      This company sells *********** materials. They are listed on their website as name brand and designer but arrive from China with no label.
      According to their policy, you are able to cancel your order if it has not shipped. I followed their process to cancel and received no response. I received the item and realized they were not as advertised and immediately started the return process. I was told that I have to pay to have the items shipped to China, however their business is listed in Buffalo, New York. I was also informed that I would be out any shipping costs I originally paid for. I’ve been in contact with the company and disputed the purchase through PayPal, however the company sends the exact same email every time. They are not willing to come to resolution.

      Ordered green *****. They sent blue. I complained and they stated that I could return them to China and pay for shipping myself in order to receive a refund. It would cost almost the price of the ***** to return them. ******** ********

      If they had -“0” I’d put that… DO NOT BUY… waste of hard earned money… quality is like cheap napkin material… their CS sends you the same email despite how many complaints you send them and are ignored to try to talk to a manager… horrible horrendous company… I have just started complaining about them and will continue complaining to all social medias and whomever will listen… they need to be accountable for stealing ppls money by sending low low cheap quality items. Nothing like the pictures.. they do not take responsibility for bad quality clothes and they want YOU to pay to return it… and to China ?? price… like it’s my fault they send crappy stuff and I have to pay to return it and they moved… BEWARE….dont do it… you’ll regret it!!!! They are Thieves!!!!!!

      Ordered a pair of *****; I was sent an email on a friday that it was out of stock 5 days later, with an alternative offered if it was acceptable; I replied to cancel the order on the following monday. They sent it anyway, arriving 4 days later. They will not take it back unless I pay shipping.
      ***** ***** **** ****, there's no one to take your phone call. A different 'American' named rep responds to your email. The package ships from China.

      **** ******* ** *** ** ***** **** ***** *** It begins with its checkout process. I was fooled into buying "expedited" shipping for about $15.00. I realized this during the checkout process, but found no way to cancel that "expedited" shipping. I put expedited in quotes because it still took three weeks for the three pairs of sneakers I bought to arrive. When they finally did, the sizes were completely wrong. Two of the pairs were wrong by at least one shoe size. The third was wrong by at least two-and-a-half shoes sizes!
      My attempts to get the situation corrected have been awful. While there is a telephone number posted on the company's Web site, it is never answered. I have been sending email back and forth with "customer service" for about two months. "Customer service" (not really, hence the quotes) first offered me a 20% discount on my next purchase after I returned the sneakers at my expense. I pointed out the the mistake was the company's, not mine, and that only fair resolution was for it to send me the correct products, and to have me ship back the incorrect products at the company's expense. I have exchanged at least two dozen emails with the company's "customer service" reps, which change frequently, and keep being offered solutions that would be unacceptable to any customer.

      I placed an Order for 2 sweaters on "My Comfy Blouse" on 7/1/2024 and today is 7/17/2024. I have contacted them 3 times and nobody is getting back to me. At this point, I have not received my items ordered. I come from a large defense law firm and afterwards, I have done some research on reviews of this company and most complaints are the same as mine. There are a lot of FRAUDULENT companies on ******. I would like to have a refund. However, again, Nobody is getting back to me.

      The outfit I ordered, THE CLASSY ELASTIC KNIT LOUNGE SET, did not work at all. The pants too short and the blouse sleeves too long. However the hassle to return the item is what prompted me to leave this review. A week of emails requesting me to provide a photo of the packing slip, then of the size tag, also request to use a measuring tape to show. After all that, I was told the company return warehouse is in China and it's a very costly shipping at the expense of the customer. Even with that they have not sent the return information. My latest email is warning me that items can not be returned after 30 days--but still no return label.
      On a side note, I ordered a short sleeve version of the same outfit from ******. It arrived and fit me perfectly. I mention this to say, I'm an average M size. MY COMFY set was just poorly made--weird cut.

      **** ** * ****. ***** ******* ** *** *** *** ***** **** ***** ******** ** ** **** ** **** *** **** ******** The crocs are presented in various colors and sizes, and the website seems legit. Several weeks later, you receive an item sent from China that you did not order (which was probably some surplus somewhere) and cannot use. When you try to email the "customer service" to return the item, your email gets bounced back. When you try to call the company it turns out their telephone number is not a legit customer service number. ** ***** ****** ****** **** ********  Meanwhile this ***** business got your credit card info. *****!
