      I bought a Visa Gift Card back in May for a Mother's Day Gift and it was rejected at a restaurant we went to on that day. I went to Walmart's in Homosassa FL where the card was purchased and they said they were not responsible for the card it was supported by a third party. They gave me their information and I spoke to those people and was given a case number and was told it would be 2 to 3 weeks and I would receive a re-imbursement. Well I've sent probably 25 emails to their email address without a response and its been now 12 weeks and still nothing. I would whole heartedly warn prople about purchasing a Visa Gift Card at Walmarts anywhere they or their 3rd party people do not support their product. Thank You

      Ordered a air fryer online. They sent me a used broken one. I sent it back and never got a refund. They claim they refunded it back to my paypal, which they didn't After 3 months of back and forth and having a paypal case open, paypal closed it in walmart's favor, despite me having evidence in screenshots that walmart received the return and stated they issued a refund. Walmart also never replied. Now I am out 83.97. Nothing I can do about.

      This store is not functioning. No employees on Sunday and pickup way backed up. I had to ask for help for Garden Center 4 times. Managers allow employees to do whatever they want with no consequences. Worst Walmart I have ever been in. No apologies, nothing. Everyone in the store, including customers, are zombies. No emotions, no reactions to anything.

      I made 2 grocery orders. One was supposed to be delivered 12 to 1. It's now 6:12. The other order was supposed to be delivered between 4 and 5. Yet to receive them. If they can't full fill there orders they should replace the store with more capable employees. I am a Walmart club member. I couldn't get anyone to answer the phone at the store.

      I shopped at Walmart in Wyoming, MI (355 54th St. SW) on Thursday, August 11. I only picked up a few grocery items (approx 10 different items) of which 3 of them were scanned in MORE than the shelf price!! As I scanned my items at the check-out, 3 of the items stood out in my mind as being wrong!! I still have the pictures on my phone of the shelf prices & I still have my receipt. The items are as follows: Great Value tomato soup: shelf price, $.58; scanned price .$68
      Duncan Hines frosting: shelf price, $1.50; scanned price $1.74
      Kars trail mix: shelf price, $3.37; scanned price, $3.98
      When I went to customer service (after paying for my groceries), she nicely scanned my 3 above items & told me they scanned in the same price as when I scanned them. I laughed at her: OF COURSE THEY SCANNED IN FOR THE SAME PRICE--its all in the SAME computer--DAH!!!! I offered to go back into the grocery department & take pictures of these items.
      After taking my pictures, I of course had to stand in line AGAIN!!!! Later, I wished that I had checked my other items, but I had 2 containers on ice cream in my cart, so I hated to waste more time!! The woman was nice about it; I told her I expected that I would be receiving more than just the different between the shelf prices & the prices that I paid because there was a scanner law. She obliged!! BUT, what ticked me off AGAIN was the money returned to me was in the form of a WALMART GIFT CARD!!! (Stores usually return money to you in the form that it was originally paid.) I did NOT pay for my groceries with a gift card, I paid for them with MY Credit card!!!!
      Walmart is ripping people off! Most people are NOT numbers people & most people don't look at their receipt!! AND, another reason I am telling you this is that I was talking to a friend and she had the SAME problem at a Walmart in Otsego!! She bought groceries & the shelf price was lower than the scanned price at the checkout!

      If I could, I would give them zero stars. For such a global company, adequate and efficient operations seem to be lacking. Online ordering is prone to daily glitches. Ethics, morale, huh!

      On 08/09, I placed an online grocery delivery order to be delivered today, 08/12, from 8-9AM. Received said order, only to find five 18 oz tomatoes all spoilt with two 64 oz milk expired since 07/16– yes, you read that correctly. Okay, fine. Contact customer service, all sorted. Figured, I would place another order to be delivered today, 08/12 between 3-4PM, for unavailable and defective goods.

      Remember the online glitches…well, low and behold, not only was I not able to track my order, but not even customer service. Nice gentlemen I spoke to tried reaching out to the store, to no avail. So, I accepted that it was a late order since I received no text or email stating my order was out for delivery. I also received no phone calls, per my instructions, in the event that I was not outside already awaiting delivery. At 4:51PM, I received an app notification, text and an email stating that my order was delivered at 3:09PM. I was so perplexed. I looked in front of my apt door. Nothing! Building, nothing! As I began to dial customer service, my gaze landed on some items placed in front of the building across the street from me. So, curiously, I ventured over to find all of my grocery items in no bags, all placed on the ground, like a dog awaiting to being fed. Took photos, whilst speaking to a rep, just so shocked and flustered. I have never seen such a thing. Gentlemen did not know what to say except to offer a full refund. My problem is that these sort of discrepancies and poor customer service should never occur. Walmart should have been perfecting the game by now. So dissatisfied! I will be canceling my Walmart membership.

      I am a victim of fraud. Someone made 2 purchases on my account with Walmart. I contacted Walmart through a live chat and they had someone from their fraud department call me. They were only able to guarantee a refund on the 2nd purchase, but said they could not do anything about the 1st purchase. I would have to contact my bank (which I did immediately). I closed my account with Walmart. The next day I received an email from Walmart stating "Your order is on the way". Walmart had assured me the previous that they would cancel that fraudulent order immediately. Obviously they did not. Due to my account being closed, I was unable to live chat with customer service, so I called the number listed on my phone log from the previous day. There was no option to report fraud/scams (800) ***-****. I called my local Walmart (501) ***-**** and I was disconnected 3x, put on hold for 15 minutes once, and the phone was never answered the 4th time. I tried the (800) # again and finally got someone to verify that my account was indeed closed & that the email & their process overlapped. This has been a very stressful ordeal, which could have been easier if I had a direct line or menu option to report something as critical as fraud. Circumstances like this should not handicap a consumer to the extent that they cannot reach someone directly and timely for assistance.

      Ordered a specific Hot Wheel car pictured and sold on Walmart.com by Gonzo's Garage and paid $2.99 plus $6.00 shipping because this was a car my grandson lost. A different Hot Wheel car was substituted. These are $1 cars & the only reason I ordered it was to get that pictured and described car. The seller does not offer to pay the shipping cost for the return. A total fraudulent rip off!

      I placed an order on Walmart.com that was sold by coclub. I received the merchandise that was missing two cushions. I contacted walmart 2-3 days after opening my merchandise and told them about the missing cushions. Walmart contacted Coclub and no one has corrected the issue. I have merchandise in my possession that’s still in the original boxes that’s no use to me. Walmart has given me the run around for months. I’ve spoken to SEVERAL representatives that keep giving me a case number and tell me that the problem will be taken care of in 48 hrs. it has been a lot of 48 hrs that has passed and no resolution. I can’t believe that Walmart would continue to let Coclub sell on their website and don’t stand behind their name. It’s reviews on the website that coclub has done several other customers the same way.

      They wouldn’t return an air bed they wouldn’t return it due to a policy that was never specifically documented I’m extremely disappointed by there customer service
