      Horrible Customer Service. Item shipped in incorrect color. Instead of resolving quickly offering refund, photo requested on incorrect product. After three business days no return label has been provided.

      ****** * *** ******* ** an umbrella order. This company is using major tv networks to claim legitimacy on their website. I waited four weeks while the item that was supposed to arrive in one week was shipped from china--two umbrellas that are eight the colors nor the style I ordered arrived. In order to return in 30 days by their return policy, I am to not return them to the Los Angela address from whence they came, and not the Ontario Canada **** shell company, but China - -some dude in china. I am reporting them to every agency and tv network. I have also opened a claim through my method of payment. I would be very very concerned if I had used a credit card with them. **** ******** **** *** ******** ******

      I ordered some wings from this company, *** ** *** ***** ****** ** ** *******. The product pictures ******* ******* ********** in that, the item I received in no way matches the product described, nor shown in the photographs. I contacted this company, provided photos that clearly reveals how badly they misrepresented their product. In turn, they tap danced, and offered "canned" responses to my attempts to get a refund. Then, I came to learn that they wanted the product shipped back to China, which would pretty much match what I paid for the product. The requirements they put in place to return their product pretty much ensure that customers will not bother returning the product!

      Dealing with this company pretty much feels like you are dealing with a **** organization.
      Ordered Cross, took an insane amount of time to receive them, then when they arrived they were the wrong size. I've emailed them numerous times and they take a long time to respond. I have asked for a return shipping address many times but they still have yet to provide anything other than a statement that I have to pay to return the order they messed up on back to China.

      **** ** *** * ********** ******** Filed a dispute with ****** regarding their **** **** **** **** jeans. Never received email confirmation of order. No packing slip with order when the fake jeans arrived. I called the number provided by ****** and it went straight to voice mail. There was no return call. This is dragging out and my only hope to get my money back is that ****** upholds their policy to refund. Horrible experience.
