This is possibly the worst bank I've dealt with. First they allow others to cash a check in my name and are no help at all. Then in the beginning January I requested a Now Card directly from the app(because it gives that option) two weeks past and I hadn't receive it. So I called "customer care" and they were no help. They said "No card was requested" and needed to go inside the branch. How are they going to tell me that no card was requested when it shows on the app "card not active". Ok fine, I went into the branch on Feb 15 at 9 am to request a new card. The "banker" stated he requested and verified my info was correct. Today is 03/03/23 and STILL NO CARD. I called 03/01 the branch because I was charged the service fee. They said it takes to weeks to receive which was on 03/01. I asked for the fee to be waived because I haven't had a card to use because it's not sent the person ****** who I spoke to stated she couldn't waive but would ask her manager. She called me back 03/02 and said the "fee" was waived as a courtesy. Are you kidding? I haven't had the card in TWO months since it's been requested because the bank hasn't sent it! It's the Banks fault and she says it's a courtesy. They are horrible and I do not recommend,

Horrible banking institution! After having a relationship for over 7 years, my husband passed away and I totally forgot about incoming transactions which Regions paid but charged me 2 nsf fees. I asked if they could assist me in waiving those fees since I was in a hardship during that time with his passing, they said no.

Absolutely abysmal service. Regions bank corporation does not know what they are doing or how to finance the loans that they offer. I was selling a car to a friend who got pre-approved for financing through regions and the process was completely awful with no communication. 1. Two weeks after being pre-approved and attempting to initiate closing, we had heard NOTHING from regions. We (the purchaser and myself) tried calling and emailing multiple times over several days to get in touch with underwriting and were told that in order to resolve it, we needed to go to the branch in *****. The branch manager had no idea what we were talking about and had no paperwork in hand, even though we had the loan number and explicit instructions from the call center. It took TWO ADDITIONAL WEEKS and hounding them over phone and in person to finally close on the loan, and then they tried to dismiss me without even moving the money into my account (I am a regions customer). We were told the purchaser would need to go to the *** to register the car. 2. 30 days go by and the purchaser takes off work to go to the *** and register the car. The *** informs him that they do not have the title from Regions to register the car and the purchaser and *** rep call the branch to find out where the title is. The branch manager tells the buyer regions handles registering the car but that the title isnt signed so they arent able to do it. Neither myself nor the purchaser had been reached out to from regions indicating what was happening and attempting to resolve the problem. The manager argues with the *** rep because he has conflicting info and says again that regions handles the registration, even though it has been 30 days since the purchase and the buyer didnt receive a temporary tag. The buyer ended up going to the branch and was met with an extremely unprofessional attitude. Do not go to regions for financing. This problem is still outstanding and we dont know when it will be fixed.

Contacted this company via the webform on their website. I received multiple emails with in minutes requesting information about my company. I responded by asking for further information about the contractor financing options and requirements. I received a response ***************************** stating the following. "Alright it sounds like we arent going to be a good fit for you then." This feels like a complete scam! Beware of internet predators/scams! When a company refuses to give you information about their products. Run away! Don't walk, RUN!

Totally clueless in dealing with foreign checks of bigger amounts >25000. So far it is 7 weeks, and still not a plausible explanation as to why. No idea if this is my branch, or the bank that is at fault.

This bank is a joke. I signed up online over a week ago for a checking and savings account. Got the email I was approved. Great! Then was told by the online customer support chat rep that a card was being mailed to me. Fast forward a week- still no debit. I messaged again and was assured it was on its way. Today, my direct deposit hits- STILL no card. I attempt to pay my bills via bank account number/routing number. Denied, denied, denied. So I AGAIN contact customer support where I am told to go into a branch for my card and to take a block off my account that magically appeared. So I drive 2 hours to my nearest branch (have not moved yet). When I get there, I am told there is no card, and my money was returned to my payroll because MY ACCOUNT WAS CLOSED DOWN. I dont know what kind of bank spreads around false information and lies as much as this one does. I would steer clear!!!! Now I am out an entire 2 week paycheck because of a bunch of idiots not doing their job correctly.

This is a review for EnerbankUSA. I have used this company 3 times. I utilized the homeowner loan product to get work done at our property. I thought it was a good deal since if you pay off your whole amount within a year, there is no interest. What I didn't realize is that they do all kinds of things to make it hard for you to track your loan and posting times for payments are poor/delayed.Correspondence is SLOW. You receive weird "coupons" stating a (0) balance at first which makes no sense. Your "grace ******* begins the second you sign for the loan, even though work done by your contractor may not even be scheduled for months. They draw half immediately. You can't get anyone on the phone. I have been on the line for nearly 2 hours today. There are multiple portals on line and not all of them work properly. I was told that my payment wasn't posted yet because, " the payment comes to one post box and has to be brought over here to be posted. So, the result of all this delay, confusion and poor customer service is that you may well not have your loan paid off at the cut-off date and get slammed with a high interest add-on for the ENTIRE BALANCE. I am astounded that this company has a B+ rating. I would even give them a C. I have had 2 loans with them and both paid off promptly. I am a customer in good standing. I will never use this company again. And I question their practices.

Every time I use the drive thru, it is a minimum of 30 minutes to process a transaction. For example, today (which I understand is the 3rd of the month and busy) I was the 4th car in line in the 1st lane. 43 minutes later, I finally made it to the window and was told it would be a few more minutes. How does getting to the bank over an hour before having to be at work and still worrying I'm going to be late make sense?? ****** (the teller) is slower than molasses. Regions has gotten so focused on sales and their system is so complicated (I know-I used to work for them) that they have completely overlooked customer service. The drive thru is for those of us in a hurry. But once you're in line and other cars are also waiting with you, you cannot get out of line if you don't have time to wait. You are stuck. Even the ATM's are ridiculously slow. If my "preferences" are remembered, then it shouldn't take 20 minutes to make a deposit in the **** Regions needs to back off their ************ to customers trying to keep them there forever to try to sign them up for everything under the sun and focus on their customer service issues. Most people just want to get in and out and back to their day. I have several accounts, and I am seriously considering pulling them all for these reasons.
