      On Friday 1/20/23 at 6:00 am I got a text alert that someone tried to take 95.00 out of my checking acct. and my card was being shut off. And to my surprise it was Sams Club. Sams club went to an opt out program instead of an opt in program. So Sams club tried to take 95.00 out of my acct to cover 2023 membership plus one extra person. I have been a member since 2003 I have NEVER heard of this. So now I need to change all of my bills information (I have bills that automatically come out every month) and I have been with out a way to get cash all weekend because of this. I am very disappointed in Sam’s club and their decisions.

      I received a wholly broken wall clock y mail from SamsClub.com, impossible to use; all the numbers were broken, and the glass was cracked into pieces as well.
      SamsClub.com REFUSED to refund/replace/accept a return because of some membership I don't have with them.
      When I asked what the connection is between membership to me paying for a product and receiving a completely broken one which is impossible to use, they just kept repeating I'm not a member of their club, so there is nothing they can help me with.
      If I have no membership, how is it that you still take my money, tho?
      STAY AWAY!!!! FRAUD!

      I filed a complaint because the auto center did a poor job changing my tires. The local store could do nothing to remedy the situation but after filing my complaint, I was contacted by a customer service rep Michael who showed the utmost level of professionalism and care. Because of this experience, I plan on continuing to use Sam’s knowing that people at the upper levels do have the customers best interest in mind.

      I have been trying to place an online order for a week now, It automatically gets canceled, with no explanation and support knows nothing..I cannot leave numbers on here so I have to XX them out, this is just a few that have been canceled.

      and the chat and support phone # just keeps giving my canned answers, nobody has called as promised. Someone at this company should know what is happening, and quit writing tickets that never get looked at?

      We spend so much money at sam's ordered a $600 tv 1st time using their delivery and what a nightmare no one is on the same page I spent hours of my time trying to figure out where the order was, they scheduled a delivery of a 4 hour time frame on a Saturday waited called to be told they are in the area couple hours later call again to be given another number to call for that number to be wrong given another number to be told the tv was never picked up to be delivered. Try getting a hold of customer service is another nightmare unless you have nothing but time on your hands. So an order made November 17th is still no where near being delivered and if we want to cancel the order and pick up in the store well it will take 5-7 business days if your lucky to get the money returned so you can go purchase at the store. I do NOT recommend ever having anything shipped from Sam's club everyone involved was very unprofessional I was even told by a supervisor named Tabitha that she was looking into where my order was and would get back to me never called me back. Huge headache will never do it again they lost all my respect I used to have nothing but good to say about sam's but this experience definitely changed my mind. I recommend sam's getting rid of AIT as their delivery company because it's causing sams to get bad reviews I'm sure

      Would not recommend ordering large items from Sam's.com. I ordered a TV during black Friday, Nov 28, and it was scheduled to arrive on Dec 7. The tracking info appeared the next day on Nov 29. It was later set to arrive Dec 2 but never did and the next five days kept showing the same thing of "out for delivery expected to arrive Dec 2". I contacted FedEx on Dec 5 and Sam's. FedEx responded on Dec 7 stating the package was delivered Dec 3. Sam's stated that the package was delivered as well. Someone was home all day Dec 3 and no FedEx vehicles showed. I reported it to FedEx and still haven't received a response aside from we are investigating the issue. Sam's advised they needed a police report to do anything within 14 days. The driveway to our residence is a quarter mile away from the main road. There is no way someone say the package and stole it. It was a 65" TV so it wasn't hidden either, considering they asked if we had checked everywhere. Sam's later messaged again and stated we had 24hours or they would close the ticket. Even though it was the weekend I managed to get a police report filed and a copy sent. Sam's did end up messaging back and stating a refund would be processed but the way they went forward with time restrictions was improper. Maybe if Sam's would have requested a signature for the package or a picture for proof of delivery this could have been avoided or at least then we would know where it was delivered instead of it's correct location. I am writing this review because this is the second time Sam's has messed up an order. At this point free delivery with the plus membership doesn't seem worth it.

      I hate that I’m forced to even leave a one star review. Absolutely awful experience. I chose to shop at sams for my wedding needs and when I tried to return my unopened (not used) products, they wouldn’t let me return my beer. They said it’s a Texas state law that you cannot return alcohol which is a LIE! Costco, specs, total wine allows you to return unopened alcoholic beverages… huge selling point!! After this experience I will never shop at sams again!!! After explaining that it is not a Texas state law they (customer service/corporate) went on to express that they follow a “guideline” that they do not except returns on alcohol after 48 hrs….
      This is not mentioned anywhere in my receipt nor on their website!!! Absolutely awful business!!!!

      Due to poor customer service, Sam Club use an unauthorized computer system to renew your membership without your authorization. This is fraud and dishonesty to all customers. How low can this company go to fraud and cheat its customers because their history of poor customer service. Many poor would not have renewed their membership unless this unacceptable computer system installed to renew memberships without their authorization! Thank goodness I have a great banking system that pick this unauthorized charge on my debit card.

      Sam's Club chatline and corporate office is extremely unprofessional. They don't care about the customer concerns. I filed a claim for a missing package no one ever got back with we me. Every time I reached out thru chat it was the same excuse someone will contact me. Someone by the name of Daniel even promised that I would hear from someone by the end of the business day and nothing!!!!!!! When I reached out again TODAY they tell me my case has been closed.

      I purchased an outdoor grill since June/July the grill is not working properly and i have been contacting sam’s club since to pick it up. They will not pick it up and want me to drop it off and its over 500 pounds. It was ordered on line and delivered and i an unable to drop off a 500 pound grill to a location that is 45 minutes away. The grill was over $2000 and now i am stuck with it. I was told the only way to receive a refund us for me to take it back my self which i am unable too. They are refusing to pick it up.
