Regions Bank / Enerbank has decided to close a case related to me being scammed / fraud without explanation. No explaination behind the decision to close our case...just simply closed. This bank did business with *********************, this company (and owners) are now under indictment with the Arkansas Attorney General. Regions / Enerbank backed this fraudulent company and now wants to distance themselves from the fraudulent loans connected to **********. Haushan ****** misled me telling me my solar array would be repaired and we would be issued a settlement. Now he says the case is closed with no repairs being made. We are stuck with bad panels and a fraudulent loan backed by Regions. No explaination, just case closed. Haushan emailed me to say that the decision was made by those above him but he will not send the names and contact information for those individuals.

Unbeknownst to m, Regions bank opted me into an overdraft program and charged me over $1000 in overdraft fees without my consent nor warning... when my Employer (Sound Booth Theater) deposited my pay Regions deducted $1500...my employer attempted to reverse the deposit but Regions would not honor the reversal... I've spoken to many people at the bank to no avail...I WANT TO BE REIMBURSED IMMEDIATELY...I would have never made the transactions if I knew I was being penalized for every one...$1500 is an enormous amount of money to be charged for overdraft fees...this has impacted my life dramatically, especially now with hurricane ******* damages..please help, sincerely ****** **********

I set up an account that was to hold a deposit for a rental property , we have several at Regions. For some reason the bank began to charge service fees. This is not the case with my other 12 accounts. They refuse to send me a refund even though the account was never used (unless in error). no checks written or deposits were made. I filed a complaint in June in *********, never heard anything. They told me it was transferred to ******* and that Regions did respond. It was $8.00 a month for 6 years. I did not receive any statements for this "free" account. I had no way of knowing they were taking the $ out until I went to refund the tenant their deposit and the full $1900 was not in the account. I am not even sure $540 covers the fees I was charged. Regions refused to accept responsibility, they said it was my fault. My other accounts were not charged $8 monthly.

On September 6, 2024, 2 purchases were made, of US$100.00 each, using my REGIONS bank debit card. According to telephone information, directly from ***** customer service, the purchases were made one in the state of ***** and the other in the state of **********. I live in ******* and the debit card is in my possession. It is impossible to make physical purchases in the states mentioned above. I hereby request explanations about how these purchases were made, and the due refund of this amount to my bank account. I have already contacted the Lowes store, through this BBB channel, but without success, they claimed that Regions bank is responsible. I have also disputed both transactions, directly on the Regions website and received a letter, informing me that the transactions were normal, and they will not reimburse me. If you pay attention, the two purchases were made on the same day and probably at the same time and the value is exactly $100.00. What type of purchase could be made, where there is no tax, so that the value does not even have cents? This is fraud and I want my money back.

I have been a client for over 30 years. We had 4 accounts, 3 checking, 1 money market. For no reason our accounts were terminated, and letter and cashiers check sent in the mail, which we haven't received yet. We only found out yesterday when we went to log on and transfer some money to cover a payment we had sent out, and none of our log-ins ********* that point we had to call our local branch and they found copies of the letters and checks in their system. Several phone calls were made today and no one can explain why. Last person just kept spouting that its the bank right to terminate any account for no reason. This is unacceptable.

I fell behind on my mortgage with Regions over the winter. I repeatedly asked for documents with an amount I needed to make my account current. After 3-4 months, I found out that all documents had been emailed to my ex spouse who should've been removed from any information on my mortgage per the divorce decree and numerous papers I have disclosed over the last 19 years. Regions refused to refinance my home numerous times sincee June 2005 to remove my ex from the mortgage. My house is now in foreclosure and I'm set to lose it in less than 3 weeks, they didn't feel it was their fault after emailing all documents to the wrong person.

I had a loan through this company. I accidentally overpaid the loan by $600. I contacted the company when I noticed what I did. I spoke with a customer service rep and they stated that once the payment went through I would receive my overpayment. I opted to receive the overpayment by check. I received the check, but when took it to my bank ***** ** ******** I was told that it was a bad check. I contacted them on the 15th or 16th of July and was told that another check would be sent out. I never received the check. I called again in August and in September. I was told that another check was mailed on 7-31-24, but I never received it. The last time I called the customer service rep stated that they would give the message to a manager and that it would be easier for them to give the overpayment by direct deposit. I gave them my information about 21/12 weeks ago and I still have not received my overpayment.

I have tried patiently to work with them to get my money back and they have not made good on their promise. Will someone please help me with this situation or point me in the right direction. This is ridiculous. If, I would have been late paying off my loan they would have added over a thousand dollars to my loan. But they are dragging their feet about giving me my money back.

Fraudulent transaction were made on one of me and my wifes accounts on 8/2/2024. There were two transactions at Best Buy totaling just under $5,000 (suspicious being the daily limit). We notified Regions and have gone to great lengths to prove that we did not make the transactions. A police report has been filed and we have provided regions with photo evidence from Best Buy that we were not the purchaser. These transactions are typically delayed from what I have seen with Regions but in this case they went straight through. There were many oddities such that the card used was not one that we had used for over a year. No matter how much information we provide they kick out our cases. Specific things that stood out to me were that we didnt use the card at all and once we looked it up it was scheduled to expire on 8/31/2024. I went by a branch today to ask the obvious question of whether or not a copy of the card had been printed recently and it was. On 7/15/2024 the card was printed at a branch that nobody seems to be able to identify. We made no requests for a card and I dont believe it is common practice for Regions to issue a copy of a card that expires in 45 days rather than a new one. The individual attempted to open a credit card at Best Buy as well and the emails used were a combination of me and my wifes emails which made me think that Regions may be at fault in a significant way. I have called every number and been passed around but nobody seems to care about the alarm I am attempting to raise or understand the significance of this card being printed. The effected account is shared by me and my wife although we use separate cards we both have full access to the account and can view transactions but they are being uncooperative saying that since the card was in my wifes name they cant discuss the case further without both of us present. The statements literally say the card used on each transaction so I dont understand why they wont work with me.
