      I bought these from a **** site known as Comfy Moccasin. They arrived 2 weeks ago. I ordered a size 12 American witch is a 45 in European. They sent a 44. I'd like a refund. They said send pictures, I did. I sent emails, text and phone calls. No response but a blanket text saying the same thing everytime! I want a refund! Nothing else came in the bag like a receipt. * **** *** ******* ** ** *** *******! Need your help. I'm not made of money. **** *** ******* **** **** ****** ** **** ******* I want answers from them and my Money! Thank you!

      I am writing to complain about the lack of action on our bed ***** *** *** *** **** *** *** repair, which is under warranty. It has been over two months since our initial request, and despite multiple calls and an in-person visit to your office, no progress has been made.
      As the bed is still under warranty, I request that you either complete the repair or return the bed as soon as possible.
      Please resolve this within the next week, or I will return the bed and change it.

      I bought dark green ***** sandals from comfymoccasin.com for $26.94 on 7/9/24. They sent light teal sandals. I asked for a refund because I did not want the incorrect color. After many weeks waiting for a refund that they promised, they said I could send back the sandals, paying for my own return shipping. I repeatedly asked for a prepaid return shipping label because it wasn’t buyers remorse, it was a seller mistake. They refused, and offered a refund of $3.59. At this point, they stated that I would’ve had to return the sandals within 30 days of receipt, however due to me waiting weeks for their promise of a refund, and the back and forth asking for a return shipping label, it is outside the return period. I would like a refund for the remaining amount because I did not order this color. I am still very willing to send them back with a prepaid shipping label.

      The company shipped me the wrong item, but requires me to pay the shipping to send the item back for a refund. The company however has recently moved their products to China and the shipping cost negates the refund I would receive. Company will not pay for shipping of item even though the mistake is theirs.

      On July 17, 2024 I ordered two pairs of shoes from Comfy Shoes. One pair was $22.50, and the other pair was @44.93. As of today 08/22/24, I have not received them. I have emailed the company numerous times at ***************************. They keep sending me a form letter from *********************************. Also I have called them a number of times, and they say to leave a message. No one returns the call. They have not even sent me a tracking number for my order.. They advertised their company on ********. Also they are still sending me text to order shoes.

      I ordered 3 pairs of crocs on June 8. I ordered them according to their chart size 15(m13/w15) and they were shipped out of China. I get them and they are all size 13(m11/w13) . I email them and after about a week. They respond and say they are going to send me the right size. By the middle of July, I write back and they get back to me at the end of July and say they never carried my size and offer me a 20% of my back. I write back and say I will take even 70% back just to recover some of my money now they want me to pay with my expense the crocs back and they will see what they will do from there. I wrote back and said if they would send me a prepaid shipping label I will send them back and I haven’t heard from them since

      On 4/20/2024 I purchased an embroidered sweater that said mama on the collar and Liam with a heart on the sleeve in the amount of $47.94. Immediately upon receiving the item, we noticed a quality issue with the embroidery. We have attempted to reach out to customer service and submitted photos however, the company has failed to respond with ample amount of time to do so.

      I placed an order on 5/13/24 for a personalized sweatshirt for Mother's Day. The order shipped on 5/18, and said it arrived in the US on 5/27. I have still yet to receive my order. I have an email thread with 28 different exchanges inquiring about the whereabouts of my order. I received nothing but generic copy and paste emails that provided no answer. They told me to check with my local ****, but never provided the **** tracking number. I only have the tracking number from China, which the **** won't accept. Also, there is no customer service phone number to call. Only and email address in which every response says I will get a response within 5-7 business days. All I'm trying to do is find out where my package is and they were EXTREMELY unprofessional and unresponsive

      On 1/21/2024 I placed an order on comfycargopants.com for what was advertised as "**** **** Tummy control butt lifting jeans". I have purchased this brand previously from other merchants and what I received from Shirts In Style was not a **** **** brand product. I believe this was falsely advertised as a brand. The merchandise I reviewed was of poor quality in the fabric and construction. I reached out tot he merchant requesting a return for full refund including my shopping costs and they refused to cover shipping costs. I then submitted a dispute with ******. The merchant asked me to remove my ****** dispute so they can keep their rating. This is very unprofessional. I then took the dispute to my credit card company. The funds were refunded to me and then changed back to me because the vendor responded that the merchandise was received as described. The merchandise I received was not "**** ****" brand or quality.
