Hello, Received 2 notice # ******* & ******* * minutes apart. Mar 21st, went to pick up my aunt from the airport (first time coming to Canada) after she call me saying coming out. I went there to find her, but didn't she her so made round and stopped at curb to call her, she couldn't answer as her wifi not working where she was standing. I went to the airport to pick up my grandchildren on March 30, 2023.
I am 78 years old, I can drive but not navigating well at the airport and not good at walking. Driving from Peterborough is a long drive, the spot where I was wating looked safe to me. I did not see no parking sign and other cars was wating too.
Unfortunately the arriving of the plane and going through customs for my grandchildren take more than an hour. I received two parking violations ticket , Notice#*******, and ******* from INDIGO PARK. Today, I received a call from Indigo parking informing me that I had a parking ticket. The lady was nice, but this sounded like a ****. She walked me through online and told me I had a ticket. I asked her why I was not mailed provided with one. She said I was mailed one. I was not as only I have access to my mail.
She informed me that on November 20th, I illegally parked on private property and this ticket needs to be paid. I said it's not a ticket if I was on private property. It's illegal as I want to fight this in court. She said that's not an option.
I recall November 20th. I picked up ****** and ****** from the airport as they flew in from Mexico. I had parked at the *** ******* at Martin Grove and Dixie in etobicke while I wait for their arrival. ****** texted me that she had landed and I said I'm 10 mins away. Let me know when you get your bags. An hour go by and I am still at the ***'s.
Finally I get the text and go pick them up. I pull up to them. I put it in park, get out and open the truck. Load the bags and back in the car. This takes 45 seconds. I am not exaggerating 45 seconds.
I'm not sure how they even got that ticket. I'm not even convinced it's my car as the license plate is nor clearly visible. I was not handed a parking ticket nor was 1 on my windshield. It says that they handed me 1 or placed it on my windshield.
Then today I receive a parking ticket that I can't fight.
I want this to be dropped as I am terrified of it going to collections. A news report stated that is what they will do.Business Response

I am rejecting this response because:I have already spoken with them. I asked for the location of the ticket and they said at the toronot airport. I was not stopped long enough.
This reaponse does not help at all to deal with the situation.

I want to bring your attention to a notice I received from Indigo Park Notice #*******.
On Mar 22,2023 I went to the ******* airport to pick up a family member, My Bother living abroad was seriously ill and admitted in a local hospital at that time. While I was reaching close to the Airport I received a concerning international call about my brother's health complications and admission in ICU. Due to the stressfull situation at that time, I decided to park my vehicle on the side of the road at a safe place to attend that call and discuss things in detail. I stayed at that place for 5-10 mins. I'm certain that there was no sign on the road suggesting that it was a no-parking zone. The pictures I receive also show no sign or notice of illegal parking. Re Notice # ******* and Notice #******* - License ******* - On March 21, 2023 I drove to the airport to pick up my elderly parents (both in their mid-eighties). As I approached proximity to the airport, I began to feel ill (flu, nausea, dizzy spell). I pulled over to a safe shoulder area close to the arrivals terminal 1 as I did not feel well. I had to sit in my car for an hour until I felt better as I did not feel it was safe to drive. I was actually nauseous at the side of my vehicle and afterward felt ok enough to drive and proceeded with caution. I am hoping the company will consider my circumstance and re-evaluate. I went to airport to pick up my sister who was coming to Canada for the first time on December 21, 2022. I stayed next to my vehicle all the time and never for once parked and left the vehicle. I picked up my sister from the airport in less than a minute, but Indigo park gave me a ticket which not only arrived 3 months late but also is also not fair. I had my emergency lights on all the time. I was never told, stopped by Indigo valet or staff and clearly didn't park there for which I got a ticket. I am rejecting this response because: I reviewed the images and they are completely blur, I exactly remember I received a call from my sister telling me where the exact location is which I took for not more than 15 seconds. I just stopped and looked around for parking signs, and there weren't any signs around that spot. I took the call she told me and I left at no point did I stop at the location and park, this should be invalidated.

I recently received two noticed dated December 1/2022 from Indigo Park stating I was parked on the highway near ******* Airport and both notices are on the same day. Notice #******* Nov 12/2022 @ 3:06pm and Notice #******* Nov 12/2022 @2:46pm. I remember this day keenly as it is not that I was picking up someone at *******, I actually was not well and parked as I found this a safe space since other cars were there and had to spew as I was unwell. I was pregnant at the time and not doing well. I eventually made my way to hospital. This ticket is unfair and should be recanted.Business Response
