Ordered a baking dish on Nov 27th and it is now Jan 4th and order hasn’t been shipped and no emails received. Have tried calling and also sent at least 4 messages with no reply. Would like to cancel this as it was a Christmas gift and I had to purchase something else. Not happy with the customer service. Delays are okay if you send an update/reply to messages. I placed an order for 4 items on Oct.31, 2022. I contacted them Nov.17 to see when shipping would be. I was told they were back ordered and should ship within 2 weeks. 1 item was shipped Nov. 30 and eventually received. Dec. 8 I asked for a refund on the remaining items if they were still out of stock-no response. Jan 3, 2023 e mailed no response. Jan 3 and 4th called they put you on an automated hold but never answer.
So I have not receive 3 items and have not been able to contact them for resolution.Initial Complaint

On August 25, 2022 I placed an order for products for $68.88CAD on cookstore.ca. After many weeks of no updates I contacted the company via email for an update on September 9, where I was told it would be a couple weeks. On October 14th I sent a follow up email for information, and was again told it would be 2-3 weeks. On November 20th I contacted them again via email and was again told it would be a couple weeks. Since the last response on November 21st, I’ve received no information. I have reached out 4 times via email, attempted to call the phone number for the business, and I can’t get through to anyone. Outside of a credit card chargeback I have no other recourse since I cannot receive a response from the business in over a month. My order number was Order 189275.Initial Complaint

Cook Store. Purchase made on October 2, 2022. I only received half of my order. My credit card was charged right away so the items have all been paid for. Still missing the 2 larger cutting boards and the board order. I have emailed numerous times, no response since the half order was received. The Cook Store - Order no. 191957. Total charge $127.63. I purchased a ************* Coffee Grander From Cook Store online for $174.01 including tax. I placed the order September 13, 2022. My credit card was charged right away and I still have not received the product. I send emails every couple of weeks and they usually respond with sorry for the inconvenience it will be 2-3 weeks. It's now January and they no longer respond to my emails nor do they pick up the phone when I call. I have sat on hold for more than an hour and no answer. At one point they did give me a $16.95 refund for the delay. The amount owing to me is $157.06. I have sent numerous emails and they no longer respond.

I tried many times by phone to contact them- it rings and rings then cuts off- sent multiple emails- over 10 asking them to contact me and to refund my credit card as this was a Christmas present then never arrived and I contacted them back in November first asking them for eta as I needed it for Christmas- they never responded.
I have since purchased one elsewhere. I just want my money refunded to my credit card $152.54 I'm so disappointed in this company- horrible customer service! they just ignore customers.

Cook store has said my order would be sent to me by the end of November 2022. There is no way to contact a person by phone. Only email. I would like a full refund. I ordered a product ( ***** - 3 QT Tomato Cocotte Cherry Red 2.9L- 40511-774 × 1) on Nov 15th 2022 and my company's credit card was charged for $305.09. My order confirmation is ******.
I emailed on Nov 24th asking for an eta on the shipment. I received a response on Nov 24th from Chloe saying the item was delayed and it was "estimated to arrive next week" and would ship out. On December 12th I emailed again and asked for an eta as we received nothing and no further response. I've emailed on December 15th, 18th, 19th, Jan 2nd, and Jan 3rd.
I have called their toll free line (1-888-975-1595) and can never get a live person. On hold for over an hour or their lines disconnect and hang up. We want a refund on our credit card for this order.
