Approximately on or before December 20 2022 I ordered 4 sets of compression socks. One set was knee high and the remainder were low cut. The order was confirmed on December 24 2023 via email.Upon reviewing the confirmation email I noticed I had made a mistake and ordered the wrong size (ordered sm/med when I should have ordered L/XL) for the set of knee high compression socks. I immediately replied to the email as instructed, to inform them of my mistake and to please correct it before shipping. I received no reply. The remainder of the order was correct - 3 sets of low cut compression socks size L/XL
On January 19 2023 my order arrived. The knee high set of socks was the wrong size (sm/m) This is my fault as I ordered the wrong size. The other 3 sets of low cut were also the wrong size. They were also sm/m when they should have been L/XL.
I drafted a letter that day and sent it via email. I have sent approximately 10 further emails all asking to please reply and send me the correct size socks. I have even offered to pay the return shipping cost. I still have received no reply.Initial Complaint

I purchased an item online from my brush set.com and I keep getting junk mail after unsubscribing from them. Still haven’t received a hairstyling product. They sent an order #****** and a tracking number ************* and a link for *********** which I cannot locate. ** ***** **** **** *** ******** **, keep getting junk mail from other places and no product. I ordered 4 smart GPS watches online on 1/2/17 my ******** ******* card was charged $152.91 that same day. I did not receive an email with tracking or a confirmation number. I did however, receive an email from ****@*****************.com saying "Hey there! Thank you for ordering from our store. Here's some more fresh finds and favorites picked for you". So the company acknowledged that I have ordered from them but no receipt or tracking for the items I was charged for. Their phone number goes straight to an unidentifiable voicemail and their email response is that it takes 1-2 business days for a reply. Their shipping policy online says that it can take 48 hours to process and up to 10 business days for delivery. Today is 10 business days and I don't even have a tracking number let alone a package. I purchased a sweatshirt through this company on December 13th, 2022, order # *****. I received an email stating it shipped on December 15th, 2022 and could take 14-21 days. The tracking number provided was never valid so I haven't been able to track the progress and still have not received the item. I have attempted to email the company twice with no response; I tried calling the number listed but it went straight to a voicemail system. I just want to know where the item is or receive a refund. I purchased a sweatshirt for my daughter for Christmas off the website. I did take away some time to get to know. It’s just recently got to me a few days ago and it is nothing like a picture it is cheaply made, and not sure if the size much smaller, I have contacted the company repeatedly by email every day. I ordered 3 shirts from shirtsinstyle.com on 12/11/2022. I received a confirmation of my order and my card was charged. I received a notice that my shirts were shipped on 12/13/2022, that my order number was *****, and my tracking number was **************************. I emailed them repeatedly after that when it appeared from the tracking information that my shirts had not been picked up by ****. I have never heard back. My 3d hoodie was a wast of time ordering from them was the hoodie i ordered was a Christmas gift for my wife. Took the money right away and says it was shipped on the 19 of December through a company in Jamaica New York and the **** is still waiting on the package and its now January 6 and have no more tracking info and not reply to several emails i sent...the hoodie was 40$ and i paid for expedited shipping that was 30$ with a total of 70$ paid.....think they are **** and im out 70$ wich im fine with if that's the case but not fine with them having my credit card info.......
