Hello I went to Sam’s Club on 6/29/23 to place a cupcake order. The young lady went to the back to get someone to help me. The person that worked in the bakery, instead of getting my order, she walked past me and went on break. The young lady said “did she not get your order” I told her no. She said well she’s the only one we have no one else. I went to a manager and asked “if you only have one employee in the bakery and they have to go on break, is there not someone else that knows how to do their job?” She said yes the manager but he is gone for the day. I just told myself I would go back the next day. So I came in today 6/30/23 only to be told they aren’t taking anymore orders. The people that work for Sam’s club are rude, unprofessional, and need to be retrained on customer service. I will not be renewing my membership and will take my business to Costco or BJ’s. Unfortunately I had to give a star, I definitely wouldn’t even give them one star.Sam's Club

Being a disabled Vietnam veteran on a fixed income and I use Sam's club for their prices. Yeterday Sam's club deducted $50.00 for a membership renewal that I kew nothing about. My wife and I have been members for years with the basic membership and have never paid a renewal fee. How come I wasn't informed about this? As of today my bank account is overdrawn because of this charge. I have never overdrawn a bank account in my life until now.Sam's Club

We have enjoyed shopping at sam's club for over 15 years, but I would like to no why sam's club has stopped caring Dale's seasoning in the 1 Gallon container anymore.its summer time again and time for cookouts, and we're not the only family that likes to purchase this item at Sam's club.Sam's Club

Some of the items were correctly delivered to my address, but many of them were delivered to the wrong address. The pictures from FedEx delivery are not of my home and I do not have a gated fence as one of the notes on the delivery tracking states. I have diligently followed the steps recommended by your representatives during my interactions with them, and I have been patient and understanding throughout the process. However, the lack of communication and failure to provide a resolution has caused significant inconvenience and dissatisfaction on my part. I have had agents abruptly end the chat sessions and hang up when I have asked for a Supervisor/Management. I have been instructed that I would receive a call from Backoffice since I contact your Customer Service agent via chat on June 16th. As of June 23, 2023, I have not received a call from anyone. I have not received a refund, and I do not have these items. I have been a member since 2002. However, through trying to resolve this issue with call and chat agents, I now have a "flag" on my account. I value the products/services offered by your company and have been a loyal customer for over 20 years. It is disheartening to find myself in this unfortunate situation. I sincerely hope that we can resolve this issue amicably and restore my confidence in your company's commitment to customer satisfaction. I am requesting a representative to contact me to resolve this issue.Sam's Club

I bought a Sam's Plus Card due to being an hour away from Sam's. The last three times I have placed an order the order has been cancelled or delayed by weeks and sometimes never getting the order at all. I have called and made complaints and was sent coupons and that's it. This is just ridiculous that a company this big runs like this and treats it customers so poorly.Sam's Club

Terrible service at the Bluffton SC Sams Club Store. There were two checkouts with live people and several self service checkout with no one attending to issues customers had. After waiting 5 minutes we spotted a live body, her name tag said her name was B******......when I approached her the back of her shirt said "Happy to Help" ......I told her of the problem we had she barked back she had others to attend to......after waiting another 5 minutes B****** finally returned and when I approached her with our issue she again snapped back she was busy and did not know who she needed to help first. I am not a fan of the self service checkouts but if you must have them then a little customer service would go a long way. Costco has Sams Club beat hands down.....there people are pleasant and they have someone around when a problem comes up.
If your employees are always so p***** off then get rid of the "Happy to Help" ** shirts....they are not happy to help and could care less who darkens their front doors. If I ever need another dose of "customer abuse" I will come back, otherwise Costco will have all my business from this point forward. I wish there was an option of less than one star.....I will give it, maybe -3.Sam's Club

There was a time in the 90's when Sam's Club was reputed for best customer service, pricing, and product quality. Those days are long gone unfortunately. These days you can expect membership rates to rise to ridiculous levels each year, product rates to go on increasing without control, very bad customer service, and practically minimal value only in the membership. If your supply chain cannot be firm with suppliers and negotiate low pricing, then your supply chain managers and executives and your ceo deserve to be fired in my opinion. If you just agree to the prices suppliers demand, what are you there for? There are very few products at Sams anymore which are reasonably priced. Membership for plus at $110 per year is utterly ridiculous and far outweights the benefit, which explains why most of my friends and family have dropped membership. Pharmacy is a joke with really no deals that matter and infact, you get some meds cheaper outside Sams than what they charge at Sams. Service is ok at some Sams but very poor at others showing inconsistent training and lack of checks on employees. Tire department does their best to not provide the "free" services promised by finding one excuse or other (battery incorrectly used so no battery replacement, tire tread problem so no tire rotation etc etc). VERY DISAPPOINTING to see the excellent Sam's of the 90's stoop to such levels these days. I do see very bad days ahead for them and possibly they will not remain in business if they continue to function like this.Sam's Club

I was shopping there & saw some ladies shorts that were on sale for $6.81. It was not just 1 or 2 pair. There was probably at least 20 or more under the sign. I go to the register & when the cashier rings them up, they were the regular price. When I told her about the sign being there, she very rudely said "That's the wrong sign." It was not. I always look at the discounted signs & read what items it specifies. Very disgusted with my experience today. I could have easily bought at the regular price but the fact of the matter was how rude the cashier was & the sign price should have been honored as it is at other stores.Sam's Club

On 5-13-23, I went to Sam's in person to schedule my appointment for car service. The employee in the auto department at that moment was Corey. First, he was in the work area forever because I had waited at the front desk for him several minutes. I had to hunt him down to get him up front. We begin to schedule my appointment for service. He showed me he had an opening for 5-21-23 at 1 pm. I took that appointment.
When I arrived for my appointment, an African American man was there. I gave him my name. He told me my appointment was for 5-20-23. I told him that Corey and me agreed that my appointment was for 5-21-23 at 1pm. Even more proof that Corey and I agreed for 5-21-23, is I know for a fact, beyond a shadow of a doubt that I did NOT agree to 5-20-23 because I had to work on 5-20-23. I'm not going to schedule an appointment for a time I'm at work. That's stupid.
Therefore, Corey was unprofessional because he doesn't know what he's doing. He first neglects customers by standing around the garage when its no cars to serve. Then he schedules customers' appointments for the wrong day and time. He is unprofessional.
Not only did he waste my time and gas, he caused me emotional distress and anxiety. I have PTSD from car crashes. His wasting my time and gas only added to the anxiety. I had to detour and take the long way home because JSO was rerouting traffic due to police tape being present on Blanding and I-295. There was several patrol cars there. Not only was my time and gas wasted, but Corey also causes extra stress when JSO rerouted traffic making my ride home longer when he could've prevented this by correctly scheduling my appointment. He is very unprofessional. Their Auto & Battery department is pathetic!!!Review fromPablo V

1 starI can't believe that I am willing to spend more than $1,500 in merchandise from Sam's and this people dare to charge me almost $100 in shipping. No even Amazon, nor Ebay, or any other major retailer charges you shipping after you spend $100. I'd rather pay Amazon the money for the same items. Its not worth it to order anything from Sam's online. I will join Costco when this membership expires, as there's no consideration for loyal customers. BASED ON THE LOW RATINGS THEY GET, YOU CAN ASSUME THEY DON'T GIVE A CRAP.
