      I PURCHASED A ZGRILL PELLET SMOKER AFTER TAKING OUT THEIR MEMBERSHIP ALONG WITH THEIR PLUS MEMBERSHIP ON APRIL 26-27-. ON MAY 4TH I RECEIVED A NOTICE SAYING I WOULD HAVE TO REORDER. I WAS REPESTED LIED TO BY SAMS CLUB. I SPOKE WITH THE SHIPPER WHO STATED THAT THEY NEVER RECEIVED IT. AFTER MORE THAN 4 HRS. ON THE PHONE I WAS TOLD WILL CONTACT YOU WHEN WE KNOW SOMETHING. I WANT THE ITEM I PURCHASED AT THE PRICE THAT WAS ADVERTISED !

      Loyal customer for years since moving to Colorado Springs. The products are great. The customer service is phenomenal. I reached out to sam's club during a hard time and I am amazed with the help they provided.

      I purchased a Members Mark pro grill on 4/11/23. I put it together same day there were screws missing in the package also the igniter button didn't work. Called the hot line and told them about the faulty switch. They were suppose to send me parts. A week later got parts but not the part requested. Called them again last saturday and ask for a manager they said they would have them call me the next day. A week later no call or part. Its now going on 2 weeks and still unable to us grill unless i want to lite it manually. Very unhappy with Member Mark customer service.

      Be wary of your finances with Sam's Club. Last week my husband received 2 notifications from different credit card companies asking if he had made purchases at Sam's Club. Our answer was no. Not for about 1 month. We had the charges denied. After several rounds with customer representatives I found out that our membership had lapsed and we were on automatic payment. NEVER EVER in the decades of being a member did I use automatic payment. It appears it get turned on when you pay you membership at the cashier (REALLY?). I pay every year at the cashier even late, and never had a problem. So went on line and turned off auto payment. Noticed that the on-line account number had one number different from card number. Again another call to customer service to tell me that it is because the number, in this case 4, means it was the on-line account and the 9 on the card was just what the card said but it is the same account. Very questionable. Today we see that Sam's keeps going into every account you have ever used until they get membership payment. It finally hit our debit card. This is highly irregular in my opinion. Of course with a debit card there is little you can do to we will be a member for the next year. This time it is only a membership but I have no confidence that something else won't "pop" up. After decades of being a satisfied member, I will be sure to let people know about your financial irregularities.

      I would give them NO Stars if I could.
      This club will not help me resolve my issue. I've been told by TWO managers on duty that they'd call me back, but NO!
      My membership does NOT work for online orders, either for pick-up or delivery. I have called the helpdesk over 10+ times (I'm not exaggerating) and every one of those FOREIGN "Promise" me that they will call me back to resolve my issue. Have they called me back? NO!
      I've been unable to use my membership online since the beginning of December and I am DONE with Sam's Club and their HORRIBLE customer service, if that is what you call it. I have never seen a worse issue of a MAJOR retailer not getting back with a customer to resolve an issue. I want my money back for my membership and I will take my business to Costco where I am sure they'd be happy to resolve any issues if they ever occurred.

      My name is Jasmine K*** and I have had the WORST experience with SAMS , where I am requesting a full refund of my money. First of all on April 5th I was charged $110.00 on my debit card for ( Auto renewal) for my SAMS membership. When I first signed up for it, I NEVER elected to be in the auto renewal but apparently the sales rep at the ( Clairmont Atlanta GA location) did. Today April 10th I also see that ANOTHER charge came out today. A total of $220.00!!!! 
      When I called SAMS corporate number on April 5th, I asked them to take me off of auto renewal and that I did not request that. I always Pay for my cards at the store...
      I call you guys April 10th and speak to a Supervisor to get this rectified. I tell him I thought it was fraud so I blocked my card and had a new one ordered. So there is no way to refund to the original form of payment. I ask him if they could just mail me a check. I am not interested in a gift card with Sam's or a membership at this point. He places me on hold. Then after 20 minutes the phone hangs up.....no one called me back... so I call SAMS again... get placed on hold for another 20 minutes to speak to a rep and I am still getting no resolve.... no answer as to why I was charged 2x or how I will be getting my money back.... I am extremely appalled and will not be continuing my membership.
      After talking to a supervisor again, Im told I have to wait 7-10 Business Days to get my money back, when it didn't take 7-10 business days to take my money off my card......

