I made an online purchase on Oct.8, 2022 from cookstore.ca
In November when the item hadn't arrived, I emailed the store and was informed there were supply issues bit it would be delivered.
In December I sent another email, with no response.
In January 2023 I tried the toll free number, and was sent directly to a full voice mail box.
I have since resigned myself to the fact I am out $22.71 and am not likely to see the product.
As I have read about the sudden closure of this company i am not submitting supporting documents

We purchased 2 items from the Cook Store on Oct. 10m 2022. Payment was made the same day with delivery expected in 2 weeks or so. After waiting the 2 weeks, I sent an email inquiring about my order, they responded with "it was on order and would probably be another 2 - 3 weeks. We waited until Nov. and sent another email, they said should be in by the end of November. Multiple emails with no response.Couldn't get through on the phone # because messages were full (Tried phoning many times). Sent an email requesting refund Jan 13, 2022. Still have not heard anything. I would like to know what is happening and is there any chance of receiving a refund.Initial Complaint

I purchased a meat slicer from the cook store Inc. through their customer service line on October 10, 2022 it was processed on October 11, 2022. I have not received my product and it is now February 1, 2023 I have tried phoning them on 4 different occasions about the status of my product. The last time of trying was January 31, 2023 and no messages can be left as it just tells me their mailbox is full. I phoned the BBB on January 31 after I tried to call and could not reach them. On Feb 25, 2022, I placed a 1 year pre-order with the CookStore.ca, for an *** ******** ******** ****** for $640.49.
I have communicated with the company via email throughout this past year regarding the status of my order. I have received responses back each time until today (Feb 2, 2023). My last response from the CookStore was in Nov 2022.
I emailed twice today to check status and both emails bounced back as undeliverable. I just thought maybe their IT department was doing maintenance. I then went to go to their website to find a phone number to call. Their website is gone. Nothing. I'm not sure where to go from here. I had done my due diligence checking reviews and that the BBB accredited them. Nothing was out of the ordinary. Now here I am with no canner, no recourse and no money.
How do I proceed? I've called my bank but because its outside their 90 day window policy, they won't help me. The police won't help, it'll just go into a stack of papers and go nowhere. Small claims court won't matter cause the company seems to just be gone.Initial Complaint

I purchased a Knife July 13th. The knife has not been delivered. I've contacted the vendor many times regarding the item. Last correspondence was Oct 18 2022. Purchased an ***** ***** ****** Vessel online for $176.99 almost a year ago (Feb 2022); multiple follow-ups via email and phone only to be told item was back-ordered which was not indicated at the time of purchase.
After months of waiting, noticed item was advertised as available online during Black Friday weekend; contacted vendor via email, was immediately assured that my order was still open, and that the items had just arrived at The Warehouse, and that I should be receiving the long-awaited item soon.

Bought ******* on line. $178.49 on August 7th and was charged on August d 8th on my **********.
They corresponded with me that it was back ordered and after that stopped answering emails and phone calls( always said box was full for d message.. in the past I have bought different sizes of ******* pots .
I want my money back as it’s not just few dollars. I am a 70 year old retired person.
