      Toyota Financial (world omny financial)Sent another company to recover my car when I was 2 months behind my bill, not only that they sent a company that treat my wife like we we're stealing something and since I make the payment the same day I weren't able to get my car, now have to wait until they want to give an appointment to pick it up. I already make the payment and don't have my car with me, but they can go take it and treat people really bad. I think is an abuse. I already pay why I have to wait three days until get my car back

      Toyota Financial hit me with a 30 day late when I was on *******, dropped my credit score by almost 100 points, where I could not refinance my mortgage!!! In a time when inflation is at its highest and people are trying to survive, Toyota DOES NOT CARE about their customers at all! I have never been late on a single payment for over decades. But Toyota DOES NOT care about their customers at all!

      Nightmare to deal with. Closed out a lease account 4 years ago with deployment orders. All of a sudden now I get a massive hit on my credit saying I didn't pay a fee. Tried to contact them over and over and no one is able to give me an answer. I've continuously been given different information and hung up on trying to resolve the issue. Absolutely worthless business. Do not trust them. They lied to my face multiple times and even when I tried to appease their demands without any guarantee of rectification on my end their system coincidentally is down and no one is able to answer the phone. They disregard military safeguards guaranteed by law. Choose literally anything else but them. God help me if I'll ever be able to resolve my issue with this horrible business.

      This is the worst automated bill pay service in *******. It asks entirely too many questions and you cant get the information from it that you need. I seriously dread having to call every month to pay them. When I turn my lease in that will be the end of the relationship. Just because of this automated service love my Tacoma but Ill get a different truck so I dont have to deal with that automated service ever again.

      My only question is how they got the 1.16 out of 5 instead of simply a 1 the lowest score possible. Paid off my account and they drafted an additional payment after the account was completely paid off. I have called and each time my payment is "being processed" and I will get it in a week or so. It has now been a month and it is the same song and dance. The customer service reps are not empowered to do anything and management obviously does not care. I will never deal with STF again and recommend that you do the same and warn your friends. If they are owed money you will certainly not be able to tell them that the payment is in process. An uncaring company that has no concept of customer service.

      I have purchased 2 vehicles using their financing for almost 3 years and with excellent payment history and no missed payment they for some reason will not approve me for another auto loan with them. I will never finance with this company again. If you dont take care of your current customers you will not get new. My entire family will no longer be financing with them ever again.

      The worst company ever. My mother in law DIED and we called with the death certificate ready to send and asked if we could make the next payment on her behalf so there would be no late fees and they SAID NO, but assured us that late fees would accrue "because they are a business". They said that there was no way for us to make the payment for her. They are so worried about getting those fees that they don't care about anything else. Not only will I never do business with this company, I also will never buy another Toyota!

      Paid vehicle off with overnighted cashier's check. Two weeks later received a letter that lien would be released after funds verified. What is the point of a cashier's check! Spent 75 dollars to overnight the check to expedite pay off. What a bunch of bs. They said in the letter thay told DMV lien will be released when funds are verified. That is not a LIEN RELEASE !!!!

      It is such an insult to deal with this company. I have been a loyal Toyota customer and never again because this time I had to finance through SETF.I have spent endless hours on their automated system to get to a live person only to hear the same response. My question is always why do they send the bill so late and expect to receive payment 7-9 days later. It may not be a scam but it feels like one. I have been put in the position to ask my kids to pay off this loan after just five months because of the needless stress this company has caused. This company is part of a privately owned enterprise, JM ****************** and I think the founder, *********************, deceased, would be shocked by the disgraceful way people are treated.*********************

      I was handed to at least 4 or 5 different representatives each time I called. I am active duty military and no one was able to help me cancel my lease despite having military orders. Every time no one was able to help and one time they even passed me to a Spanish representative despite having never indicated I wanted one.
