      Don't fall into the trap of order e-gift cards for cheap through Sam's Club. I purchased 2 gift cards on 11/24 online. I have escalated 4 different times at this point with absolutely no help. I provided proof that I purchased the gift cards and when I inquired about why I received and email that stated ... "Your gift cards have been delivered", they stated that it was a "glitch". Finally got the email to get my gift card numbers, only to go to the link and get an error message. Tried it on 3 separate devices. The last time I spoke with their "SO CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICE" - I requested a call back from a manager. I received an email 3 days later that said they only communicate via email. It has been a nightmare. To pay to shop here and customer service be this bad?

      Dear Sirs or Maam;
      Online it said five units were available at my local Sam's store located at 7970 North Mesa Street, El Paso, Texas 79912 at that it would be available for instore pickup between 9 and 10 AM on Monday December 5th. I went to the SAM's store on December 5th for pickup and I was told that the unit was unavailable and had been sold out. I told them that online it said that five were available at the store itself. Then when I went to the store to pick up they told me that there were none available. So essentially I just wasted my entire morning going to try to pick up order online merchandise that was not available.
      So I asked to talk to the manager about it all and he was to say the least very kurt and cavalier about the whole issue and just said that he was sorry about it all. He made no efforts whatsoever to try to solve or mollify the problem. Well in my opinion making up excuses having store employees and store managers saying sorry about it all is not nearly enough for a loyal store customer that just got the runaround that wasted his entire morning. I have been a loyal customer for many years of that SAM's club and I think that more could have been done to take care of the problem as it gives me no confidence whatsoever as a long time loyal customer to know that the items that I order online are not available when I go to to pick them up. In my opinion, this is totally inexcusable and is totally unprofessional.
      I did contact customer service about this whole thing and they said that they would issue me a $15 gift certificate card to be sent electronically to my email account which I still have not received. Again that really doesn't go far enough on this issue and I am still not satisfied with how this whole thing was handled especially at the retail store level with the employees and the store manager. I think that they could have done better than what they did other than offer up apologies and excuses.

      Sam's Plus Members BEWARE: the company claims that plus members receive free shipping yet on most items the cost for shipping vs. store pickup is higher. This is deceptive and should be illegal. Sam's is promising a benefit they don't deliver. Next time you order, compare the costs ... it is subtle, sneaky and just plain WRONG.

      Well, I went because of the price. The first prescription was not correct. I went back. The second one was different, 3 weeks later. I waited 3 weeks to adjust. I was calling each week saying this wasn't correct. They spoke to me like I was an idiot. I was told I had a zero balance 3 times, because I had paid, my insurance had paid and we were square. I called a 3rd time. They put me on hold and never returned. I took my script to Vision Works. They said I would have never been able to see because the minus should have been a plus and there was another error altogether.
      8 months later, I get a bill from them for ANOTHER $170.00 dollars. No itemization, no explanation.
      After reviewing this, your insurance says you owe more. That was it. 8 months later. I tried to pay the bill even though it's wrong, the "code" on my month old bill is "expired," and I can't pay online. I have tried to pay by phone 3x and the hold time is ridiculous. I'm trying not to ding my credit and just let them take my $ for actually nothing. They did nothing for me. It's free money.

      I bought a diamond ring at Sams Club and they offered an extended 2 year warranty. I usually don’t buy these but thought it would be a good idea in case I lose a stone. Well, I lost a diamond chip and tried to use my extended warranty which was Allstate. I called the number provided on my warranty and talked to Customer Service to try to find out what I needed to do. They informed me that they only covered mechanical and electrical problems. Really! For a diamond ring. I asked why they offered an extended warranty for a diamond ring and they could only apologize and said they didn’t understand it either. I would think this would be fraud on Sams Club and Allstate insurance.., I now have to pay $200 to get my ring fixed.

      I want to share my experience this Nov 1, 2022, at SAM Club #4972 in Port St Lucie, FL. I purchased two wiper blades at the Tire department and was told they would install them in my vehicle. After the technician started trying to remove them, I noticed he needed the required technique and may need help to remove them properly. I asked for a supervisor to support us; however, the supervisor required help installing it too. At that point, I mentioned to the supervisor that he might bend the arm of the wiper and might damage the car hood; as a reply, he said that it was the only way he knew and that if I did not like it, I could go somewhere else. I asked for help from store manager Joseph M***** who came to the car pit. Luckily, at that point, another employee noticed all the confusion, and he told everyone that I was right and that there was a proper technique to remove the wipers; then and in a minute, he showed us how to do it properly (it was just a simple trick) and removed and installed both in a snap. At that point, I was expecting a change of attitude and maybe an apology; however, the technician and the supervisor continued with their negative attitude and, to my surprise, were supported by the store manager. I have been a SAM member for over 15 years and have always been treated professionally and courteously, but never as severely and poorly as I was treated at store #4972.  Carlos M

      Waist my time. The customer service nice but not helpful at all. Even I had to call back more than 10 times my problem still not solve. If you don't want hassle you shouldn't buy any funiture online. Almost a month nobody come to pickup the items and my money still not refund to me yet. Sick of it

      Stand in line for long periods of time to checkout. Then stand in another line for them to scan your receipt and items again to make sure you’re not stealing anything, or they call security if you walk out the door without scanning the second time. I will NEVER renew this membership.

      I ordered a Samsung TV on Oct 5, 2022 and never received it though it showed delivered on the website. After more than 8 calls I still haven’t gotten it. They refuse to refund me so that I can purchase another one from a more reliable supplier. They do not have a resolution team in place to assist longtime customers and nothing in place to assure delivery and a process for situation control. It’s truly sad that as a customer who spends thousands of dollars with a company and get no satisfaction.
