      I purchased **** shoes for a premium price of more than $80 despite the fact that I didnt want them. I wanted ****, but they were unavailable. Despite my disappointment, I puchased the **** shoes they did stock.The shoes didnt last even six months. They arent worn and the soles are separating from the shoe. This is extremely poor quality for a premium priced shoe and only one of them is separating. I contacted ****, they refused to help me and referred me to the retailer. I contacted them. Their initial response was to refer me to the manufacturer. Neither the retailer nor the manufacturer will accept responsibility for selling me an inferior product at an inflated price. I am a very unhappy customer who was cheated.

      ordered 2/3/2024.order number ************* 2 pair of **** dunk low fuchsia and white size 6 the company did not pay attention to the updates, or their computers did not work properly. I advised that they delivered to the wrong address and the manager told me it is my responsibility I advise that it show that my address was updated. the company, I sent the company an email before the delivery to inform they were delivering to the incorrect adder, in the email i put my correct address, they still will not take responsibility, I also sent the sent the post office an email and they still delivered it and the person that received the package will not return it

      We apologize for any inconvenience in this matter. Unfortunately, we are unable to modify a shipping address once the order has been shipped. The order was delivered to the entered shipping address. Since delivery was completed appropriately, we cannot refund the order.

      We ceased further communication with the customer due to inappropriate language used towards our associates.

      They shipped the wrong size. Two mismatch sizes (a 6 and a 6.5). So I took the shoes inside a local Hibbett store & the manager there refused to do the return. I reached out to customer service was told by the agent that either way leaving the shoes at the store or shipping them back with fine and that the call was being recorded and that the video they have in the store will show that I left the shoes I did not have a return label, or any of that. Returning them with a label was not Addressed until I called complaining about my refund. And till this day I dont have my money I need my money thats all I want. I talked to a supervisor over an agent on the customer service line and he was rude as well told me that until they receive the shoes in the warehouse that I wont get a refund I do not want to take this into civil court, but I will.

      I attempted to return a Christmas gift. The lady refunded the money back to the original purchaser credit card and took my hoodie. I asked for a gift card or the hoodie back and she told me no. I got no Christmas gift, no refund, no exchange, and no idea if she actually refunded the money. **************** refused to help me or give me a number to call. Hibbet in ****** ********

      I placed an almost 300 order onlineI placed an almost 300 order online with Hibbet Sports December 16th. The order said delivery before Christmas. Estimated arrival Dec 23rd.So today I check it tells me my item is 16 miles away at a Hub and I can now expect it on December 27th.I've called *** and Hibbett no resolution. However Supervisor ******* was the most unempathetic, could care less person I've ever spoken with. I asked her to reach out to *** to see if I could pick the item up. She continues to say we aren't offering any appeasement. Horrible just disgusting.Im.a faithful customer or was. She totally ruined my Christmas. I will not longer use Hibbett for anything in store or online Items are too expensive for this company to have inept customer service representatives and supervisors who laugh and snicker. Basically she told me it was my problem because I believed them when they gave me a delivery date.

      Hello I need help with my order *************. I originally put in the correct address but somewhere in the process the shipping address ended up being changed to my old address which Im in the process of moving so no big deal but customers service said they would open a claim to update it for me but its like they werent listening to me because I said it was fine because Im still in between addresses but thought it was weird how it changed. I was unaware of this change because again I made sure to put the correct address. I then proceeded to speak to supervisors on the date of 12/1, 12/8, 12/15 I kept getting told the same thing a claim will be open wait5days then call again and they say another claim will be open wait 5days then again another claim will be open wait 5 days and its like this isnt going anywhere Im not getting no help and its like every time I call I have to explain myself over and over again. Ive spoke to the carrier which they are more than welcome to help if hibbett would cooperate but hibbett says they cant open a claim with the carrier regarding my order in order to locate it. Worst customer service experience ever I will not continue to support hibbett after this experience.

      I brought a pair of shoes my son didn't like them. Mind you I paid with cash. I go to get a refund and the store manager tells me that they don't have any money in the register to give me a refund "me still trying to be calm" the manager asked "do I have a card to put the money on?" I replied "no, I didn't pay with card". The manager then tells me "oh you can go to the other store they have the money the store is bigger" so I go to the other store and they tell me the same thing, now I'm mad, I drove all the way to the other store for them to tell me the same thing "frustrated" at this point then he offers me to go to another store, I replied " no now I'm wasting more gas trying to get my refund." So now I'm calling customer service but of course they can't help but say we'll send you a check in two to three weeks "huh" I told her you didn't wait two weeks to get your money, why should I have to wait that long and then I'll have to pay taxes to cash the check, ***** that don't make any since at all. Long story short no resolution. Nothing done and I'm still loosing. So now I'm like ok let me put it on Apple pay because the manager told me it will be instantly load to apple in one business day "ok". Now we're on the present day no money loaded to my apple pay. I call the store and ask the associate how long does it take for the money to process she said "three to five business days," I then ask her why would he lie to me like that? I NEVER AGAIN WILL I SHOP THERE.

      I made 2 orders as gift purchases and they were damaged or sent with a sensor. I ordered a Jacket and had it shipped to that person the Jacket was over $200 and it was sent with a sensor attached. Now this person who is disabled has to try his hardest to return the Jacket with the sensor extremely inconvenient for him. The other order was a pair of Air Force ones that came with shoe laces unattached and yellow including the shoes. What type of business are you running? I am very disappointed this year with the quality of service. I asked to get another pair of shoes and get them expedited or speak to a manager and I was told no manager is available and I cannot get the order expedited. I am very disappointed with this service.

      I ordered a pair of shoes that said they were delivered on 12/4/23 by **** yet I received nothing. I received another package from **** the very same day so I know that it had to have been delivered to the wrong address. Instead of Hibbett contacting **** about my lost package, I was told since I had two past claims of missing packages, I would not be allowed a refund. Mind you, those two claims were a year ago to a completely different address and it was two orders that were delivered on the same day, so obviously went missing at the same time. Im out $160. The least they could have done was follow up with ****.

      I purchased some sneakers online and when they were delivered they were missing the tag accessory that was suppose to be attached. I submitted a claim online I just wanted them to send the missing accessory tag. They replied they cant refund me I wasnt asking for a refund just a missing part. Order number *************
