I have an escrow account with my ********************** mortgage. Regions servicing did not pay one of my property tax bills on time, and I was assessed a late fee. Regions refused to cover the late fee.Regions said it follows the *********** Settlement Procedures Act (RESPA). RESPA section ******* states, "the servicer shall make payments from the escrow account...to avoid a penalty." When I pointed this text out to Regions, Regions refused to share legal or regulatory text allowing the servicer to not make property tax payments by the taxing authority's deadline.

I paid off my auto loan with Regions in October ************************************************************************************************************ December, they advised that they would reissue another title and it would be mailed to the correct address within **** weeks. It is now February and I still dont have a title. Called and spoke with a representative that advised that nothing was done so now I have to go to the state and apply for the title that Regions lost. The quality of care from this business is a joke and I would never do business with them again.

My mom received a statement from EnerBank for an improvement loan. She never applied for a $18,000 loan and they are showing its 2 months overdue, not interest fees were added and no balanced was on the statement. This loan was supposedly opened in Jan 2022, a year later shes getting notices. I feel this is a scam. Be careful. My mom is 89 and I feel its a target for the elderly.

*******************************************************. I am a new customer and called this location and spoke with BB or VV. She provided the worst customer experience and when I asked to speak to manager I was put on hold for 15 minutes. I called on my other phone to get through to a manager and BB answered saying loudly to her peers he is waiting to file a complaint and began to laugh. After 15 minutes of hold *** answered the call and said she was the Assistant Manager. Was very rude and brushed of the incident. **** is Branch Manager. I will be making a trip and thinking of closing this account. The service needs to be reviewed. It is unacceptable and treating you very new customers this way is not right. I hope corporate reads this.

Opened an account with you because you offered a $500 bonus for maintaining a $1500 balance in the account. I now realize that when a bank offers free money for opening an account, one should stay away. Regions has been the absolute worst banking experience I've ever had. I have not used the account in months. I stopped using it because I received a letter from them stating they were placing a hold on my funds, despite the fact I didn't have any money in the account. It was something to do with the ****************** of something. I have four other bank accounts and none of them issued any notice of placing a hold on my funds. Now, I get a call from the Regions debt department claiming I owe them $150 for the garnishment they placed on my account. Talk about horrible service; is your goal to assist with my finances or to control my money and increase my debt? It appears you are in the wrong line of business. I am finally heading to the local branch tomorrow to close out my account and find a way to avoid paying that $150 because it's absolute nonsense.

I received a check from my broker, took the check in to Regions bank located at ******************* to be deposited in my account, I did a drive through, handed the check to the cashier with my bank card. she came back 5 mins later sayin that my account wasn't pulling up with my card, she asked if I could come in, so parked, it was raining, as I walked inside, I sat in front of another cashier and I was told that they had never seen this kind of check before and why would my broker give me this kind of check. I told them all the instructions were on the check and they can verify it, which they they refused to. Moments later, I was told that the numbers on the check was not reading. when I insisted on them calling to verify the check, they told me that they have seen that kind of check before but it wasn't in that large amount. I looked at them and said so what do I need to do now? and she said if they deposited it, it would take a long time, I told them am not in a rush and they can hold and do all their due diligence! They kept giving me a run around changing their stories, wasted my 20 mins! first it was my card not working all because they wanted to get me inside the bank so that they can judge me. and when I went inside their stories kept changing, they went from not used to that kind of check, then the numbers were not reading on the check to yes they are familiar to those kinds of check however the amount was too large. I have never been this humiliated and discriminated in my entire life! So am not entitled to that kind of large amount because of my color? or what is it? It's a business account and any amount should be deposited. My account is in good standing! Finally they told me to contact my broker to wire the money instead of check. I contacted my broker and they did a ACH! However they have completely failed me and I no longer want to bank with them, I will take my business else where! So disappointed!

Regions financial corporation closed my companys business account due to customer giving one of our employees a bad check! They didnt call, send an email or anything of that sort to communicate with us letting the primary account holder know that theres something going on with your account they just closed it. This inconvenience caused my business to miss out on sales because of the lack of communication. Regions employees at ***** TX-242, ******,** ***** location teller *********************** didnt make it any better with unethical practices. What happened to customer satisfaction? These banks dont care about their customers! We should be protected & know that our money is safe & our accounts are safe. Were trusting these financial institutions with our lifes ************** show us no gratitude and treat the customers unfairly its not right & we have to speak up. This not the last they will hear from ***************************** & this unprofessional experience!
