      I ordered the Beebo Family Smart scale on September 23, 2021 from FitTrack for $70.13. The shipping date kept getting pushed back. I was updated with the changes of shipping until April 8th, that is when communication stop. I emailed them in May asking for an updated timeline which they did not provide. On June 21 I requested a refund for the product. They canceled my order and have yet to refund me. At first they said they were waiting on their finance team however it is now August and I have yet to be refunded. I am feeling very taken advantage of and *******. I would like my money back and need your help please. Thank you

      Item to be delivered 1/10/2022
      Item was never shipped. I emailed in Jan 2022 about shipping details. I was told item would ship in March. Item never shipped. In May 2022, I asked to cancel the order and for a refund. 5/26/22 I was told via email the order was cancelled and I would receive a refund in 14 days. No refund received. Below is the last email I received. As of 8/3/2022 still no refund

      On 11/29/21 I placed an order with this company for two for their smart scales and still have not received my order. They give no answers or updates when contacting. Asked to cancel my order after waiting for months with no product received which they did, however now they say they are unable to provide me with a refund at this time and they will eventually do so but they have no idea when.

      I placed an order with this company October 2021. I have not received my product. I've contacted them several times and was told that there was a delay in shipment and the timeline for delivery kept being pushed back. I asked for a refund on 7/27/22 and they claimed they refunded my money to my account. As of todays date 8/2/22They haven't. They now gave me the excuse that my bank wouldn't accept the refund. More excuses.

      I purchased a scale in November 23,2021. I never received the scale.I contacted to enquire about delays and they offered me 10% discount to be patient. I asked for a refund March 2, 2022 when still no product. I have been following up monthly and they always reply politely and professionally but never provide an expected date of refund. I now see many others have similar complaints and I'm contacting you for support in getting my refund but also to provide awareness around this company's integrity.

      Ordered the Dara BMI Smart Scale, online, October 09, 2021. Order number SHFTUS#******. After scale had not shipped weeks after the transaction, I contacted the company and was told there was a shipping delay but the scale would soon be shipped. I accepted that response. After waiting for months with the scale not shipping and no updated information from FitTrack I requested a cancellation on February 8, 2022.
      I have communicated by email (as they do not provide a phone number) with this company many times but they still have failed to refund me the monies paid to them. My last communication was today through their CHAT system with still no reconciliation and still with them saying the same thing...they are doing there best to resolve this as soon as possible... 8 month later!!!

      I placed an order for a Dara scale from FitTrack December 14, 2021 in the amount of $67.96, Order ****** #******. They charged my debit card $68.64. I was originally given a delivery date of January 31, 2022. Once that date passed I was given a delivery date of May 3, 2022. Once that date passed I was only consistently given a time frame of 4-6 weeks. I finally had to reside to cancelling my order June 22, 2022. They refused to refund my debit card and forced me to set up a ****** account in order to receive my refund. They will only refund the $67.96 and not the $68.64 they charged me. I was told that I would receive my refund in 7-14 business days. That time frame has lapsed without me receiving my refund. Upon follow up July 28, 2022 they will not provide me with an expected date for my refund and have stopped responding to emails. I am consistently told to be patient and they understand yet they are holding my money hostage.

      I placed a pre-order on November 13, 2021 for a smart scale (amount of $74.42). I started communicating with them in February to check on my order. They said they received a large number of orders and were trying to fill them and I would have the product on March 19th. After not receiving it, I started to get suspicious and after reading multiple comments online, I see that others paid for a product and didn't receive it either. I then asked for a refund, and the company has said they are backlogged and are trying to get refunds issued. Their response, "As of now, we haven't gotten any response from our Finance team regarding the status of the refund." This is their response every time I ask for an update, and it's now been 8 months. They need to give us back our money, and be put out of business! They have stolen money, knowing that they were never going to sell us the item.

      I ordered a scale from this company last September. After multiple emails from them about shipping delays, I asked for a refund. Since late last year, every email from them "assures" me it is processing, and twice (about four months apart) they said their "processing gateway" had been down, and just returned to normal functions. * **** **** ***** ********** ** ***** ******** **** **** **** *** ******** ** ***** ****** ** ***** * ******* *** ** *** ******** ********* ****** *** **** ****** **** **. FitTrack will not provide a phone number for me to speak to a live person.
