      I think they need to get there act together! How about bend a little when a human being has been banking with regions for years and zelle hangs up your bank account on hold for a week and the customer has no means to live any more..... that would mean I'm hungry and need gas in my car to continue to get to work to pay my bills. I tried to pay my rent though zelle after submitting payment it was said that it won't process until the 6th when rent is due on the first! So I canceled payments went to bank withdrawal cash to pay rent on time . Thursday was the 1st my account went negative on the 2nd .... I called customer care with the bank and zelle to find that they won't do anything until the process is done witch will be the the 7th of the month. So now me the customer has to be without money for 7 days for a screw up at the bank. I'm hungry and need gas in my car to get to work I went to the bank on Monday the 5th to see if anything can be done , that I'm hungry no gas no money to live on and no help again. How is this taking care of a customer that has banked with regions for years all my money I run though the bank and now I'm broke have no food or gas to take care of my normal life

      The ATM used in New Iberia Louisiana took my hold pay check today and refused the refund my money back. I was in disbelief when it was suppose to be a world wide bank not only do they steel money from the people who bank with them they also steel from costumers. I went to use their ATM and soon as I confirm a transaction the ATM said sorry machine is down and also took the money off my card. I went in the building for assistance on trying to get my money back they told me they can't do nothing about it to go dispute online. And the workers their was rude and treated me like I was not telling the truth when they have cameras pointing at the ATM where they can see nothing came out of it when I tried to withdraw money but I would never go there again ever in life.

      EnerBank USA continues to send us late payment notices when our bill is paid on time every month. These people should be shut down. The customer service rep tried to blame the postal service and me for their own problems. This was the third time that I called with this issue and every time I call they have a new excuse. It was up to date the first time and they had no explai=nation, it was up to date the second time and their excuse was that their two computer systems don't talk to one another so they would receive the payment on time and then send you a late notice anyways. This time was just poor customer service, had enough time to call a lawyer.

      You are lucky if you get to talk to a person. Try calling the Visa customer service number, which I have needed to do a few times lately, your each time I have called got a recording state would be put on hold and my minimum hold time would be 15 minutes. I would average holding 20 plus minutes. For a bank that claims to be a customer service bank this is terrible

      After applying for HELOC and being approved and waiting for the entire process going thru appraisal, provided all documentation that was requested and being told that closing would be in the next week we get an phone call from local branch saying off there is a lien on your home we can’t do the loan sorry. This so called lien is an expired mechanic lien that is no good. I spoke with several attorneys regarding the lien and everyone said it’s a non issue. My frustration was that I waited nearly 2 months to find out they didn’t want to do the loan. Went to local credit union got the HELOC within one month no issues. Very unhappy with regions services.

      Today I was treated rude by customer service. They have you talk to one person and then another. All they do is transfer you and no one actually helps!!

      Worthless bank. I guess the way I had to open my account should be a red flag, but I assumed it was just a local branch, where bankers yawning and fixing their nails while there is a line of customers. Then there was some ‘unsolvable’ technical issue, that delayed opening an account. The banker promised to call me once fixed. Waited 5 business day, no call. Went to brunch, surprise, nobody even tried to do something, I guess there is no value in a new customers. So I left and resolved the error after numerous calls and not very knowledge customer service representatives. After so much torture, on the third month of account opening, all by sudden I see paper statement fee of $**!!! First of all I never requested any statements, second, ******** ******* was ii hand embroidered or printed?! Called to 1 800 again. waisted one hour and had that charge removed. Now, two weeks later, out of blue, service fee$* . Is it a joke, or your bankers are absolutely unaware about any of your products. I specifically asked about monthly fees, and answer was no! So, it is almost midnight, I am on hold for 45 minutes and customer service representative says: we are not able to remove service fee!!! Oh my God! Are you serious? Now, after making my final conclusion, through the app, for 21 minutes as of now, waiting on a human being to close my checking account! No answer! Nobody! I don’t need your: ‘we are sorry for your experience!’ Give me my money, close this account, and I will try to forget that you ever existed in my life! Have screenshot and all the other proof of every word here.

      Use this bank as a last resort only. I secured a no-interest payment option through a vendor--BIG mistake. None of my auto payments are reflected and no response from customer service. No surprise that "call response times are longer than normal"-- i'm guessing call volume from irate customer is proportionally high as well. Zero stars.

      Be aware of this company they are a total rip off. Make sure to pay close attention to your billing statements they will take your payment and none of it will apply to the principal it will all go towards interest. Your principal balance will stay the same for moths at a time. They charge outrageous interest amount 18% daily. The customer service is horrible, the website is horrible, they offer you as little information as possible on the website so that they can continue to run this tricky little scheme they have going. again BE WARE of this company they are a total rip off. I do not know how the BBB allows them to continue to function without some type of investigation or reprimand. If you have any choice DO NOT USE this company, you will regret it!

      They charged me $* fee monthly whole time no one was working during covid. I closed my account because I moved to a state that they don't have a bank and I still had to pay for a whole month service fee. They have the power to reverse the monthly fee but choose not to.
