I purchased Christmas family pajamas and only a partial part shipment was correct. My first call to get the shipment corrected, return wrong items and replace with correct items. After verifying with the representative what was needed I received an email that the replacement order was incorrect and the return label was to return the exact thing that was being sent to me to replace the items I needed. From there we went from bad to worse. I believe that after the 13th or 14th call to the member services I hope this is resolved. Too much to explain in this space, however I wasted over 4 1/2 hours of my time trying to get Sam's Club's mistake corrected, not to mention the stress. A simple exchange for the correct merchandise for my order should have never been so difficult, I ended up having to send the entire order back and now I am fighting for my refund. I am sorry for the inconvenience is not enough. I warn all customers who order online to beware, those individuals who are hired to take these calls and correct orders do not have the appropriate access to information they need ie. item numbers, sizes etc. Shame on Sam's Club for treating a 24 year member in such a poor and stressful manner. This company shares no concern or care for the stress they put me through and I am done with them.Sam's Club

At Sam's club we continually strive to meet and exceed members expectations. We do send email notifications beginning 3 months prior to the renewal date. this is also in our terms and conditions.

On October 1, 2023 I went to the Lemay Ferry Sam's Club to discuss my Pirelli Tires that I had bought in 2021 that had 32xxx miles on them. These tires at the times had a 60/70000 warranty on them and I had just had my Safety/Emmissions inspection and I was told that they were "completely bald and not safe to drive on any longer." When I went in to Sam's club to discuss this with the Tire Manager she explained that I was sold "street tires" that the rubber burns off quickly. I asked why I would have been sold that. I am a widowed mother with two children who does car pool and cares for her elderly parents and I didn't really look like someone who did street racing. She stated that 3 years ago the entire TIre Department was completely incompetent and was doing whatever and just put on whatever kind of tires they wanted to and obviously this happened to me. I was very upset, asked to talk to the General Manager and after 1.5 hours and many trips out to my car to see if I had "overaired my tires" (which I do not know how to do) Valvoline takes care of this, they measured the depth of the remaining non-existant tread the General Manager said he would "pro-rate my tires. I asked why he wouldn't refund them and he said. "I gotta make money." He did not even apologize. He did say he would throw in the installation for me. Which is free. Big deal. I then had the tires installed the next week and after 20 minutes they called and said they were done. The next day I took the car to have brakes put on and all the Tire Pressure Mounting Sensors are broken. The dealer advised more than likely from when the tires were installed. It's the only way they get broken. I have now talked to Sam's Club complaint department every day since 10/11/2023 with no return call. I have over $2500 dollars in damages mimimum to my vehicle and had to buy a new set of tires for $1000 plus all the stress and tears I have gone through. My next contact is to the local tv station.Sam's Club

Went to sam’s Club on October 10, 2023 because I thought I had a slow leak in my back driver tire. When I arrive there, the person who waited on me stated that she couldn’t see me for three hours so it’s best that I come back the next day. Went back the next day. She looked at my tire and stated that my tire was worn in a bad spot, and had to do to be over inflated. And never put anything in a tie except the day that I went back out there. She kept telling me there’s nothing she can do. I stated to her that my tire was still under warranty. I called the manager they still around. They spoke with each other for a while. Then I was told that they can give me so much off the Tire for me to purchase another new tire. I am a call corporate. I spoke to a couple of people and we had a language barrier because I couldn’t understand what they were saying because their accent was so thick. I didn’t hear anything from them Thursday about replacing my tire . I am totally disgusted with Sam’s because my tire was still under warranty.Sam's Club

1 starSam’s Club has become a scam company with horrible customer service. I was a loyal member for 20:plus years until orders started getting cancelled online for months on end. I was told major technical glitch effecting many customers. I finally cancelled my membership. 6 months later I saw a special and rejoined and placed several orders only to have my membership cancelled days later without notice because I didn’t qualify for special. Sam's Club AT&T kiosk sells phones through a third party that is not the same as the "traditional" AT&T stores. I was lied to about cost, specials, first, second and third month cost. I found that there is a "Sam's" Club AT&T customer service and the "traditional" AT&T customer service. I was told by AT&T that they really wish AT&T would stop allowing the Sam's Kiosk's to sell their service and phones because they are scammers. Yes, they said that the information I was given was incorrect about what I would get returned to me for my old phones I needed to turn into AT&T. I would most likely get a gift card for about $35. This is also not what I was told by Sam's. The whole cost was based on returning phones and getting almost the same amount back for old phones as I was paying for new phones! My first month bill by the way was going to be over $700 dollars!!
I ended up becoming disillusioned because I made several calls and could never get the same answer twice, with many in other countries that didn't have answers and were hard to hear (connection). After I cancelled my service within 30 days and returned the new phones, I was billed for a phone that I returned. This resulted in more calls and finally I was told that they would take the charge off my bill. At this point, I am not sure I believe it will really happen.
I will never shop at Sam's again if this is how they serve their customers! I would give zero stars rating if I could!Sam's Club

Roughly a year ago I chose to renew my membership at checkout, on the receipt I noticed that had signed me up for auto-renew. No problem I thought, I’ll cancel that online. When I went to cancel it (about a year ago) I found no way to cancel an auto-new. No problem I thought, I’ll remove all the credit cards from the authorized payments. I received an email from Sam’s Club stating that I needed to update my payment information so that they could auto-renew my policy. Good I thought, they cannot auto-renew my policy. Imagine my surprise when I checked my bank records and found that they had charged a card with an auto-renew membership fee. My Sam’s Club account shows that there are no saved authorized payment methods. While checking the website I found that they now provide the ability to cancel auto-renew (which I have selected). Having spoken to my lawyer I understand that to prove fraud I would have to prove ill intentions (which is nearly impossible). I may not be able to prove it in a court of law but Sam’s Club has committed credit card fraud. Yes, I have records as proof.Sam's Club

I placed an order on September 6th for a 75 inch Samsung TV & today is September 23rd & I still have not received it. It was supposed to be delivered on September 15th. I tracked it & it was delivered to the Charlotte area on September 15th. I called Sam’s a few times & they could only tell me that the TV was with the shipping co. They provided me with a pitiful $10 gift card. After calling AIT Worldwide they informed me that my TV IS WITH ANOTHER LOCAL CO for delivery. I called TSA Logistics & spoke to Jason who stated he was out on vacation for 3 days & no one pulled orders. So I’m praying that I receive my TV the week of the 25th!
Shame on you Sam’s club for not using a reputable delivery set like Fed Ex or UPS for your deliveries. I WILL NEVER BUY ANYTHING ONLINE FROM YOU EVER AGAIN!! This has bees horrible experience!!!Sam's Club
