The amount of interest Calculated and being applied to my money market account ending in 1792 does not appear to be correct.(the interest rate is (3.44% unchanged). What is happening is that my Balance is increasing from deposits,interest,..etc... but the interest paid to me monthly is going down, which makes no sense to me. I noticed this trend starting in dec 2024. for example...interest paid to me on 10 december 2024 was about 33 dollars more that interest paid to meon jan 10 2025 althought my account balance increased by a $10600 deposit made on the dec 23rd.Even without a deposit my interest payment in jan should not have gone down.I have in good faith talked to the crestview branch of the Regions Bank and was told by the person that helped me and the acting manager that neither one of them knew why my monthly interet payment was going down while my balance was going up.they said they would submit it to the BACK OFFICE to request the acciracy of the way interest is being calculated.I was told i would be contacted in a few business days ****** ha been over a month i called a few weeks bck and was told the back office is giving different answers to which none made sense,,,,and that i would be getting a call soon,,,never happened....So the interest payment went up a little from feb but it is still onlyabout $17 dollars more that decembers interest payment but in the same period my balance increased by adout $14,000 ................................Please look into this. I believe the bank owe me money due to mis calculations.Business Response

I work with the ****************************** which is a government job, the name and information is even located on the check. However, Regions is holding my check for two weeks due to potential fraud however, when I spoke to someone on Saturday, they stated would be able to release them early. I spoke to the manager **** at the ******** location and he told me no. I asked if I could speak to someone that could potentially help, he stated no. I asked if I could prove the check is real, and he said no. there was no one to help me and resolve the issue. this is a work check, so essentially I am behind on my bills because they decided to hold for no reason.Business Response

I am rejecting this response because:Received the letter yesterday. I believe there is no effort to fix the problem from any of this companies. The letter is just an explanation of what I already know with a little extra words to look good. I have been at the branch, which I have a good relationship with and they dont understand what is going on. My name and phone number has changed legally, the bank had been the first one to get it with all the legality papers. Thats their third party company, they should be able to take care of it. I called zelle many times, even my phone carrier AT&T.
Thank you for your time and support. And Im not a satisfied client from Regions for not solving the issue.

claim id ******** I have submitted proof on the claim previously submitted to show that I was only responsible for ***************************************************************************************** dispute is ******** which not what I was told I had to pay . I have been continuously calling asking about this dispute I just received the claim number today 03/13/2025. I have also submitted a voice recording and i have more along with proof off bbb complaints filed when trying to communicate with carchex who has to date not returned my calls or responded but information i have provided will show that only that i was to pay and desired to pay was the 200 dollars for my deductible and that's it. I have also filed a complaint with the ************************ about this issue. I have submitted also my contract with the warranty to the dispute department and it will clearly show that carchex was and is responsible of fees labor and amounts and the only thing i am to pay is the deductible of which in this case more than the deductible was taken.Business Response

I have never been treated so bad untill I called Regions bank. They have the worst customer service. They are very rude and can't Comprehend simple things and don't care about fixing anything. I never had a problem before with getting approved for a checking account untill I opened one with Regions and now I get denied at all other places. I don't know what they put in my Early Warning checking account report but it's getting me rejected. Their customer service doesn't care about it's customers or protecting you from scammers when you call them. I haven't had a problem with people at the actual banks when I deposit money but their call center people are the worst except for 1 person.Business Response

In January **** Star Painting gave me an estimate for painting. At that time they told me they had financing options with Regions. I thought I was just seeing if I qualified as I was still in the beginning stages of my remodel and collecting estimates. The next thing I know I have received a bill from Regions and I have not had any painting done. I called Regions and they said **** Start would have to call them. I called **** Star and was told it was handled. Now I see Enerbank USA showing up on my credit report.Business Response
