      ******* *** **** ** *** ********* Cheap products and poor customer service!!! I ordered two pairs of jeans that they were leading you to believe were **** **** Jeans. When they arrived they were not. If they had been a quality product I would be happy to keep them. But I was not happy. They were so thin. They arrived without any shipping label I had to do several searches to find out how to return. They were requesting photos of the fit and the shipping slip (which was not in the bag with the jeans) and after review, they would get back to me. I emailed again stating there was no slip in the shipping bag. I also informed them I would be writing the BBB regarding the product and their return policy

      **** ******* ** * ******** ***** * ordered a dress and a cheap, tagless item arrived over a month later about 10 sizes too big (no exaggeration). They say they accept returns but they require a ton of information (photos of the item next to another dress the same size from a different company, etc.) and then you need to pay to send it back to China and hope it arrives before the return window expires. ** *** *** **** **** ********

      I wish I would have checked this place out a little more thoroughly. I did a little before I ordered. But not good enough. It would seem. I ordered a pair of **** **** jeans. These weren't even close. I looked at the size and flimsy material. I put them right back in the bag. I requested a refund numerous times. They give you a 30 day window to return from the day I ordered. That would be great except they arrived 1 week before the 30 day deadline. No receipt or tags came with the order. I sent an email requesting a refund and explained why I was returning the order. Right away I received a generated email on directions of how to return. It says to get a refund. I have to have a shipping form they will provide upon their response. They NEVER do!!! I have emailed them a couple times. same generated email is what I got each time. I knew right away. **** *** * **** *******.       Bought a sweater from this company that was cashmere and a month later a cheap, polyester imposter showed up. I immediately emailed to return it because their website claims they allow 30 day returns and offer a prepaid shipping label. The company responded letting me know that they don’t cover any shipping charges and in order to get a refund I would have to ship it back to the warehouse in China that it came from! ***** *** **** **** ******** It’s all cheap **** and they won’t work with you at all to resolve issues. They pretend to be from NY in USA but it’s a Chinese company. Luckily I paid via ****** and they protected me from this ********** *****.

      **** ********* They sent the order late and when it got here it was no longer needed. They refused to provide a free label saying that ‘just recently’ their US facility closed and I had to pay for a shipping to China. I disputed through the bank but the ******** **** to them saying that I never contacted them *** **** **** ******* ******* ** **.

      My experience with this company was terrible. Not only did it take 6 weeks to finally receive my order, but when if finally arrived it was a terrible fascimile of what I had actually ordered. Their products are fakes and not even well done fakes. They have been completely unhelpful despite my repeated attempts to cancel my order (when it was taking forever to arrive) and request a refund. Do not trust this company.

      ******** ***** Purchased a large shirt and what came was a shirt that was a small but labeled a large. Attempted to get a refund but they wouldn’t because I didn’t have the package slip. No package slip was ever included in my package. They said they would refund my item if I sent it back but had to pay for the return label. Their address said New York but it is actually located in China. The fabric and material of my shirt was very poor quality, nothing like the picture showed.

      ********* Took forever to receive and then I received the wrong size and wrong color of shoes. When I contacted them, they never responded for a return or refund.

      I ordered 3 items and none of them look like the photos of the items I thought I was ordering. The jeans I ordered have no label, do not feel like denim and the back pockets are so small and up soft high they look ridiculous. ** *** ***** **** **** ********

      * **** **** * ***** The order was late shipping. My return request has been ignored. I've now sent 4 emails to the only contact they provide ****@*************. There is an "easy return" button on the website which just directs customers to send an email. I meet all the return criteria so there should be no reason why I haven't received a response with a shipping label.
