      Terrible refund experience. We ordered a TV from Sam's online and were expecting it to get delivered in the window provided. We waited and it never came and we never received any notification, no email, no call, no text. I checked the tracking number provided and got told that it was returned even though the status in the Sam's app/website still says on its way (16 days later).
      We called the (888) number and were told an egift card would be issued in 24-48 hours, we received an email summarizing the 40-min discussion with the agent/supervisor.
      Three days later, nothing. We called again, same run around. We waited and nothing was ever refunded.
      That happened 2 more times.
      I just called today and I still have not received a refund nor the product and am still getting the run around.
      I am writing this as I am staring at a 39min ongoing call, the last 10 mins on hold waiting on a supervisor while listening to the message "The system cannot give you a wait time as no agents are online."
      Seriously Sam's! Get it together.

      September 19,2023 Sam Club had chicken for $1 a case, so I order 14 cases, and I realize my little cousin wedding was coming up, so I asked her if she need chicken. I ordered 30 more cases because were also having a family reunion and I have a birthday party, and I also place another for water and plates. I went to one manager he couldn't help me, and the other manager Michelle had attitude. I called corporate who also wasn't helpful, and they told me to act like it never happened because I was getting my money back. The other ordered with the water was never cancelled. My order was a 1pm pickup and it was 1:13 went I talked to Michelle, and she stated for me to reorder the cancel items. I know my order was cancelled because of the prices. I took pictures of the chicken to show they had it. I will be shopping with Costco.

      placed order on aug 31st, damaged in shipping, filed report, rep called sept 8th and very polite and replaced order and gave $10 gift card, sept 13th got all but 1 item, called and customer service would not help bc my husband was primary acct holder, it was placed in my name org. and billed to me, but she put replacement in his (we are both on acct), he would not help. Mind you it's going to same household, why was it okay on 8th to talk to me and take care of situation but not today. Never order online from them again. No wonder they have poor rating. 1.13/5

      I purchased a new set of tires from Sam's club, I always took my car in when it was time for a rotation. For 3 years I received a free rotation, but on 9/8/2023 I was denied my free rotation. I will never buy tires again from a major retailer like Sam's club. My next purchase will be with a local tire company who does honor their policy's and warranty on the purchase of a new set of tires. Local support to small business is better than places like Sam's club.

      Been a member for some time. Received a renewal for $110. I'm not paying anyone that to shop with them. Don't bother, it's not worth it.

      Truly disappointed, I had surgery and can't move much. Ordered food through sams club web site with a members, my bank card was charged but my food never came. The food was paid for to be delivered at 10am throughout the entire day we chatted through the app to figure out why it was not here. Called the store at 7pm and they thought I had the food. They were unable to help contact the 3rd party delivery service we didn't know was being used. They said they are not responsible for the stolen food. So they get the money, they chose the delivery provider and I got no food and no help.

      Worst buying experience ever
      I bought a couple of pajamas for my kids and they didn’t fit and tried to return them and the lady refused because I lost the label even though I had the receipt and she has the purchase history on my membership but she said “without the labels we won’t be able to sell them again “
      And I was stuck with them.

      I am disappointed by the way they treated my husband and i for tried to exchange a wedding ring because of allergies , my finger, is swallowing, itching and peeling, at first we tried to resizing them but they were too big and finally realized the problem is about the metal unfortunately the manager in Sam’s Snellville refused totally to do anything for us we paid $1058, $100 plus one year protection. As a member of Sam’s club we found all this ridiculous!

      When I signed up for the Credit card / annual membership I was told I had 30 days to make a purchase at either Sam's or Walmart, the $30 credit would show on my first statement. On or about July 3 I contacted the credit card company to verify I had activated the card correctly because it would not work at Walmart and to verify the credit would be given for purchases at Walmart or Sam's. The agent confirmed both stores for the credit and that was the only 2 stores the card could be used at. I just got my bill and of course there is no credit so I called and have been told the credit was only valid for Sam's purchases. When I repeated what I was told all he said was sorry. I advised the agent to cancel my account as I will not be shopping at Sam's again and rarely shop at Walmart.
      After talking to a few friends and my neighbor I find out the same thing has been done to 3 out of 5 other people. Out of the other 2, 1 got the credit and the other never applied because he had heard of this happening.

      I have been having problems with the Franklin TN optical department. Glasses were ordered on July 14th and promised by 25th. Well its August 1st and still no response from the Optical department. Staff members regularly silence the ringers on the phone and are really no help in resolving the question of when will my Glasses be available. They can only let me know when they answer the phone that the order has been delayed without a reason.
