      I purchased a Christmas Gift November 25th. I have been given an order number but no ETA. I have sent 3 emails for an approximate ETA as I want to ensure I have the gift before Christmas. I have never purchased from them before so I felt I needed to follow up. I have received no response to my emails and I have called the company directly but I cannot get a person to talk to.

      In August 2022 I made an online order from the Cook Store. The items showed in stock and or ding shipping.

      After one month the status didn't change. I emailed the business and received an immediate reply that they were out of stock of my item, and would be in stock the next month. The reply was fast and courteous.

      One month later the item status hasn't changed. Again I received an immediate reply that they were out of stock and would have the items the next month.

      One month later, I was again told the same thing.

      One month later I asked for a refund as the items had not shipped. I received no reply. The phone number for the company tells you to email them for existing orders. I called back on the new customer line on three days and didn't get an answer. I emailed back twice, once a week, and have heard nothing back.

      I was looking for quality knives for my brother (******) for Christmas from my mother (******* ******) I found a site called "cook store" which was Canadian and shipped from up near Toronto and ordered a nice knife set on November 28th; 2022 which would be nice and early for Christmas "cook store" sent me an email with my order confirmation minutes after purchasing the knife set in that email is a link to the "cook store" website saying "You’ll get shipping and delivery updates by email." I have waited over 3 weeks for a shipping email, and today (December 21st, 2022) and decided to look at reviews and found many bad reviews saying, "Took payment, no products received and no responses." "Charged but no delivery of product." and many more that say the same. All I'm wanting is the money I spent back, or for the product i bought to be delivered.

      The Cook Store is impossible to reach! They do not answer their phone. One time the voice mail said to email their help@ email address. No answer. I've also emailed their contact@ email address two times with no reply.

      I ordered a chef’s knife online Dec 3 (** ************* ******** ****** *****). I charged it to my **** credit card ($136.99). I received an email Dec 3 that my order had been received. It was supposed to be a Christmas present. I finally called their 1-888 number Dec 19 to inquire about my order. I was directed to email help@ cookstore.ca. I did that. No answer. I called again, emailed again, no response. After 6 attempts to communicate since Dec 3, I have heard nothing.

      I have no product. My credit card has been charged. I have not been able to speak to anyone. I have not heard back via email.

      I placed an online order with cookstore.ca on Nov. 28th. Order #******, for $877.97. My credit card was charged. It has been 3 weeks and I have had no communications from this company. I have phoned many times and no one answers and you cannot leave a message. I have emailed twice with no response. There are many other complaints about this company with BBB. By the way, the reviews on this company look suspicious (they are on their website and all reviews look similar and are dated today). I would like my money refunded.

      Ordered a ***** **** - 11" Hybrid Quick Release Fry Pan - BC128 × 1 for $107.99 on November
      24, 2022 (***** ******). Credit card was immediately charged, received a confirmation email of order, which stated I would be notify when it has been sent. Emailed company at [email protected] on December 10, 2022, to obtain information on status of order. No response.
      Called cook store at1-888-975-1585 on December 13, 2022 and received a voicemail message stating to email them at [email protected] regarding status of order and that they would respond within 24 hours. Did so. As of December 21, have not received a response. Since receiving the order confirmation I have received no communication from this company regarding the status of my order, and they do not respond to phone calls or emails.

      November 21 2022 order of $346.40, money withdrawn on November 22 from credit card account. Attempted to contact Cookstore more than 10 times by email and phone to track the order, no response or any communication, and yes, I have checked my junk mail as they direct in their voicemail. I tried to cancel and get money returned, no response. Appears like a scam but their website is up and taking orders.
      The order includes 2 high quality kitchen knives that I have already purchased elsewhere for gift. Previously ordered from this company without issues

      I have been waiting since May 16, 2022 to have my order completed. I have been given numerous reason why I have not received the final item. The last reason was that it was not in stock, however I contacted the manufacturer and warehouse and was told that it was in stock and ready to ship. I relayed this information to the Cook Store and was told that if they could get it it would be the end of November. I have reached out over 6 times (including five different people) to the Cook Store since the beginning of December and have had all emails ignored.

      I also posted a review on their site however it appears that they only post positive reviews as my review has not been posted.

      I would like to receive the 3 piece set of ******** *******
