    They will charged you twice like even you didnt recieved yet the next box meal, they will charged you already. Funny and not helping totally ! And the veges are not fresh like i expected.  * ********* ** * *** ***** ** **** ** **** *** ******* * * ***** *** ****** **** ** ********* ** ** ******* *** ** *******

    **** ******* ** * ****** I was on ` ******* ` website and the site directed me to Hello Fresh for a promotion whatever. I check the meals and saw it was still now worth it and I did not approve any subscriptions but because my credit care was on ` *******` it automatically charged me even I cancell the sign up just right after. The next thing I know two day after they left me a box with meat inside and I was a work, no phone call nothing before delivery. When I get back home the box was melting in the sun with all the meat stale. When I called the company they said I should have verified my email and call them to make sure that my card was not activated on their website or meal was ordered.

    TERRIBLE Service. I cancelled my account 5 minutes after opening it and they still sent an order 7 days later and charged me. They said I had to separately cancel the order in addition to cancelling my account. No refund. I have meals I don't even like and they were totally dismissive when I called. **** ******

    In opened an account and didn't like the selection so i cancelled 5 mins after opening an account. They make you enter credit card info before even getting into the site too look around. I didn't not order anything and cancelled right away. I was charged 32.99$ a few days later. I was displeased. I called and they answered right away. I told them what happened and he explained what happened on their end. Said they had sent a package that comes with signing up but he could see that i had cancelled right away and Said i could keep the package and I would be reimbursed my money and not be charged anymore. I was pleased with the out come. It’s not a good move to take your credit information first before letting you really see whats included. Kind of ****** *** a waste of my time but they did resolve my problem.

    Same with other reviewers. I went to hello fresh website to check put their meals, but before you can view their meal you have to enter a credit card #. I didn't place any order and right away they charge .y credit card without my authorization. Someone need to look into this business. **** *** ********** **** ** ******

    I cant believe how common it is that they charge your card when you dont order! I just put items in the cart and only had an expired card on file and they charged it! I contacted them and told them and the reply is "too bad, we are a subscription service". So beware, they will charge an expired card and not even send a follow up email, so you are aware that they are sending meals, even though they were only in your cart. **** * ******** ********* ***** ******

    I received a free box from a friend and had to enter my banking information to cover the delivery fee (which is understandable). HelloFresh then continued to charge my account for random amounts of money, and when I called to have my card remove and discuss the charges they had signed me up for a weekly prescription and "were unable to refund me". I did not sign up for a monthly prescription and am now out over $100, ***** ** * *********** ****** ** * ***** ********

    I’ve been receiving meals for 2 months I canceled for a bit but they guaranteed I’d be able to order my own meals finally, but when I tried it just sent me to sign up again and pay again I’ve called many times to fix the problem and never got anywhere I’ve very frustrated because I can’t even get threw to cancel because a manager has to call you back within 5-10 business days I only receive the cheapest meals I’m a single mom of three and they don’t like half of the stuff we receive
