      This bank has made my life a nightmare. After proving who I was and disputing an account opened in my name they went on to keep that account open and have since destroyed my credit. This bank has been the sole factor for never ending anxiety when it comes to having my identity stolen. After doing what they asked they proceeded to send letter after letter despite me already doing what I asked of them, hence me becoming more scared than ever that my identity has been stolen. Awful company. I have never once set foot in Alaska and yet they think I opened an account there. I genuinely resent this bank for all the harm it has done to me and my credit. Evil place.

      I don't understand how Global Federal Credit Union ended up on my credit report. Original credit Alaska ***. I never gave out my social security number. I want to know how my social security number was compromised? This needs to be looked into. I never authorized or signed a document for my information to be sold or merged, I never received a letter as well. This is identity theft. Please send documents with my signature with Global Federal Credit Union that I signed.FCRA statutory damages between $100 and $1,000 (to get these you don't have to prove that the violation harmed you).Please remove from my credit report immediately. I never signed an agreement with Global Federal Credit Union or ever made a payment.Thank you

      Someone stole my card number and I needed a new debit card. I called and requested a new debit card on Monday 23 Oct. I requested for expedited delivery. Charged $15 for expedited delivery. I gave Global Credit Union the address I was staying at. I no longer live at the address on file. I explained to them clearly that I was at a temporary address because I was in the process of moving to **** and did not have a permanent address. I was afraid this would happen. I was very specific with the address I asked Global Credit Union to send my card to. I called the following Monday ******************************************************************** that my card was never ordered. I waited a whole week and no one submitted my request. The rep I talked to on the phone reimbursed me my $15 and said he would expedite my card. He asked me which address I wanted the card mailed to. I once again gave Global Credit Union the exact address I needed my card mailed to. I am travelling to **** Friday 10 Nov. So I waited a week before calling again and spoke with a rep on Tues 7 Nov to find out the status of my card. I was informed it was mailed to my old address on file. I was very specific as to where I needed the card mailed to. I am unable to update my address on file since I would only be in ********* for 2 more weeks. This has been a huge inconvenience. A mistake I saw coming. I was very specific with the address. Here we are Wednesday 8 Nov and I'll be traveling without my debit card from Global Credit Union where my funds are direct deposited to. Its too late now to resend another card since I am leaving for **** this Friday 10 Nov. I've been banking with Alaska ***, now called Global Credit Union for over 20 years and never have had this happened. It's hard for me to bank with someone who can't follow simple instructions. The employee responsible should be held accountable for this mistake. I'll be closing my accounts once my loans are paid off.

      i have onver **** transfer into the account from last week of septmeber where i paid my monthly early on top of the 7 transfer form ***** fargo where it would normal take 1 business day to come in. instead none of my transfer are in or in the other accounts.also yall take money out put on hold inwhich you subtract from account and take it again. i request at least 2 fee be wavied.

