      ********* is a total scam ********* is a total scam.********* is a total scam. they are absolute greedy interest hog machine. I would give it zero star if that was possible. They charge interest daily and you will never know how much goes to principle. First, they start you off with 4 months $50 payments "to make sure you and the contractor don't have issues." but what they are not saying is interest being charged daily for the original amount. You're required to make your monthly Minium payment for two years and that goes to interest only nothing goes toward the principle. **************** is nonexistent because of long wait times and the web site is a serious joke. To avoid stress never consider this BANK or PLEASE get financed by other institution. UGH!!!!!

      My **************** was extremely comfortable and Absolutely professional and adequately done by *********************** At the Union location close to downtown ******* ************************* really did an Amazingly Awesome job and I thank her 100 times she started my day off Absolutely great with her experienced excellent customer service Thanks again for all your help I'm a very satisfied customer Thanks to ********************** customer service representative ************************* on 10/27/23 at 11 am??????

      I'm very unhappy with Regions due to fee policies. Due to a garnishment that was issued by mistake, and removed within 30 days, Regions charged me $100 as a "legal fee." This does not have the customer's best interest in mind. I feel like Regions just stole $100 from me. It makes me lose my trust for them. So, I'm actively looking for another bank now. All attempts to resolve this through talking with representatives just resorted in a "company policy" speech from Regions.

      Region is not a good bank all they do is try to get in fs3 anyway they can since the new law has passed I'm looking for a new bank because it doesn't make sense to try to charge people $36 an account is current I don't know what they thinking but I work hard for my money and I'm not just going to give $36 away every time they think that they can get away with it

      A pending $695 credit card payment went through I did not approve of, causing my account to show negative $402. **************** cannot stop this payment from going through, nor can they tell me how much my account is allowed to overdraft. So the payment just has to sit there while I hope it gets returned. They said if it goes through, I can dispute it. Wow. If you've ever had to dispute something with Regions, you know what a joke it is. Also, when I called from my own phone number they have on file, they asked me about 15 questions just to even discuss anything. Including the exact amount of a recent transaction. Then they had to have the date. They won't change the name of the business on my card, even though the name of that business has never even existed and has my old name in it which has not been my name in over 2 years. This was definitely the last straw with Regions. It has been nonstop BS with them. I will be going in this week to shut down my account.

      09/2023 - This is the dumbest and most confused bank I've ever dealt with. One customer service department says business accounts cannot use Zelle, while another customer service department says the opposite. I've already sent money via Zelle, so I know it works. However, their online platform is so disjointed and confusing. And if you make a mistake, your profile gets locked. Then when you call, they don't know what to do. I went through 3 people before my profile was unlocked. This is ridiculous!!

      My senior citizen mother was physically assaulted and insulted at your ***************************** location in *********. For being a person of color with a wealthy uncle! She will not have a job when Im finished. She and her staff are bigots and idiots! I have video and will not stop until she is arrested and fired!

      It should be zero stars. My mom passed away and I have given them 2 copies of the death certificates and they have been given me the run around. I have and my lawyer gave them paperwork showing I am the executive of the estate and they still won't give us any information. This is the worst bank ever!! They should be shut down. They told my lawyer that my mom signed a check to cash it out last month and my mom passed away back in January 2023. One if the reps told my lawyer he has all the paperwork it is just sitting on his desk WTH. They won't give us the amount owed on a loan my mom had so that we can pay it off. I have a saving account with them which I am closing and I will bad talk them to everyone. This is unacceptable. Poor customer service!

      No contact via email or text yet reported to the credit bureau that payment was not made. Resulted in 87 point drop
