I ordered a scale from this company last September. After multiple emails from them about shipping delays, I asked for a refund. Ordered the Dara BMI Smart Scale, online, October 09, 2021. Order number SHFTUS#******. After scale had not shipped weeks after the transaction, I contacted the company and was told there was a shipping delay but the scale would soon be shipped. I accepted that response. After waiting for months with the scale not shipping and no updated information from FitTrack I requested a cancellation on February 8, 2022.
I have communicated by email (as they do not provide a phone number) with this company many times but they still have failed to refund me the monies paid to them. My last communication was today through their CHAT system with still no reconciliation and still with them saying the same thing...they are doing there best to resolve this as soon as possible... 8 month later!!!Initial Complaint

On November 28, 2021 I ordered a FitTrack scale. It was said to take 6 weeks. Expected delivery January 10, 2022. When it still did not show, I emailed the company on January 23 giving them plenty of time to deliver the product. I received an email back on January 25 stating it would be pushed to around March 4. I still did not receive the product and again emailed, this time on April 26. On April 27 the company responded back stating if I would consider not canceling the order and give it another 4-6 weeks then they would issue 10% back. I said ok on May 7 to the 10% refund and waited again. On June 15 I emailed them again to ask for a full refund because the 10% refund was never issued and I still had not seen the scale. On June 16th I had an email stating the order was canceled and the refund would take 7-14 business days. On July 1st, I still had not received a refund so I emailed again. They said not to worry that they were doing their best to issue a refund. I emailed for the last time on July 22 because I still have not seen the refund of $63.78. On July 22 they emailed back stating they have not received a response back from their finance team in regard to the refund.Initial Complaint

I ordered a scale on 9/15/21.
After that I got numerous emails that due to the shipping delays the scale would be delayed. Even after I was in the window of shipping nothing.
I contacted them constantly. I have email after email.
Finally I cancelled the order on June 12. I waited the required 10 business days and still have not gotten a refund. Everytime I reach out they keep saying it's coming. It's now been 10m since I started this and no scale and no refund.Initial Complaint

This company sells smart scales. I purchased one in October of 2021 and was told it will arrive in 3-4 weeks. Months go by and I never received my scale. I was told once that it had been delayed. When I followed up with them, first of MANY times, they told me that due to an over expected number of orders placed that everything had been pushed back and that it would be 4-6 weeks until I receive it.
Fast forwards to that time window and still no scale or update from them so I had to reach out AGAIN and ask. I was told the same thing, over, and over again. They offered to either A cancel my order and get a refund or B get 10% back and still keep my order. I chose option B at first because I did still want my scale that I had ordered.
Weeks continue to go by and I continue to ask for updates and every time I was told 3-4 weeks, 3-4 weeks etc. etc.
Finally I had enough and told them to cancel my order and give me my refund. Keep in mind I NEVER received my 10% refund from my initial choice of option B. They asked for my ****** (even though they have my card I used to pay on file) so I gave them my ****** name (did not give any login for it and they did not ask for this when I chose the 10% refund either). They said it would take 10-14 business days to process.
Fast forward almost an entire month and I still have not been given my refund and I have continued to be the one who is reaching out for updates rather then they reaching out to me for updates they have.Initial Complaint

I placed an order for 2 sets of Dara scales in November 2021. I understand supply chain constraints, etc. I have consistently requested updates, and also consistently told they are behind. Finally, I requested a refund in June 2022. Still nothing.

In October of 2021, I ordered and paid for a scale from Fittrack. The initial delivery date was around 3 weeks. It was then pushed back to a month, then 2, and the. 3. I asked for a refund in January. It's nearly August and I have yet to receive my refund. It was $65.00.

This order was placed in November. After 5 months of no product, I requested a refund. They apparently issued a refund 2 months ago and it's "on my bank now". Confirmed with the bank a refund is still not showing. This company is a complete ***** and looking online, they have had so many complaints of this exact situation.Initial Complaint

Here is the information I can give.....The date of the transaction is September 30, 2021. The amount of the transaction is $85.86. They sold me a product, a Dara Fit Scale, and never delivered the product. The nature of the dispute is the product was never delivered nor was a refund given. I have written several emails and received a response, however, they made a promise for a partial refund in March/April. The partial refund was never received. In early July I asked to cancel the order and receive a full refund and it has not yet been "approved" when told it would take 10-14 days. So with the above statements i have tried to solve the issue with them and have copies of the messages between myself and this company to no avail. I do not have the order tracking number but they look it up by my full name: ****** *****; my email address: **********@*****.com; and my address which is *** * **** *** ************* ***** *****. I originally placed my order in November 2021. After several months of delays and lack of accurate responsiveness regarding the status of my order, I requested a refund. The company notified me that they were unable to provide a refund on my credit card due to how much time passed and I needed to provide a friend's ****** account. I reluctantly did and have still not received my refund. The first two times I reached out regarding this they stated 7-14 business days. On the third contact, they stated their refund processing system has gone down and they cannot process a refund and cannot provide any estimated timeline on receiving a refund. It has been over 8 months since this order was placed and I have never received either the product I originally ordered nor a refund. They have yet to do or provide anything within their estimated time frames and have now said they have no idea how long it will take to resolve the issue.