      I tried to include photos and they arent uploading but I have many different emails and files to show proof. The bank did not follow protocol per cfb for when claims are submitted.The bank failed to notify me about these charges for over 3 months and then refused to help me even file a claim or return the charges - they never notified me of the findings or the solution to fix this.When asked to close my account and stop the charges I was originally told the company was sending them only to later find out the bank had already paid the company and didnt tell me.They refused a report that one of the companies requested so they could help me.They posted charges that were not legitimate nor where they approved or authorized and they wouldnt remove those. When I asked them to close my account because they didnt follow cfb guidelines for these claims they refused and over drafted my account even when that was requested months before to not allow over draft when I activated my new bank card. Once they finally started looking they found charges they put that were not legitimate but sent me a letter they wouldnt be removing them after all. And once it hit a few months of them looking into it with nothing being sent to me they closed my account and locked me out from seeing all the additional charges they were posting unapproved. Against my request months before and even after speaking with a manager they still over drafted my account and pulled from my savings and took over 8-9k from me and still left me in a negative 16k on my account because they wouldnt stop these charges or send them back as asked. Because they were were not valid not authorized nor were they approved by me. I never knew they were paying this company and never approved these charges, I never showed these on my transactions log form my account log from this company/vendor but the vendor locked me out when I wouldnt provide my paystub because I didnt trust it. So i requested a report and the one I was sent was clearly modified with information not in my transactions log from my account and not accurate. The bank which was Alaska *** has chosen to have unethical practices, they never let me know they were paying a company until 3 months after they had paid them apparently some were even longer, they then wouldnt dispute them as they should have and sent them back and given my money back they just took more and left me with a negative and locked account and never sent a notice of the findings 30 days after or anytime. They refused to send me documents asked for by one company and they refused me fair practices as bank member for over 25 years. They refuse to allow me my rights on these fraudulent charges and follow the cfb guidelines. They also refused to closed my account as asked in the start of all this. They then sent me documents from when the account was open years before which is fine I did open it but that was 2020/2021 but doesnt mean I authorized these charges over a year later, when sending all this information in the mail, they did not follow any process to safeguard me as a customer and my personal information so they exposed my drivers license my photo my mailing address my email address, my bank statements where I shop my bank account number all of that through anyone that handled the information from Alaska to where I currently live through the Mp process. They did this not once but twice. The first time I told them to close my account again as I was already getting fraudulent attempts and alert from other things that my breach of information and identity was being attempted. so I want the charges Returned to crypto.com as they were not legitimate nor legally authorized charges and were not approved by me and I need the report provide to me that the other company requested, I want the unethical business practices reviewed and corrected its not okay for them to not let someone know they paid a company 3 months before they let you as a customer know, they were also asked to close my account months before they keep adding charges and never would and keep allowing these charges with out letting me know. I want that unethical behavior changed - The evidence they have is not accurate nor reliable enough to show that it was okay for them to pay fraudulent charges without my permission or knowledge since its based on email only with no signature and I have provided proof from the report I have from my actual account and I have email proof from emails chains at company saying they didnt receive these funds nor initiate any payments on the dates the bank did these. The company stated the last charge was from a prepaid card the had blocked me from access to until I had to file a dispute on that with the company that owned that card to get the funds of mine then. So the bank allowed a company to steal thousands with out me knowing and is not willing to send the charges back as they should because they were never authorized or authenticated by me. These charges are fraudulent and the bank needs to take ownership for theyre wrongdoing I never had any issue and was a member for over 25 year and so were my parents until Alaska was bought off by global credit union then this issue happened and they refused to help even with it being their error and wrong doing. I didnt agree to be part of that and requested all my papers from Alaska *** and what they sent me was illegible. So I asked for others but I have been ignored by the bank now - I also asked for the arbitration policy and apparently they couldnt send me the policy for Alaska *** only global credit union and on that policy it says that you have to request arbitration which I have done twice in writing. I also requested an additional document that one of the other vendors requested, and they refused and they never sent me any more documents or communication but they tried to send me to collections so I have now had to dispute that too, they have straight ignored helping me and providing anything I need to get help. when I asked for proof that it was actually me that made these charges because they were based off just an email address, they have ignored me and they dont have any proof other than a email that has been out of service by me for well over 1.5 maybe 2 so there is no valid proof and they have no proof that theyve sent me. What they did send me was in paper envelopes which wasnt secured and they were completely ripped open - so therefore Ive had to put credit freezes on all my stuff and notify Social Security in case there was any issues with my Social Security number, because the paper envelopes that they sent twice now were completely ripped open and exposed in the mail system from Alaska to where I live and my drivers license, was im there my name address my account number my email anything that Ive spent in my bank account was completely out in the open for anybody that touched it to see and Ive had some issues with my email I actually use being hacked since and a whole bunch of spam emails as its the one I used when I started the account so it was on the paper that showed when I open it not it was not the email that was being used for charges. So not only did I have to get with MSN to help because I was getting thousands and thousands of emails of things that somebody signed up for, I have had to get a new phone because of issue and it being hacked And I had issues with somebody filing Unemployment with my information so now theyve also opened me up to a bunch of credit and Social Security theft, and ID theft issues on top of it due to miss handled my privacy information which is a violation in its own. The bank took already 8-9k to pay them on top of the -16k they are still trying to make me pay thats not mine and wasnt approved or authorized by me.

      I am rejecting this response because:
      This what they did when I filed a complaint with the *** and they never contacted me but they sent me a generic letter that had inaccurate false information in it and still didnt help with the issue or address the issue at hand. I want the fraudulent charges sent back and the information requested by the other company. Then I want my negative remarks about my bank history and account removed. I choose to not come back to global but my family may want to but as for me I just want the error fixed and I want them to correct the unethical practices and send the charges back to the company that sent false information to cover a scandal. I want the documents on the account from ******************** *** I can read that says I approved to be a part of global credit which I know there is nothing I signed stating I would be. I also asked for mediation/ arbitration and to speak to the ceo or board members about this.

      I also didnt sign anything to agree to these fraudulent charges and I want that fixed. It already cost me a lot of issue with how they dox me with sending my information insecurely In the mail and thats not okay and this has been dragging on since last year so I went this fixed now. I want to see results and them correcting this and not some bull letter that is riddled with inaccurate incompetent information. 

      I have rights under the Law and according to CfB they broke.

      Please block this fraudulent information per sections 605B, 615(f) and 623(a)
      (6) of the Fair Credit Reporting Act.

