      Upon a recent review of my credit files I found a collection I don't recognize as belonging to me for Regions Bank. I have no contract for any collections agency at this present time. I've requested evidence of an original contract pertaining to this collections and have not received any original contract to date.

      I purchased a vehicle from ******-Gear ********* in January of 2018. I paid off the Regions Auto Loan in January of 2024. I assumed the title to my vehicle would be sent once paid off but to date, it has not. I called to request the title... the representative informed me that there was no record of it. He then gave me a Regions fax number to submit my request to. I sent the fax months ago and am yet to receive the title. Last six of the **** ******.

      I am rejecting this response because: There are not enough details provided for me to assess whether or not my complaint was properly addressed. Was the letter sent to my email address, physical address or post office box?  Is the letter informing me that the title has been mailed?  Or, does the letter list steps for me to take to request the title?... I've done this twice by fax and am yet to receive a title or correspondence.

      The Regions business cancelled my debit card without informing me and gave me a run around as to why my card was not completing transactions and incorrectly informed me that I could only access my money by going into the bank and withdrawing cash in person, has caused extreme inconvenience and potentially breach of contract and consumer trust with this establishment, refuses to assist with compensation for lack of access to personal funds, loss of time, and transportation fees required due to a lack of promised services and misinformation

      This complaint is regarding my checking account. I was wrongfully charged two overdraft fees after add money to my account. I contacted a customer service representative on yesterday. I was advised due to the charge still pending it was nothing that anyone can do. I was advised to call back today before 2pm. After being on hold for several minutes they advised they neither themselves or their supervisor could handle the issue. I asked about closing my account and was denied access to close the account. They advised me I cannot closed the account and after 60 days it will be charged off. As of now I have a -72 balance due to the overdraft fee. If this issue is handle I would like my account to be closed.

      I am in the process of purchasing a home that has a solar loan from Enerbank USA/Regions. In July we put the offer and requested the packet of instructions and application to assume the loan at the end of July. In August 2nd AM all documents and application were submitted. I received ticket #****** and a generated email that said someone will contact me in 3 business days to review. A week goes by no contact. I called customer service and they told me it could take up to 60 days!!! Nowhere is it documented on the form or online this timeframe only thing was 3 business days. At this point I already sold my house and our close date on new house was 9/5. The past 2 weeks Ive called at least 20 times talking to a ton of people with them saying theyll add notes to the ticket but nobody will see the notes until ticket is worked on. 4 days ago I contact CEO on LinkedIn cause now Im about to lose my mortgage on new home and be homeless. Escalations lady, *********************, works with me and assures me my loan is approved and Ill get paperwork. Nope still nothing and now Ive lost my close date. I need to know when this will be processed so I know how long my family of 7 is going to be living in a hotel since we have no home after 9/6. This is URGENT.       I am writing to formally request a detailed explanation regarding the permanent restriction placed on my Zelle profile associated with my Regions Bank account. I recently visited my local branch to address this issue, and the branch managers escalated my concern by submitting a ticket to the ****************** supervisor. Unfortunately, the response I received provided no explanation for the restriction. I understand that Regions Bank utilizes a third-party company to provide the infrastructure software necessary to accept and process Zelle payments. It has come to my attention that this third-party company was responsible for alerting Regions Bank about the need to restrict my Zelle profile. Despite this, there has been no clear communication from Regions Bank regarding the nature of this restriction or the specific reasons behind it. This restriction has caused significant financial hardship as I am unable to use Zelle for transactions across other banks. As a customer who has relied on Zelle for secure and timely payments, this sudden and unexplained restriction is both disruptive and concerning. Given the impact on my financial well-being, I kindly request that you treat this matter with urgency and provide me with a comprehensive explanation for the restriction. I believe that, as a loyal customer, I am entitled to an explanation for actions that affect my access to financial services. ***************** *************************

      I deposit a check from my employer via mobile deposit and Regions bank is holding it for weeks and have said it could b fraud. My employer stated they funded it already but Regions refuses to release my account or even close my accounts and caused me to not be able to find housing for myself and teen, late fees on my bills, and me possibly losing all my belongings and a car which are in storage and also more fees because they are holding my money. This is cruel as I have never defrauded them as a customer for many years. They need to fix it with payment of late fees

      My checking account created by this bank is considered nonexistent by other branches. This account was created the fall of last year to deposit earnings from my employer that is a third party employer to the ********************** district. This is an account I am suppose to still have. I am keeping this account, because I am not getting another one. My concern was for login issues to now being nonexistent.

      I opened a new account, ********************** failed to communicate with me. I opened the account on 08/05. I was asked for signature at local branch with ID to activate. On 08/09 I provided both.As of today 08/16, I was not given access to funds in my account. I spent an hour of my 30 min lunch hour to get a resolution. None was given. I have bills due today. I have no funds available for food or gas or basic necessities. **** at *************************************************** failed to communicate any information that disclosed an account hold of any such. This has inconvenienced my employment as well as my income availability.

      Ok back in July of this year my account got hacked and I was trying to get the rest of my money out but they told me they couldn't because it's blocked and they about to close it out but I need my $48.39 for transportation to and from work this week and next week and I remind you I never received a letter in the mail about them closing it out I've been waiting on that letter since July and I'm getting frustrated because I want my money I don't want a check I want my money in my hand it's an emergency I need it.

      I am rejecting this response because: Once again will I get my money in a check form because since then I moved to ***********, ******* ******************************************** I'm not satisfied with it because the business should have let me withdraw the rest out of my account before this happened.now I have to wait till I get a check which takes more time I rather have it on another debit card
