EnerBank (A Regions bank) has a miserable customer service. **************** tends to put calls on hold for extended duration. I had an approved amount of $2660 that I started to pay on a monthly basis (12 month interest free financing). The bank's faulty statement reporting resulted in me paying an extra $354.22. I have had to try to get to the customer service to have this issue resolved but in vain. **************** says that the accounts team does not see the overpayment. The payment history on my account clearly shows the overpayment. This bank does not do business ethically with its consumers. I would warn anyone who is trying to get a home improvement project financed by EnerBank.

I have made my mobile payroll deposits for years on the same checking account from the same company and same checking account. Nothing has changed and they claim it didnt get paid by my employers bank. I called 4 times to Regions and explained this is same check I've always deposited. I called my employers bank to verify all information twice and they returned my call after further investigation, they never received any electronic submissions from Regions to send money to my account. ********************** would not re submit, kept telling me it is a wrong account we are trying to draw on. The closest branch is 65 miles away they only reason I have it because of my mortgage. They have terrible customer service!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Can not get a hold of them after several attempts to pay off my loan and suddenly my log in does not work. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS LAME COMPANY. It is scary to think where my money is going every month.

I have been with Regions over 10 yrs and closed my accounts today because of the horrible customer service when calling for online banking help. Between the fees, the app not working and the terrible customer service its not worth the hassle. Would not recommend to anyone.

I went to the drive-through today (06/01/2023) at approximately ****. After waiting 4 minutes for someone to come to the drive-through window, I pushed the 'call button'. A lady appeared. She dryly and without a smile asked, "How can I help you?" In spite of the poor customer service, I replied "I would like to exchange $200 worth of 20s for 5s. (Our son is autistic, and we prefer to give him smaller bills.) She dryly and without a smile replies, "I don't think we have it." I replied ********* doesn't have $200 worth of 5s? to be sure I understood what she meant. She dryly and without a smile states, "Do you have your account number?" I state, "Do you have to have an account number to exchange $200 for 5s?" She replies "Yes. We keep up with everything." I stated, "That's weird. I don't have my account number, but I will give you my driver's license to look it up." I placed the $200 and ID in the box and she took the items without another word. She did not return to complete the transaction. Instead, a lady with picture-perfect customer service appeared. She smiled, thanked me for being a customer, and gave me my $200 worth of 5s and ID. I thanked her and drove away. Overall: the 1-star rating is because I could not rate a 0. Poor customer service is unacceptable on any level when managing customers - especially at a bank.

I tried to withdraw $5600 and was unable to because the teller said they are a small location and that they couldn't process withdrawals that size, ********** and ********* location. I proceeded to the ******* and Union location and tried to make the withdrawal and was informed that i couldn't make the withdrawal because a shipment hasn't came in. This is alarming to say the least

This business called me twice, leaving detailed messages regarding file# and threatening to talk to my legal representative etc. looking for what sounds like *************. I called back requesting they remove my number because whoever they're looking, they have the wrong number. The representative gets on his high horse starts accusing me of being this individual, saying "it doesn't matter, the government records have your number listed, and it's you!" I tell him my first and last name and he shouts "see, that individual is you, I may have pronounced it wrong, but that's your name." Mr. ***************** ****, you need to get your ears and english corrected. I even spelled out my first and last name. I eventually told ********************* whoever they're looking for was probably an Ex-husband, boyfriend who knows and this answer his little ego could take. ****'s feeling was just hurt because he eventually realized he was in the wrong and was too embarrassed to admit it so he told me "well you just need to say that this was someone you're no longer associated with, please take my number off" and hung up. Was that not what I said? To take my number off, lol. I called back 3 times until someone picked up asking why I keep calling them, well I needed to confim the business name so I can write this review of how entitle and unprofessional they are. The 2nd rep says he typed my number in and couldn't find my number anymore so the first individual must have taken it off. Let's see if they contact me again. Anywho, happy Monday to the Regions ******** Services team who ignores phone calls after they hang-up and know they're in the wrong.

I called the branch manager of regions bank at ******************************************************************* on 5/11/2023 to notify her I will be coming from out of town to their branch to make an important transaction. I flew in on 5/13/2023, gave then a check to cash, 2 forms of ID, including my passport. They were expecting me like discussed. Then they started asking questions for verification. I answered all their questions but they said they were not correct and declined to complete the transaction. he says "there are lots of fraud these days and I could have stolen someone's bank information"! This is despite giving them my driver's license and passport which clearly have a photo ID on them. I called their general customer care line and the lady called the branch to speak with them but still they declined. Such a disappointment from a bank I have kept for more than 15years. This isn't the first time I am having a similar experience with Regions bank. The first time this occurred at a branch in ** in Jan 2023, I thought it was odd but decided not to make much of it. Now, I am poised to let them know their customer did not steal someone's information by leaving this review and I plan to close off accounts in the next few months and transition to a more competent bank and more competent people. Do not bank at this location or perhaps with regions bank at all.