      I AM WRITING TO YOU TODAY TO LET YOU KNOW HOW THOROUGHLY BOTHERED AND UPSET I AM AT YOUR MOST DISTURBING PRACTICE OF TAKING MY MONEY, NOT DELIVERING, MY FULL ORDER AND NOT INFORMING ME OF SUCH!
      I PLACED AN ORDER ON MARCH 3, 2023 FOR MY GRANDDAUGHTER, WHOSE MOMMY IS BASED THERE SERVING OUR COUNTRY IN THE USA NAVY. I REALLY WANTED HER TO RECEIVE SOMETHING SPECIAL FOR EASTER.
      I PLACED AN ORDER ON MARCH 3, 2023 TO MAKE SURE IT WOULD NOT ONLY ARRIVE IN TIME, BUT TO INSURE THE ITEM WAS IN STOCK.
      I DID NOT FIND OUT UNTIL APRIL 6, 2023 THAT HALF OF THE ORDER WAS NOT DELIVERED. SAMS CLUB.COM NEVER CONTACTED ME TO INFORM ME OF THIS. I ONLY FOUND OUT WHEN I DID AN ONLINE CHAT WITH SAMS CLUB.COM ON APRIL 6, 2023 - 35 DAYS AFTER I PLACED THE ORDER, THAT IT WAS DAMAGED AND RETURNED!!!
      SAMS CLUB.COM NEVER NOTIFIED ME OF THIS DAMAGED ITEM NOT DELIVERED!
      SAMS CLUB.COM NEVER SENT A REPLACEMENT OF THE DAMAGED ITEM NOT DELIVERED!
      SAMS CLUB.COM NEVER REFUNDED ME WHEN THEY DID NOT DELIVER THE DAMAGED ITEM!
      SAMS CLUB.COM STOLE FROM ME -TAKING MY MONEY AND DID NOT DELIVER MY ITEM.
      I AM SHOCKED AND DISMAYED. NOT UNTIL I FOUND OUT 2 DAYS BEFORE EASTER THAT MY GRANDDAUGHTER'S EASTER ITEM WAS NOT DELIVERED ON MARCH 7, 2023, BUT THAT NOW SAMS CLUB.COM WAS OUT OF STOCK OF THE ITEM I ODERED 35 DAYS PRIOR TO EASTER TO ENSURE IT WOULD BE IN STOCK. IT WAS NOW TOO LATE .
      THIS WAS VERY UPSETTING TO ME, TO SAY THE LEAST.
      IN CONTACTING SAMS CLUB.COM, I WAS INFORMED ON APRIL 6TH, 2023 THAT THE ITEM HAD BEEN DAMAGED AND NOT DELIVERED. SAMS CLUB.COM HAS SINCE REFUNDED ME, HOWEVER THAT IS NOT THE POINT!!
      THIS IS THE WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE FROM SAMS CLUB.COM.
      WHAT AN IMMENSELY DISAPPOINTING EXPERIENCE - LETTING ME DOWN WITH NOT PROVIDING THE ITEM I HAD PAID FOR A MONTH EARLIER FOR MY GRANDDAUGHTERTO HAVE A VERY SPECIAL EASTER TREAT!
      SAMS CLUB.COM NEEDS TO ADDRESS THIS LACK IN CUSTOMER SERVICE ASAP.

      PARENTS BEWARE of Sam's Club in Waldorf, MD! On two separate occasions, two employees backed up by management refused to load my groceries into my cart because my child was in the cart. The store has an unofficial policy that they will not load carts with children in any parts of the cart. I informed a manager that this was discrimination and an accessibility issue. She dismissed it, and in fact, when I informed her that the store could be sued, her reply was, "sue us!" I reached out to the general manager after the first incident three weeks ago, but he has never responded. I find it hard to believe that the upper leadership of Walmart is okay with parents being discriminated against. If this is the case, mothers across the country need to stop shopping where our children must be removed from carts in order to check out, and a national statement should be issued affirming the attitude that Sam's Club Waldorf, MD has towards children. New leadership and training are clearly needed at the Sam's Club in Waldorf, MD.

      I purchased a membership through Groupon and Sam’s club took it upon themselves to put my account on automatic renewal. When I told them I wanted it cancelled and refunded and they can’t refund it. They said they could give me a gift card or I would have to give them a a full credit card number (and all information associated with it) to send me money back. If they have my number on file for charge it, they should have it on file to refund it. I am filing a dispute with my bank, but I should never have been charged in the first place. Awful customer service and unethical company.