      U.S. Code states " A person shall not furnish any information relating to a consumer to any consumer reporting agency if the person knows or has reasonable cause to believe that the information is inaccurate." Global FCU does NOT have my consent to as it was inaccurate information and fraudulent charges much less I was not a member of global credit union and I didnt authorize over draft and they allowed it anyway and so the bank themselves stole over 8-9 k to pay this place with the fraudulent charges and posted charges inaccurately and falsely. I do not give permission to allow
      inaccurate information, nor do they have my written consent to report information to the CRAs because its not 100% accurate under FCRA 15 USC * I will also file a claim with the securities regulatory agency for the fraud that occurred with my original security if this is not rectified.

       

       

      the org themselves sent me many emails that they didnt initiate these charges-Please check with your bank / financial institutions why these transactions were posted with a delay towards your account balance because none of these transactions had been initiated by Crypto.com.

      One they didnt help me and two the issue is with the bank not the other company as the bank is the one that paid funds with out letting me know and stole money from my account for fraudulent transactions and the bank is responsible for paying a company I didnt authorized transaction for with out my approval or signature, the bank never supplied me with proof of my signature approval of any of these nor did I have proof of the transactions what I was sent was only proof someone used my old email address but Apple told me that there would be a card number and I was not given that and not to mention I had a completely different card number from the bank so no this is not closed the bank is responsible and therefore I demand they send all the charges back to crypto, I asked for another report to help with the other charges the bank charge me for multiple times that only one charge was to happen they refused. I asked for copies of the original bank papers and I got copies I cant read and I asked for more and I never got them.

      i asked for arbitration per the banks policy and have been denied this on many occasions, I have also stated I never agreed to be part of global credit union and my business was only with Alaska *** and there is nothing I signed stating I was part of global credit union. I also didnt approved over draft and they still over drafted me against what I requested multiple times and against what was also documented in my account per manager of the bank. So no this is not closed this needs to be fixed they need to send the charges back and zero out the negative balance the bank caused no one else but the bank caused that due to illegal bank processing per consumer financial and so the need to be fined for that as I have since discovered others they did this too and that got a lawyer and the bank was proven to be responsible so I believe a class action lawsuit should also take place for there illegitimate practices which Im guessing is why they tried to merge with global due to the lawsuits.

      this debit is not mine was not authorized and is fraudulent and the bank is responsible and they have tried to send me to a collection company which is illegal since its fraudulent and not authorized transactions I have no proof whatsoever that shows I approved these nor my signature approving them. 
      what they did send me was duplicated 5-6 times and only 2-3 transactions the rest was my information from over 2 years ago an account was opened but they failed to listen about the account being closed and the fraud part and they failed to acknowledge theyre wrong doing much less the issues they have now even caused me since they doxed me with my stuff twice now in the mail fully exposing me to more fraudulent transactions and issues that I have had to not only freeze my credit but put fraudulent alerts on it. 
      This is not closed till the bank fixes their wrong doing and zeros this out and gives me back my 6-8,000$ they stole to pay this company on top of the -16,800$ they are trying to send to collections which is illegal. Since they know this is fraudulent and unauthorized transactions but they are trying to correct their wrong behaviors by covering them up. Thats not acceptable and not okay.

       

      This is not closed till they zero out this debit and remove it from collections and send back the other charges they over drafted illegally from my account when I didnt approve overdraft.

      I want this fixed or I want arbitration set up or I will try to get help by a lawyer and see if we cant get the others out there they did this too  because I have discovered Im not the only one there are whistleblowers out there about this unethical illegal practices this bank has been trying to use. 

      This matter is not closed till they fix the negative balance and refund my money they illegally overdraft for these fraudulent charges.

      Also once again I never got any proof that I approved or signed for these charges because they dont have that proof because they are fraudulent and I never did approve them nor did I sign for them to approve them nor was my actual active bank card used for them. 

      This matter is far from closed until the balance they sent to that collection place is pulled back from them and zeroed out and Im refunded the overdrafted money they stole from me when I elected for no overdraft to happen. This also is not closed till they are cited for their illegitimate practices they are doing that is against consumers rights.

      I would also like to note I have not received communication on all the dates mentioned, I have not had any communication for sometime from them and the last email back was them declining to send me a document I requested per one companys request.

      I requested my documents from the account opening and a document I signed agreeing to be part of global credit and I requested arbitration per the email terms I was sent and I never got any response. I requested my complaint be sent higher to the ceo and board members as well and never heard back and I keep getting a generic response on here where they refuse to help with this issue and yet have illegally sent this to collections knowing its inaccurate fraudulent unauthorized transactions. 

      They have not handled this complaint or issue on fraudulent transactions and they are refusing to but have illegally provided this information to collections knowing its fraud and not accurate.

