We are in the process of selling our house which has a solar panel loan with this bank. Before receiving an offer on our house, I contacted the bank to receive the necessary paperwork for a transfer, to be prepared for when we received an offer on the house. We received an offer and we submitted all paperwork about March 13th; i called to confirm they received it and they did. By March 21st we did had not heard a word, nor did we receive any kind of confirmation of the process progressing so I called again. Someone on their end forgot to click file and all that paperwork had been sitting around for a week for no reason. Each time we have called since then (which is practically every day at this point), nothing has progressed. They have sent the paperwork to the escalation department, and have put an urgent stamp on it each time. I have reminded them that we have a closing date of April 22nd. Not only do all of the workers not have a manager or supervisor, they also have no concept of how long this process might take. Some say 30 days, some say ***** days, some have even said the process will take ***** days after someone has been assigned to our case (its been 30 days with no one being assigned yet). There is no one higher up to talk to, theres no way of contacting the processing group who apparently deals with transfers, and theres no progress. We have less than 2 weeks until our closing and nothing is being done. We already put in an offer for another house, but we need to sell our current house with the solar panels first; and were at risk to lose both deals if this doesnt go through.

On April 8th 2025 my available balance was $10 with pending transactions accounted for. After posting, the charges are now on April 9 2025 -$71 including an over draft fee of $36. How do pending charges of $145 which left the account at positive $10 become $171 taken ******** this company will do it to me again by forcing me to pay an additional $8 for not keeping my account above $1500 for the month causing me to pay $79 by April 12. I want my account closed and my money back.

I am rejecting this response because: they gave me $36 of the $71 back. They also nickeled and dimed me over $8 multiple times.

I recently reviewed my credit report and noticed an inaccurate and invalid account reported by *************************** Name]. This account is not valid, and its presence on my report is a violation of the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA). Under the ****, all reported accounts must be accurate, verifiable, and legally collectible. This account does not meet these standards, and I am requesting its immediate removal. I have not received proper validation of this debt, and without sufficient proof, it should not be reported. I am formally disputing this entry and requesting that it be deleted from my credit report. If the furnisher cannot verify the accuracy and legitimacy of the account, it must be removed in compliance with federal law.

On March 20, 2025, our client wired $949,852.50 to our Regions Bank account for a purchase. The following morning, I visited the branch to initiate a wire to our wholesaler, but was informed the transaction was under review and could not proceed. Later that day, I was called back to complete the transaction, as it had been approved. However, on March 24, when I returned to request a certified bank check for $927,240, I was told by banker **** ***** that our account had been frozen and was under review. When I asked to speak with branch manager ***** *******, she refused to come out of her office or communicate with mea shocking and disrespectful response given the seriousness of the situation.Since then, Ive received no transparency, answers, or resolution. **** ***** has repeatedly said he has no information and that the process would take at least 10 days. It has now been 10 days since the wire was received, and nothing has changed. **************** indicated the freeze was placed at the branch level.Despite multiple visits and calls between March 21 and April 1, Ive received no meaningful support. ***** ******* has refused to speak with me or return calls. This level of disregard is unacceptable and has left us unable to access nearly $1M in company funds. This mishandling has jeopardized a critical customer transaction and placed our operations, reputation, and cash flow at risk. Holding this amount without resolution or communication is unacceptable. We demand a formal response and immediate action. We also request an explanation for the account freeze, lack of communication, and failure to meet basic service expectations. If unresolved, we will escalate this through all available regulatory and legal channels.

The bank discontinued my deceased husband's(**** *******) credit card, due to inactivity, about December 2024-Jan 2025. There was a total of $75 worth of "points" on the card. When I attempted to redeem those points in cash, the bank said they couldn't issue me a check in my name. I brought my marriage certificate, death certificate and personal identification to the bank in an effort to get them to issue a check in my name. They refused, saying I should open up a probate case. The bank subsequently mailed me a check in my deceased husband's name for $75,(dated 3-7-25). The fees to open up a probate case range from $231 to $400, so I'd have to pay more in probate fees, than the amount of the check. The bank then, ends up keeping the money because it would cost more for me to start a probate proceeding. It seems to me that the bank therefore gets to unjustly keep the money. I have been a customer of ********************** for years and still have an account there, but I think this is unfair for them to keep the money that should be given to me, as the widow.

I signed up to have Solar panels put up on my home. The company that installed them had went out of business and the finance company put a hold on my loan and said they would find another contractor to activate the panels. It's been 3 years and I have not received an update. Recently I received an email demanding that I start paying for the panels, however they're still not activated and now they're telling me I was supposed to call around to other Solar companies to get estimates. I have absolutely no knowledge on Solar panels yet they left it to me to call around. It's been 3 years and I've had no solar activated. I'm currently in the process of selling my home but they put a lien on it so it's going to complicate things. I shouldn't have to pay for a service that I'm not getting. The solar panels are not connected yet I'm expected to pay for it and they won't pause the loan again. I would like for them to pause my loan and find another contractor to finish setting up my Solar.
