      They monitor check which I did not agree for them to pay I stopped payment on the check within 5 minutes and cancel the merchandise and reasons went ahead and let the money get withdrawed from my account and has no remorse or intend to refund my money

      I had a consumer loan with them and it is the worst experience I've ever had. I had automatic electronic payment set up on my loan. Suddenly in March I got a late fee. I called their customer service and they said they changed payment services and would reverse it. The next month, same thing happened. I called again and got the same answer. I paid the entire balance on this same call so i wouldn't have to deal with it any more. Yesterday, i got an invoice for just the late fee. I had to call again today and still not resolved. Also note that it is a 1/2 hour wait minimum to talk to a human no matter when you call. I will never use this bank again.

      The worst banking experience ever. My bank account was locked and blocked haven't been able to touch my hard earned money for the past 2 months. Causing many bills to be unpaid, late fees and reported on my credit report. Let along a child I'm not able to provide for because of this situation. No apologies, just a bunch of misleading with no follow *** with the issue. As a once loyal customer I wouldn't recommend this bank to anyone. If I could rate them when it comes to starts it would be 1/8 piece of a star . Thank you all so much for making my life depressed and stressed living h***

      I have three loans for utility work with Enerbank. I set up autopay on all three loans on day one. This spring they assessed me a bunch of late fees. I have paid every bill on time and have never had a late or missing payment. After this they cancelled my autopays without notifying me causing me to miss payments and hit me with even more unjustified late fees. So I go on their website and re-setup all of my autopays and get my payments in, and then even though they send me confirmation emails that my payments are received they cancel the autopay again and charge me more late fees. They are a completely fraudulent company.They refuse to answer emails, and reply "this is better discussed in a phone conversation." Then when you call them you sit on the line for hours with a "please wait for next available agent message playing over and over again." After this review, my next task is to report them to my state's Attorney General and Senators and reps. It's obvious they have a scam going and they need to be stopped before they take advantage of any more people.

      **************** **. location is horrifying! First of all I have banked with Regions for YEARS! I go in with a substantial amount of cash in my bank bag. The manager was very friendly and spoke as she walked by to her office. I waited my turn and noticed the lady in front of me was making a large deposit also. The teller seemed very dry and rude. But I was thinking maybe just a rowdy customer. So he gets her done and he fumbles around maybe 45 seconds without acknowledging me. So I step closer to his window. If looks could kill I would have dead right in my tracks!!! He ask what can I do for ya. We started with cash he put it in the counter, the the checks. Check#1. He says I shouldnt cash this! You should deposit then I will give you cash. My reply was thats fine. Either way I get the cash in my mind but maybe he had to explain the procedure. Check 2. I cant cash this. I told him to just me all of it back and I will just go to *******. Which is my hometown. He got hot and loud and said if I cant do it they sure cant!!! I then said you must be having a bad day. He quoted again that they cant do it. Unfortunately this will be my last transaction. I have accounts at other banks in ******* that dont have nasty employees. After it escalated I was on the way out and the manager could tell I wasnt happy. So I went on and told her my thoughts on Mr. ***** pants! Before it was over I told him I would come behind the counter and get that smurk off his face. He then threatened to have me removed. Lol. I promise he would not take part in the removal. I dont have much but I will not beg a bank for service.

      Decent bank if you want to save your money; God help you if you want to have access or use that money! Way too restrictive with allowing access. Limited ATM amounts, limited transfers ( all of which have substantial charge ) and wire transfers can only be in person!! If youre out of state youre totally hosed! Useless on the phone and abhorrent customer service. They simply repeat themselves until you give up. The customer service people couldnt have cared any less, no regard , no resolution, no concern if I leave. All of this to say, they wont respect you either nor will they care one way or the other about your needs. Keep you money in cash and leave them alone! Absolutely terrible!

      I have banked with Regions for a couple of years - I deposited a check that was larger than I normally do. The banker told me that part of the funds would be released on ***** and the rest ****. Online banking showed nothing would be available, not even the $225, until midnight of *****. The local branch said it was the fraud department, the back office said to contact the local branch. This has caused a ripple effect.

      I have had many issues with Regions Bank and what seems to be treatment that is quite unfair. This issue is related to my account being closed. I had many fraudulent charges and while I was in the hospital dealing with some personal and health problems, I could not attend to my account. By the time I received word that the account was being closed via mail, the account was already closed (despite just receiving a notification) and I was unable to do anything. In order to even get statements to file a report, to get some of these charges refunded, I was told I had to pay a fee or that they could not see anything or help me with anything. There are fraudulent charges, there were funds left over and there are now charges that I'm being told I owe due to my account being overdrawn. If I can access the account or get some assistance, I can file the proper report to remove these fraudulent charges and keep the account in good standing. I would love to get my account back as well. For whatever reason, I don't have access to many features including removing my money from the savings account that is still open. I now cannot access the account at all via the app or website.

      Regions bank is awful. I understand I had a negative balance in one of accounts, due to their fault as well. But I was trying to get caught up on my actual bills in the real world before I paid that account of over 600 dollars that I did not have since I am a single mother with 2 kids and had to go out of town for a funeral. Without telling me they took the payments out of my account that I paid bills with. So now I cant even pay a few of my bills because they took money that wasnt even owed to them. I am lucky that I did not have anything big pending because now I have less than 100 dollars til I get paid again. This is a very poor business decision especially for people who barely make enough to survive on.

      They are demolishing my credit I keep making payments. I cleared up all the supposed late fees that I had already paid and they continually hit me every month saying Im 30 days late. I called several times spent hours on hold waiting for them just to be hung up on, but I did finally get through the gentleman. I spoke to said everything is caught up. He doesnt know why he would say that Mind you my credit score keeps dropping every month They locked us all out of our online payments and you cant even pay by phone. This is asinine.
