      I order #***** shipped October 26, 2023 per there email and 3 months later nothing has arrived. I lost count of how many emails I have sent and all I receive is the auto generated email. I attempted to call a phone number I found for them and it was a non working number. Today I found on BBB a phone number for them in NY and is always busy. “I wonder Why”.
      I did a CC dispute that is being investigated at this time.

      ******* ** * ***** They advertise real *****, and send you a knock-off ******* brand with small sizing and upside down Chinese lettering. Their customer service is not helpful. And their phone number is not connected. **** *****

      I ordered a pair of white comfy moccasins, size medium. I got a pair of black comfy moccasins, size large. I repeated efforts to get them to send me the correct order or to cancel my payment. They did neither. They responded with form letters that had nothing to do with my complaint. Then they gave me a set of complicated options, and complicated ways of returning the item. The package the item came in had no return address. I couldn't get satisfaction in any way from the so called business.

      First, **** ******* ** ****** ** ** ******** ******** *** their items ship from China directly, taking many weeks to arrive. Second, their email communications are horrible when you try to take them up on their 30 day return policy. I'm getting the run-around, I'm getting emails addressed to an unknown party regarding an entirely different matter, and what I am not getting is the return instructions I asked for within the 30 day period of receipt of item. **** ***** a nightmare to deal with them.

      Placed an order with them and the shoes looked very different than what was on the website. I’ve emailed them 4 times in 3 weeks and they do not respond to emails and the phone number they have is not a good number. This company does *** business and terrible customer service.

      ** * ***** **** **** ***** * ****** I purchased a pant/shirt set from My ***** ****** after seeing an ad from ******** Well shortly after ordering I realized it was a short length vs long. I literally called & emailed the company within 10 mins of ordering to have it changed but the phone # just kept ringing & by the time they emailed me back, the item had already shipped. Once it arrived & I emailed to return/exchange, it took about a week to get a response. The phone # is now out of ********************** they dont respond anymore. So they got $43 out of me for nothing. Do NOT purchase anything from this company.

      I paid extra for it to be embroidered and to say I wear my heart on my sleve. When I received it. It said MaMa. I tried calling and emailing SEVERAL times with no response. Will never buy again from them and DO NOT recommend!!!
