      Cook Store charged my credit card but never shipped my order. I was assured items were on back-order and delayed due to covid supply chain issues. I was even sent a partial order. I had no way of foreseeing this issue in order to dispute the transactions within the credit card's allocated window.

      I wrote email today to cancel the orders only to receive a bounce back. * ***** ****** ****** *** **** ** ******** ** ************** ********

      I placed an order (*****) at the end of July 2022 and have still not receive all of it. I was in contact with this business in August and then again in November at which time they sent me part of the order saying the rest was delayed or backordered. I have tried to contact them again and my email was bounced back. I have now read an article that has indicated I am not the only one this has happened to. Since they have collected my money for this order in total ($187.87) I would like to be refunded for what they still owe me ($75.96).

      Sept 6, 2022: online - purchased a ***** *ood mill and cheese cloth; $194.22. Order # ******. Never delivered; no response from company.

      Prior to their above-noted no response (I thought the food mill was simply a supply chain delay), I placed another order.

      Nove 22, 2022: online - purchased 3 ********** graters; $91.31. Order # ******. Never delivered, just went to follow up today, and realized both Orders never got delivered.

      My credit card WAS charged the full amount both times.

      I have bought on November 15th a water bottle for 43.03$ and I have not received it yet. I have not received a response from the company (phone and email). I want a refund.

      I ordered some cooking utensils from cookstore.ca on November 28, 2022. I was charged immediately for the order, but the order was never shipped. I attempted to contact the vendor and my emails bounced back.

      I bought a ******* product on Aug. 23, 2022 for $305.54 from Cookstore which was a wedding gift sent to my friend. After 2 months, my friend still haven't received the product, so I emailed the company on Nov. 9th. The store responded on Nov. 10th and apologize and said will send it and will be delivered within 2-3 weeks. My friend told me in Dec 2022 that they still haven't receive the product. Therefore, I emailed them the end of Dec to ask about it which i didn't get a respond. I emailed the company two more times in January with no response and the last time when I email them, I received a message noting that the "email server was not found". I tried to search for their website to call customer service and found out that the website was also gone and could not be found.
