      This bank is trash! Went in to talk to someone about the atm machine bc the machine took my card. The manager wouldnt even help. She turned her back while I was talking and shut the door in my face. She she be fired! Absolutely the most disgusting display of behavior Ive ever experienced from anyone.

      S**** this bank , Im homeless and have no money at all for my three kids because of this bank , Im going to the media because I cant take this anymore , they are holding A LARGE AMOUNT OF MY MONEY And if I dont get my money by the date they said I would be able to I will be going to the media

      Do not help and cannot advise help Ignorant Bank.We were given advise we did not need pertaining to the canceling of a business card because of "so called" fraudulent activity which was a ****** play charge! Shut the card down for two weeks while we waited on their DEAD ****** to send us a new one which when it arrived could not be activated because it was not recognized!!!Their is SO MANY LAME uncommunicating team workers going on with regions they are helpless!! Never open for the working person, NEVER online after working hours and unable to grasp the simple knowledge of customer service.In a word UNPROFESHIONAL

      In March i filed our IRS Tax info electronically. We were due a several thousand dollar refund. I included an incorrect checking account number--my error. In late April we had not received any reimbursement nor other response from IRS. I contacted IRS and was told to be patient. If my $ went to the wrong account # it would be normal practice for the bank to return the money transfer and IRS would advise and send us a paper check. In **** i contacted IRS and was told that my refund had been accepted by Regions Bank. I was told to contact the bank. i did that and was told that the refund was put into the acct of another customer that had the acct # that i mistakenly reported. That acct/customer had a different name than ours. After that customer received our $ they closed their acct and took my $. Regions said they couldn't return our $ as the other customer had it. They made a couple of unanswered phone calls and closed their file. Tough luck to us.I would have expected that their system should have noticed the error and not given our $ away.And, i dont think a couple of phones was a reasonable effort to get the "wrong" customer to return my $. If it was Region's $ I am convinced that more effort would have been done. Thanks Regions.

      NO stars. *********** is not customer friendly. They do not support the best interest of the customers needs. I started a new job, received a paper check before the the direct deposit begins. I deposited the paper check via mobile banking only to learn that Regions was holding the check for 7 BUSINESS days. I am a school teacher working for a well known company, I understand some holding as a caution but not releasing any of my money and holding for 7 BUSINESS days is poor customer service. I do not recommend this bank.

      I worked all month long for my check, just for them to not make my funds available. They say they are making me wait 2 MORE weeks so I ended up not getting my check today. They also like to control how much money you can send at a time and if you go over their low limit you have to call in. This is the WORST bank I have ever had and regret opening this account. I should have never left my old bank

      Regions Bank is the worst banking company for small businesses. Their customer service is an empty promise.I visited a branch to talk to the manager. I had received a check from a credit union that is within walking distance of the branch. I asked the manager to fast-track the check because I needed the cash two days later to complete a significant investment.The manager promised to help. He called the other bank the next morning and was told that they had not received the check. However, the funds were unavailable to the people who had paid me. I was promised that the manager would call me the next day.The next day passed, and so did seven more. The branch manager never called me back. Regions Bank was still holding my funds, and I assume they were collecting interest on them. It took a call a week and a day later to get the funds released.This is a prime example of a greedy banking company that does not care about its depositors or small businesses. Regions Bank likes to brag about its customer relations, but this experience shows that they do not deserve trust.

      I'm really upset at the level customer service I received from these branches. First I'm lied to about a check deposit *****. A 11 day hold on my funds while I incurred 300 in fees because my fund were not available. Rude correspondence on the phone. My lights will be cut off. Geez thanks. I'm not doin business anymore in this bank

      I received three offers for a home loan which according to the email it was pre-qualified loan up to $250*000* My home is valued at $426*000 and I owe $118*000. That would give me at least $300*00. I only wanted $25*000 for ******************************************************* only $21900 for 15 years. I rejected their offer. But then* they sent me a letter stating that i have poor credit. I have a score of 820. Plus* I have never been late for any loan. Never. They are treating me like i am fraudulent person. I have never been so insulted in my life. What they should have stated was I rejected their offer or incomplete application. But no* they decided to treat me poorly. I am a school teacher with high values. I have three jobs and two pensions. Yet* they are not costumer friendly. They were stringing me along the entire process. If I could give them an F- that would be too good for them* especially their loan officer * *************************. These people are running a sham. So* if anyone receives an email about your home value* DELETE IMMEDIATELY. This is a sham and they should be a shame of themselves. DON'T DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE.
