      Charged my payment twice, then proceeded to tell me there was nothing they could do to reverse the charges. Unethical and illegal business practices, go to a real bank!

      I've been trying to get help figuring out where my title is. They closed the inquiry without a response. They don't mind taking your money though. I paid off my car over a month ago. They sent the lien release but no title. I tried calling the number and it was pointless. My aunt cosigned with me and she tried but to no avail.

      I was told by ****** that they could help me with my payment extension. With hard times things came up. I was denied the payment extension and she said they would over ride it and to submit it online when I got paid or call in. I tried doing it online and was denied. I called and both the representative and manager said they can't do that. For someone who is trying to catch up and get back on track to be told they can't help is really frustrating. They said they will have document the situation and have a talk with ****** and I really hope they do. I ask for the recorded call and they just said they will look into it.

      Bad business practices. I had been with this company for many years. I had no complaints or concerns whatsoever regarding Toyota finance until recently. I was behind a month on my payments due to car repairs and tires replacement also recall on an issue that Toyota finance would not resolve. I made a predated payment and Toyota Finance decided to withdraw from my account two months payment. I couldnt afford that. I had utility bills due and mortgage but Toyota representative said that I had to call back in ten days then report this issue to them. My bank account was suspended because of the two payments my utilities were suspended. This action that they initiated was illegal. Withdrawal of a payment from a bank account without prior authorization and approval.

      This has been the WORST experience ever! First things first, I bought a 2022 model RAV4 from ************** Toyota in April 22. The finance department 'upsold' me approximately $10K in warranty products, that at the time, I allowed to happen. This inflated the end price which gave me an insane monthly payment. Fast forward to June 24,2024. I physically visited the dealership and cancelled all extended warranties in an effort to get the overall payoff lowered so I can SELL this car. ************** Toyota had me sign a request and told me it'd be around 3 weeks to apply to my account. Today is 6/18/2024 and I'm still waiting for this to resolve. What I do know to be true, there were 5 warranty checks written and forwarded to SETF, these checks were written on the 1st of July and received by SETF on/around 7/5/2024. I have called SETF numerous times during all of this and consistently get conflicting information. The dealership said 3 weeks, but I'm now told it could be up to 6+ weeks to complete this. WHY am I getting such a cluster of a run around??? I will NEVER buy a Toyota again, even though it's a good car, I'm paying luxury payments for a RAV4!! Stone Mountain Toyota and SETF are the worst! Please help me get this money applied to my account so I get out from under this mess! Buyer beware!!!

      The worst finance place to have a loan by dont do it for anything the payments portal ***** you pay they receive and say it was insufficient and then charge you even more because of there error

      Worst back office or operations team that I have ever seen. I am working on my home loan and I have to pay off my car loan to decrease the income to debt ratio. I have sent in a check and they taking for ever and I have use there web portal(online) to pay off as the check is taking longer. Finally both check and ACH happened, when I called in the customer care first representative mentioned that I have to wait till the 25th May for the refund, when I called in on the 25th I was asked to wait till the June 2nd, when I called in on the 2nd I was asked to wait till the 7th and then to 10th and this thing is going on. What is the end for this?

      Impossible to reach anyone out without going through the longest process ever with an operator. Tried setting up an auto payment and was kept in the phone for 30 minutes being transferred around, and now its happening all over again.

      Website and app are horrible for making payments. Even after selecting English, everything is in Spanish and I have to translate. And after 4 vehicles with Toyota, for the first time I feel I was taken. First chance I get I will refinance and the likelihood of my next car being a Toyota is slim to none.

      So in feb 2022 i had gotten a rav 4 2022, but then my dad had passed from slc cancer suddenly so i had to move meaning i had to find a new job and had never needing stuff happening i had always been on time paying them never late until i had to move, so i had been in contact with them every time even tho i never got letters or calls and even had a co signer that never received anything also!! I had to get an extension which i had to pay 300 to do and was supposed to be fine they said i was almost 3 months past but i had paid in march 24 so Jan feb 2024 was due, may comes and they towed my car saying that i had owed since December up til now which is a lie! They said that someone had left a letter on the door lie! They called that was a lie i got nothing my co signer got nothing, then now i call i have things i cant replace that was from my dad in my car they already took to action and couldnt get my stuff out they said bc no keys! Which i said if they had called me before towing id gladly gave them to receive my stuff! After 11k paid off they rushed to tow my car and take my stuff off private property because was parked at my bosses in *****, they left gate open his cows got out but no apology i been recording my convos with them each is different every time one says i was 2 months behind another 5 months when i said i paid in march they say it was used for dec payment when i say i can show the payment they say nothing! They are rude when u say i have proof, one time today I told them they was being recorded the girl said i give u no permission hangs up on me ( shady shit) and others say they recording me to to which i say good it should match up, they always have down computers or something happening. Never agian will i own or even buy a Toyota self is a scam! They dont work with u an lie i thought i was fine with the extension and i know i paid up an only owed 2 months I have proof Toyota!! Im getting a lawyer- and i will *** I have my bank documents proof!!!! Fu
