I submitted a claim to the fraud department, for a fake company pretending to be ******* last week and a few day later received a notice that my claim was denied due to the need for additional information. I also had provided an reference number for this issue from ******* which also explained that this has been occurring very often lately. I called on 8/5/24 about the claim and explained I was given a fake email correspondence, email address and that the item purchased came from fake website. I also offered to provide the confirmation via email but was told by the agent since I didn't get an actual shipping date that the bank has to wait 15 days. I just would like to have my refund for the items that I purchased by mistake. I mean this website legit has ******'s logo and looks very real.

On July ******* my debit cards were stolen and $2800 was taken out of my Regions checking account without my authorization. I called on 7/14/2024 to report The incident to a regions banker customer service who told me he was filing the dispute and sending me out a new debit card. One week later I still did not have a card so I called and the lady said a debit card was on the way but the representative did not put in my dispute but she would put it in. I called Regions on 7/1/2024 and the representative told me that my claim was denied because I had a transaction date that was made after my card was stolen which is a lie. I sent a cash app on 7/10/2024 which did not post until the next business day which was 7/11/2024 furthermore You do not need a physical card to send a Cash App...its done over the phone..my debit card is on file for my cash app.

In October 2023 I called Enerbank to make a payment and to set up automatic payments. I told the representative to set it up for the minimum payment. I also told him I was unable to access my account online and he attempted to fix it but was unable to do so because there was an error with the zip code when my account was set up. In November the payment amount changed however the representative did not set my payments up to cover the minimum payment he set it up to cover the introductory payment. I did not discover this until I had a 60 day late on my credit report. I looked over my account and a payment had been withdrawn every month. When I called the company I explained to them what had happened and told them I obviously would not have set up automatic payments for one month or for an introductory payment of only one month to continue. I explained that I had told the representative to set up payment for the MINIMUM payment! He said nothing about it being set up for the introductory payment. I brought my account up to date, set up new automatic payments and they agreed to remove the late payments. It has been well over 90 days and they have yet to remove them. I have zero late payments on my credit and this is hurting me greatly. I only wish for them to remove the lates as agreed and to fix the issue with me being unable to access my account online.

On 07-02-2024,my account was frozen in error at the bank and two of my online bill pay payments were returned to your third party,Fiserv.Who in turn, restricted my online bill pay.On 07-15-2024 I saw that I was unable to access my bill pay.I made a total of 13 phone calls that invovled 3.5 hours of my time.A supervisor with Regions gave me a different number for Fiserv of ************.I made it very clear to him that I was trying to contact ****** to have my bill pay un-restricted.He said he could help me with that, but he needed my debit card number with all of the credentials exp etc. before he could help me.The rep on the phone said you will receive a an alert from Regions as he was processing a $3.95 transaction that I would not have to pay for.The rep told me I had to answer YES in order for him to help me un-restrict my bill pay.At that time I was sent to a different rep that wanted me to sign up for some sort of subscription.I realized it was a scam and immediately reported my debit lost or stolen.I went to the ******** branch/rep there called the automated number, it said my birthday was invalid, and she hung up. She sent a message from her computer to someone else.By Wed morning the problem still had not been resolved. So I once again started call Regions and FiservBack and forth. TWENTY-SIX phone calls and EIGHT HRS of my time!Until finally I got a supervisor on the phone who made a 5 minute phone call to ****** and she was told by their rep,"oh, she (referring to me)doesn't owe us any money, her bill pay should not be restricted."And the problem was resolved during that phone call. When I went to the branch on Bull St,I had also told the rep about the $3.95 scam, and that I wanted that money back. She did nothing. After I submitted the dispute for this charge online, Regions refuses to give me my money that that was scammed. And upon closing my checking account there was a balance of $.02. SO this scenario ends with Regions stealing the $.02 from me.

I was out of the country and had to pay my payment for my line of credit late and noticed a late fee. I tried contacting customer service to reverse that fee and they said they cant that Id have to go into a branch. I just started a new job and cant take time off of work to go to a branch, it makes no sense that thats something customer service cant do, so sadly I need to file this BBB complaint to get this taken care of since they refused to help me.

I've had my account with ********************** for over 1 year. When I got my account I made sure that I didn't have overdraft protection I was told by ******************* he works at Regions Bank that if anything came threw and the money wasn't in my account that it would be automatic denied. On July 23rd & July 24th off this year I made purchases Including a *** withdrawal this was my first time using the *** I received a email from Regions Bank saying my account was negative $43 dollars I called Regions Bank and was told by 12 AM on the next business day that it would be corrected , and that she would call me at 9 a.m. She never called so I called Regions I spoke with **************************************** I was told by both that I didn't have overdraft protection that my account was negative because Regions Bank covered 2 of my purchases. That doesn't make any since to me because I had enough money in my account to cover my experiences and also the *** was my last transaction. I checked my account and it showed me that I had money available so I took my cash out . I know for a fact IF I don't have enough money in my account , if It's over one ***** it's automatically denied. That's why I don't understand why my account is negative and was told to my face by ******************* that I wouldn't have that problem. Whoever is putting my information in isn't putting it in correctly I know $43 isn't a lot of money but I just want my information posted correctly that's all I want Thanks *******************
