      Dont order from here received my toddler Jordans just to find one missing smh called customer service sent the item back as requested for refund they received it almost three weeks ago and still no update disputed with bank since they cant seem to process my refund for 70 and keep giving me the run around this company is SCAM.

      The worst customer support I have ever been subjected to. The most unknowledgeable CSRs. Backstory: I went in store to shop for a Christmas gift and my size was not available, I was offered next day shipping to my home. The shoes did not arrive, the tracking information did not work. *** month later and I am still fighting to get a refund. I have chatted and called rep after rep after rep. *** rep did not even submit my request for a refund, another rep stated they are hiring anyone off the street with no experience or a care in the world. Up until about the 4th rep i had finally learned they shipped my shoes via door dash and the shoes were returned to shipper but they were never returned I can only assume. Then a customer service specialist stated my refund as a "one time appeasement" The audacity to describe my refund as an appeasement for a product I did not receive is appalling. I just called this morning, and the rep was looking at the wrong order, an order from 1 year ago. I had to walk her through to look at the dates. Come on. This is just downright sad. I was offered a check for 2-4 weeks from now. Can you believe that? When I asked whether the check was mailed (I submitted my information for the check on Monday and it is not Thursday), she said she was not able to see that information, when asked to speak to someone else I was placed on a brief hold and then by the same rep was told that there was no way in their entire system to tell if the check was mailed. I find that hard to believe. To say less, I will no longer do business with Hibbetts, nor will this be a trusted place to shop for my friends and family.

      Got my order and only one boot was in the box. Call to let them know and nothing was done. I was told I had too re buy the shoe but the shoe was sold out in my son size so we are out of boots and money until they give me my money back. The manager I spoke with didn't care about they mistake and did nothing but send me a return label.

      Worst company ever. My return was received on October4th and I have not yet received a refund. I emailed customer service and they told me it has not been received yet. I have the proof in an email from them. All I want is money back, ************ steals peoples money.

      They sent me used dirty shoes and the only thing they could offer was returning them. If I could left 0 stars I would. They are a SCAM

      Terrible!!! Rude!! I was ambushed at the door and accused of stealing just because of what I was wearing. No one said they saw me and no one bothered to check the cameras before ambushing me. Or they would have seen I walked in with it on! They did it in front of several customers. What the helll is that about? I have spent thousands of dollars there and never will again. And will do what I can to get as many people as possible to stop shopping there

      Got a text for. 25% off a $50 order. Said order online, and had to pick up at a store. So after searching through the website for about an hour, I had 18 items I wanted to purchase. Put info in to check out, and before I got to the final page it kept telling me it didnt think I was a human. Couldnt get past it. So called in, spent another 20 minutes giving rep all my order. She puts me on hold for a few minutes and comes back on to tell me I can only get one of the items OUT OF 18!! The rest were not available! Then why the heck are they on your website!!!! Furious was an understatement!! Not sure what game they are playing but Im out!

      I attempted to buy two pairs of Jordans before school started. I was told that it would take 3-5 business days to have the shoes delivered to the store due to the size not being available at the time of purchase. I agreed and paid for the shoes and waited for a call. After 4 days had passed, I called to check on the status of the order and was told one of the pair of shoes had been delivered, but they were still waiting on the other pair. I was also told that I couldn't pick up the ones that had arrived and had to wait for the order to be completed for pick up. I called two days later and was told the same thing. I called today and was told that although now both shoes had been delivered to the store, I am still unable to pick the shoes up because they are having a computer issue and can't release the shoes. The store manager then told me to call customer care, cancel the order, and then come in the store to repurchase so I can't get the shoes. After sitting on hold for ****************************************************************** they could not cancel the shoe order and that I just have to wait. I asked to speak with a manager, who reiterated what the customer care agent said. I was informed that the number given to me by the store manager at hibbets does not handle in store purchases, and that the team that does only works Monday through Friday and would not be able to assist until the upcoming work week. So basically, after paying ****** dollars, Hibbett Sports is refusing to give me the product I paid for or cancel the order and refund me my money due to "system issues." If the shoes were delivered yesterday and I was called, this could have potentially been handled as it was a weekday when the in store customer care department was open.Customer service in the store is pi*s poor. The store manager is rude, as if their system issues is my fault and I shouldn't be frustrated. I HATE THIS STORE.
