      My order # is ****** for an online order to purchase a frying pan on Nov 26, 2022 which was a Xmas gift. The website is cookstore.ca. I have never received the item nor do I have a tracking #. My ********** has already been charged, I have emailed them numerous times with no response. I tried calling and the recording says to email them and they will respond in 24 hours but never do. So I tried to call and select another option for a new order and am on hold and eventually get cut off. I was charged $142. Can you please help me ? I just want to know if I will receive this item or else I should be getting a refund. Thank you for your help.

      I ordered 3 pasta spoons from Cook Store, Windsor on November 30th. They charged my credit card on the same day (November 30, 2022). I have never received any update since then. I sent an email on December 19, no response. I called on December 21st. The only thing you can do by calling is listen to a message, repeated thrice, then it hangs up. I had to write Help in the object box. They said they would answer in 24 hrs. I sent a new message on December 21 with Help in the object. Still no response. I sent another email on December 23. And here we are. I have yet to even receive a message.

      On December 04, 2022 I made an online order (#******) in the amount of $110.62. The order is still Unfulfilled (current status on the website). However, they have taken the money from my credit card (Visa) on December 05, 2022 in the amount of $110.62. I have sent numerous emails and made a few phone calls (with long waiting and then hanging up).

      On December 06, 2022 I made another online order (#******), the order was delivered quickly. One of the items, ***** - 6.7" x 4.3" Ceramic Oval Baking Dish Cherry Red -, was broken inside the box. Again, I made numerous inquiries both by phones and emails with no responses.

      I would like BBB to act and ask them to contacting me to resolve the outstanding deficiencies. For order #******, I would rather them sending me the goods, instead of refunding as I do need them. For order #******, I would like them to replace the broken piece, or if running out, just refund that item.

      I have attached the 2 invoices, my redacted credit card statement and my Cook Store account statement.

      I love the store and their merchandise. I just wish they can improve their customer service and answer customers' concerns/issues.

      Order # ****** - ***** 17” iron skillet paid on September 30th, $173.24.
      After waiting about a month and haven’t received the item I emailed them and they replied that they were out of stock and offered a refund of $10.00. I contacted them via email several time after that and was told that they were still waiting for the item from supplier. In mid-December I emailed several time enquiring about ETA but I haven’t received any response, I tried calling them but they are not answering my calls.

      I ordered some cooking container/tool from this company website on Oct 24.The amount of order is CAD$119.75 and this money was taken out of my credit card right away. I sent enquiry on Nov 7 and was told they are waiting for items.On Nov 16, I sent email to ask again and got the same answer and was told to be ship in the end of Nov.
      But until Dec5, I didn't get any notice for the shipment and I asked them again via email. But this time I didn't get any answer although I sent email for shipment or refund on Dec 5/8/12 several time.
      I need help here for the money I lost.

      Hi There,

      I ordered two ***** **** Knives online (Order # 197039) from Cook Store on Dec 02, 2022, and paid $101.98 using my credit card. I haven't received the goods yet, and my credit card was also promptly charged without fulfilling my order. I want the vendor to cancel the order and refund the monies.

      Their online system is sketchy and doesn't allow me to cancel the order, and when contacted via phone, it is an indefinite wait to talk to someone. However, their voicemail requests their customers to send an email, but there was no response when I followed up about this order ([email protected]).

      I would like BBB to help get my money back and protect consumers from getting preyed by Cook Store.

      I placed an order on 11 29 22 it remains unfulfilled I have had no communication with cookstore.ca after 20 calls and 8 emails. And there is no option on there website to request a refund.
