Terrible service, when you buy online and the product goes wrong, you don't want to make a return and they say that they are second sellers that the first one does not accept returns but they do not say that at the time of purchase and I have no way of communicating with the primary seller because I bought it in sams, do not buy in sams online it is a waste of money

I am deeply disappointed by the appalling experience my husband and I had at Sam's Club on July 29, 2023 around 4:45pm.
During our routine shopping visit, my husband was subjected to what I believe was racial profiling by one of the store managers. It was embarrassing and distressing, and it made me never want to come back to this location despite it being one of the main places we buy groceries.
While shopping, we used the Sam's club app to "scan and go". We double checked and counted our items and paid for them as usual. When we went to leave the store, we were accused of abandoning another cart at a register and not paying for our groceries. My husband was specifically singled out; the checker said he was being told to stop the man in the green tank top.
We had no idea what they were talking about. After going back and forth, counting our items multiple times, scanning our items, and making a huge scene, they finally determined that we weren't stealing, and we had paid for everything (as we had told them from the start). The man checking receipts told us we could just go, even though his manager was telling him to hold us there. He was very nice, and seemed incredibly frustrated by his manager on his headset who kept insisting we were stealing. We told them we wanted to talk to this manager, but the checker just told us to go. In the time that they held us at the front of the store they caused a huge back-up of store traffic, and I was starting to cry from being so frustrated and embarrassed, so we just left.
We hope that by sharing our disappointing experience, Sam's Club will have a chance to conduct a thorough investigation into the incident and take appropriate disciplinary action against the manager involved, as per your company's policies and anti-discrimination guidelines.

On May 30 2023, I purchased a LG TV at Sam’s Club clearly marked on the outside of the box that it has a 3 year warranty, that the vendor Sam’s Club nor LG the manufacture honors. Upon asking for help from both parties neither takes responsibility for the 3 year warranty.

I’ve been a Sam’s member for years. For the past 6 years I’ve been a Prime member since I now live about 3 hours away from one, so I order online a lot. The last 3 orders I’ve placed have been a disaster. Some items aren’t delivered, got a replacement. Laundry detergent leaked, got a replacement. The packing and shipping have been below standard lately. Some boxes looked liked they got delivered by dropping out of a plane. C’mon Sam’s. You can do better. Also, I don’t get the sales circulars in the mail anymore. It would be nice to get them again.

My wife canceled membership over a year ago when we were charged for renewal when we did not want to renew. They said the canceled it. Fast forward to last Monday, July 10th and we were charged again for membership of $110. Wife gets on the phone and demands a refund. After a long conversation Sam's agrees to refund for the last two charges totalling $220. They said refund will take 5-7 business days to show on our account. 7 business days later, today they CHARGE us $220 instead if refunding us. Total if $330 in charges.
I'm beyond upset and this is wreaking havoc on my back account now. The last few weeks has been very tight and this really hurt us. This is absolutely ridiculous

I read some of the reviews about auto renewal and the same happened to me. Sam's has a big scam going on with this. My card information isnt listed anywhere on their system to edit or change. So that means they storing your information somewhere and you can't change it. I'm canceling my membership and getting new card.

I recently had the unfortunate experience of visiting the tire Department at Sam's Club, and I must say it was an absolute nightmare. From start to finish I encountered attitude amongst the employees, everything went wrong, leaving me frustrated and deeply dissatisfied as I was given my lug nut in my hands not acknowledging that they conducted negligence when doing the labor on the 2 tires I bought.
First and foremost, the customer service was abysmal when buying the tires with one of the workers trying to fight me and my wife, the staff seemed disinterested and unmotivated to assist customers. I am not surprised that the work went wrong however the level of professionalism was really frustrating.
Finally, the technicians demonstrated a careless attitude and displayed a shocking lack of attention to detail. They failed to properly balance my tires, resulting in a bumpy and uncomfortable ride that persisted even after leaving the store.
I strongly advise potential customers to seek alternative tire service providers that prioritize professionalism, competence, and customer satisfactions. Sam's Club tire department, you have much to learn before you can earn my trust or recommendation.

In Texarkana Sams there is no unsweet tea but 3 kinds of sweet tea. Sam's makes money off the obesity epidemic and is contributing to it by this type of behavior.
Even Walmart had only a single 4-pack of unsweet tea and it cost more than sweet tea.
I feel the FDA or AG should look into this.

On 7/2/23, I placed an online order on the SAM'S Club website for pickup between 1pm-2pm on 7/4/23. The items were shown available for pickup and my order was processed and confirmed. I found my order was cancelled on 7/4/23 on the date of pick up with no explanation.
On 7/2/23 I visited the store to place a catering order for 40 pinwheel sandwiches to pick up on
7/4/23 between 1-2pm for a party that evening. Someone in that department took the order under the name ***** W, along with his contact number. When I went to pick up the order, they had a record of it, but it had not been prepared. The department manager, ***, apologized and could only comment that "it was a long story". He could only offer what was already on the shelf which was not enough to fulfill the order. Evidently no one had checked ahead of time to notify us in advance so we could make other arrangements. The location was the Sams Club in Lady Lake, Florida.

My family and I shop here regularly. The employees are super friendly and it’s nice to see their familiar faces and kind smiles each time we go in.
Unfortunately, no matter how much of a regular customer I am, today I realized I’m not a “valued” customer. I’m just another dollar.
I purchased over $200 in groceries for my family. It was super hot outside and in my rush to get the groceries into my car, I forgot to place a package of toilet paper into my trunk. When I got home I realized it so I returned to the store. Unfortunately I didn’t see it in any of the carts outside. So I go inside hoping someone turned it in. I explained what happened. They checked with the cart returners, who also didn’t see it.
I was then told they would “make a copy of my receipt and check the cameras later (because they aren’t working right now) . I was also told “Once you take the merchandise out of the store it’s the customer’s responsibility to make sure it gets to the car.”
I completely understand their position and I admit that it was my fault. But what bothers me, and I shared my thoughts with two of the managers, is that I spend thousands of dollars at this store and have been a “valued member” for 18 years. $25 is a drop in the bucket for them to lose, to show a customer how much they are valued. Honestly, my family’s patronage means nothing.
One of the managers offered to take half off the price off the toilet paper but I declined. I purchased another pack, paid full price and left.
For me, it was more about their messaging: You’re valuable when buying but not when you need help - not even valuable enough for toilet paper.
I’m not going to pretend that I’ll never shop here again. Of course I will. I may visit another location for a while until my feelings are “unhurt”. But I guess it’s a lesson for all of us. A corporation, is a corporation and they all bow down to the almighty dollar. Don’t believe the hype about being a valued customer.