      I believe I was not credited for a payment of $691.90 towards a loan that I was in the process of paying off. We were closing on the sale of a house. The loan payment was due and I didn't want to be charged a late payment so I made the payment at about the same time the loan was closing. Due to a mistake on my part I took the money from my checking account instead of my savings so they said it was ISF. I corrected it by transferring funds. The loan was paid off; I received a refund from the escrow account and now they say that my payment was deducted (?) from my escrow. Doesn't make sense. I have been communicating with ***************************** at Global Credit Union. When she first reviewed the numbers she agreed with me; but said she had to go to corporate to return the money. Then I heard from her saying they didn't owe me the money.

      On my credit report Global Federal Credit Union, formerly known as Alaska USA FCU is reporting a debt as a charge-off. A Charge-off is a certificate of indebtness and is considered INCOME because the company filed a ****-C and got a tax write-off. Reporting this information as debt when it's actually income is tax fraud and I can report this to the *** if it is not corrected. They also did not send me the * copy to properly file my taxes. Additionally, this institution has committed securities fraud in which they deposited my note / contract for this account and turned it into marketable securities to be sold to investors. I have not seen a ***** of the principal to which I am owed from the profits, nor have they paid or filed capital gains taxes on the earnings from these securities, nor have they provided proof they are still the holders and have not deposited or traded my note without my knowledge, even after I requested it back in 2018 ( see attachment) I had a certified forensic audit ran on this account that shows proof of the fraud, and I have sent letters regarding numerous other findings of fraud, including loaning my own credit back to me to establish this account in the first place, with interest, with no disclosure of this under Truth in ************ of their executives partially admitted the fraud on a call where he hung up in my face, and I have an Affidavit witness to this because he was on speaker. 15 U.S. Code **** states " A person shall not furnish any information relating to a consumer to any consumer reporting agency if the person knows or has reasonable cause to believe that the information is inaccurate." Global FCU does NOT have my consent to ************ inaccurate information, nor do they have my written consent to report information to the CRA's that is not 100% accurate under FCRA 15 USC ****. I will also file a claim with the securities regulatory agency for the fraud that occurred with my original security if this is not rectified.

      So I recently moved back to ********** about 3 months ago now and was living up in ******** **********. While up there I had trouble finding my family credit union (Navy Federal) who Ive been for about 6 years and needed a CU closer to where I was living off of Main Street in ******** and came across a very local CU ..Global CU which was just down the street. So I set up my account thinking this was even more convenient and a decent place to deposit a check from a buyer Id sold my car to only to have my account frozen with my funds FOR MY CAR being unattainable. I complied with everything they required. 1st it was send in documents social security doc - sent Proof of residency -sent Photo id - sent It was reviewed everything they needed via email I even sent in a video to let them know it was me and that my account wasnt being compromised as they had suspected. Those docs werent good enough they then proceeded to put a note on my account stating that I could not discuss anything over the phone I needed to come into the branch . By this time I had located to *********** which is about 2 hours away and did not have a car anymore to just go up there without it being a whole thing because as I stated I sold the car. They demanded that I come in regardless to verify the docs they told me to send in .So after some time I finally found someone to take me up there before work only to get up there and sit for 30 minutes while the teller was on home giving me the one moment gesture a few times before I told them I cant wait anymore. The teller advised me to wait on a phone call from them that never happened so I call them ONLY TO BE TOLD I HAVE TO GO IN PERSON TO SPEAK TO THEM!!!!! This is ridiculous to say the very least its been 2 freaking months and I still have not been able to get my payment for MY VEHICLE THAT I sold this is the worst credit union Ive ever encountered and I regret even giving them my business. Ive done everything theyve asked.

      On July 8th I booked a hotel with Ramada of *********** **. When I arrived the place was a health risk with sewage smeared on the walls and the hotel in disrepair. I refused the room, they refused a refund, and I contested the charge with my Global Credit union Card. Global called my spouses phone number and refused to discuss with them the issue, and never called me though that was the request. The hotel told them the complaint wa not true and with no further investigation they closed the case and sided with a filthy merchant over their obligation to protect their customers assets.

      Global Credit union has not tried to contact me, they are a dishonest and corrupt to the core business. It is sad to see a once outstanding business become total corporate rot under new leadership and through a name change. I want to keep this case open until they actually contact me at a minimum.

      I am rejecting this response as I have not received a single call from Global Credit Union, and I have already called their dispute department and used my personal time to try to resolve this matter and instead of being viewed as a valued customer I was treated like waste. When the "resolution" agent blindly took the dishonest reporting from another merchant over a long standing customer and not looking to see we had paid for a room at another hotel on the same night that tells me colustomers have ZERO value to you. Global can contact me whenever they want to resolve this. I've put in the efforts already
