same conditions ** *** * * ** * ********** ********** * **** ***** ******). When I told them that they insisted I send my ****** scan results and that if I did they would mark the item defective and not require a return. Unhappily, I provided two ****** scan results I had taken monthly two months in a row before receiving their product. They then replied that they needed more information about the app and other conditions of the software to determine the item defective. The only other option I was ever provided throughout these months of back and forth communication was for me to PAY return shipping to send back the scale so they could analyze it. I insisted I should not have to pay return shipping for a defective product, which was confirmed by my HIPPA protected data which they insisted I supply and by my dietician who has records of all of my food logs and exercise loga for the three months (two month ****** scans and the third month **** scale). She stated it is physically impossible for the readings to be correct and that no matter what I ate or did it was not physically possible to obtain those results in one month especially with the monthly repeated ****** scans. I should be given a full refund and the company should receive a downgrade for lack of customer service and poor product quality.

      Date of purchase was 12/31/2024 and received on 01/04/2024.
      The amount of the item which is called Hume health body pod is 252.00 dollars.
      I sent an email to return it on 01/10/2025,got replied on 01/12/2025 asking me about the product info/details and reason.I replied everything they needed from me.
      They replied asking me my reason for the second time why i am returning it,egnoring my request to send the details on how to return it.I emailed them again telling them that i gave them the date which i want their reply and if not i will file a complaint against them for delaying the return details which i am worried it might not be returned before their 30 day return policy.Until now 01/22/2025 i am still waiting for their response.By the way, they do not have public phone number for customer service to call.There is no way to contact them than only thru emails.

      Order ************ paid to Cubert, inc. on 12.01.24 for The *** Scale. No confirmation email with order number ever received. I have had to contact them based solely on a tracking number.Company promises a 60 day money back guarantee. I have attached email correspondence I started in order to initiate a return. As soon as I shipped back the scale suddenly my email inquiries began to be rejected. I have tried reaching out to them through social media with no response. I paid them $183 plus 28.31 In return shipping when It should have been free. I am looking for cost of item plus my shipping back at this time. Thank you for any help you can provide.       Transaction date: Dec 27.
      I ordered a scaled that has had the status of “out for delivery” for 6 days now. My order is no where to be found. When I messaged customer service (they are no longer responding), they gave me tracking info that says the scale was delivered in a different state, although the status still says “out for delivery.” I am trying to request a refund. ****** ****** *** ** ************** **** *** ******** ********* Thank you
