      My client has a solar panel loan with this company and its been a nightmare trying to get anyone to help. We have a buyer trying to assume to debt and its taken us over a month to get a decision. They make it impossible to get anything accomplished and theyre definitely just looking out for themselves. We are currently going on three weeks since the buyer last submitted any updated income documentation and we still dont have a decision.

      I would give a negative star if it was available. This bank decided because I had overdraft protection and had to use it a couple of times over the past six months that when I deposited a large check that they were going to place a hold on this check. now it is standard practice for a check that is large to have a hold on it. However, when they said it was going to be released, they changed their minds and moved the date out by another week. I had to cashed in some stocks to pay for an emergency repair at my house and was needing that money to start the work. I had contractors coming out to the house that day and I had to have the cash for it . They told me it would be released on that day so I scheduled it for that day. However, they decided that because I had used my overdraft protection within the last six months that they were going to extend the hold on this check until the following month. Now as soon as that check is released I am closing all accounts with them and going to a different bank. I had a total of four accounts with them, including a business account and credit card. Everything is being closed because of their unethical practice. I do not recommend this bank to anyone and I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.

      Why does my branch tell me they have no fraud department? They cant lock my card when I call them to tell them someone is charging my account over and over they tell me I have to come into the branch? I work 6 am to 6pm the branch is closed Im out $248 and they still wont help me its been a week, unless I come inside the branch. Year 2023, and like the ****s, I have to take time off work lose a day of pay and get in trouble to secure my money? You should be more forthcoming to new account holders and provide them with this information before herding people in to open accounts without protection and assistance for the common worker! When Im able to take a day off you can bet it will be to CLOSE my account for my own protection.

      This so-called "bank" is beyond predatory and sleazy. They have some of the worst customer service I've ever encountered. No one answers their phones, calls back using their voicemail or "callback" feature. For days I've tried to get in contact, and it ************'s hold feature and nothing. No one. Their website provides no information on your loan at all. No balance, no interest, no loan documentation. The only thing you can do is make a payment or view history of payments. I'm not even sure how that's legal. Avoid at all costs.You have to call them every month to know what the interest amount they are charging you. They will only apply your payment to interest first. Their statement online is incorrect and horrible.

      I was contacted by an associate named *****************************. For the third time I was told that I needed to provide proof of ID and physical address. I did that again with this different employee only to see later that he had changed my mailing address instead of the physical address. I dont know where the bank finds this type of individuals, but actually could not see my concern about having a wrong address used as a mailing address. Too basic to spend that much time on the story. Even though I provided ***************************** with all the documents required by him, including a credit card which I found suspicious, he went ahead and close my accounts that I had for more than 20 years. A bunch of unknown fees were in the account and transactions I didnt make. I was very concerned that it was a fraud case, but his email address was from regions bank. Anyways, Im glad that slowly but surely they will be off the banking industry. White collar thieves. Using a position to do things to people you know it will hurt them has no integrity. I probably will not see the money I had there ever again; but I can sleep at night.

      This is the worst bank you could ever trust with your hard earned money. My credit score was low because I didnt have any debt . I applied for a secured card and gave my self a ***** credit limit . I opened a savings account to secure the ***** . I wanted to use it on my business trip and car rentals. Every time Ive swiped it would decline and would not allow payments to process. I closed the account a year later it took 3 month with excessive calls about where is my ***** . Not one time was I able to use the card after I closed they held the funds for 30 day as if anything was pending . Customers kept giving me the same lies your check was mailed out . The entire process took 4 months and all they say was a lane Im sorry It took less than 30 minutes for me to trust them w my money

      I contacted them and told them I was in an accident and unable to work or pay. I requested some type of leniency until i got back on my feet but they refused to work with me. When I didn't pay, they put it in default and are demanding the full sum...$29,000. If I couldn't make the $250 a month payment, how do they expect me to come up with $29,000?! I'm not asking for anything more than for them to work with me a little bit. My mortgage company, car loan institution and everyone else under the sun has worked me with after I provided proof of loss of income EXCEPT these people.

      They charged me an overdraft fee for a charge that I made that was pre-authorized for more than I spent. The charge was pending for 2 days and fell off to what i actually spent and I was no longer negative. So they crookedly and illegally charged me an overdraft fee! And the customer service on this issue was terrible. I guess they will continue to charge people overdraft fees on money they didnt spend just so regions can make money off people that cant afford this.

      Do not EVER use mobile, phone or business for deposits! Regions "ATM" is like seperate company and NONE of the bank personal can do ANYTHING!!! Worst customer service ever- I wish I could leave a ) star rating
