      Please look into Walmart over charging. I know it’s being blown up on social media but it’s been a problem before that. It’s not an accident either because once the price rings up incorrect they don’t change it. They claimed a car seat I bought was listed under a different model and that’s why it rang up wrong but it wasn’t the new model, it was exact to the model number/barcode/and image. This happened with camping chairs as well. A .95 cent-$4.00 markup on numerous items is theft if they’re KNOWINGLY doing it and their managers are KNOWINGLY lying about the price errors to make them look innocent. If it was an actual ERROR then wouldn’t it be corrected? Instead only my individual item was corrected and the model price stayed the same in the system for the next poor schmuck.

      BEWARE WALMART ONLINE GROCERIES CUSTOMERS!!!
      I ordered groceries online for pickup from the West Riverside store in Rockford IL on July 28th to be picked up on July 29th. I have done this many times and noticed that the amounts taken out of my bank account were always HIGHER than the online receipt amount, but only by some change or $1-2, so I never bothered to find out why. This time, the amounts were almost $20 more, so I contacted customer service asking for a refund and an explanation why this happens every time. The customer service rep could not tell why, so he transferred me to another department. That rep had no explanation either, but said that these transactions looked suspicious, so she transferred me to the Risk Assessment Department. I heard back from them by an automated email saying that this order was fraudulent, and I needed to contact my bank, cancel my debit card, and get a new one. I went to my bank. The bank rep removed the charges that were fraudulent and gave me a new debit card. She also gave me a printout showing multiple charges that were attempted by someone at Walmart but didn't go through. Later that afternoon, another Walmart charge appeared in my bank account which I had my bank remove. My impression is that Walmart is not going to do anything to find who is perpetuating this fraud at Walmart. The bank rep could not tell where the fraud occurred, at the Rockford location or the Bentonville, AR billing location. I can't believe it would be difficult for Walmart to track where these charges originated and by whom, but it doesn't seem like they will do anything. I would no longer recommend buying online groceries from Walmart for pickup. Someone from Walmart can use your payment information to take more from your account than s/he is supposed to. It didn't appear to me that Walmart cares that one of their employees is committing fraud. I got only the automated email with a disclaimer in the email saying "Do not reply to this email."

      Horrible experience with a return. I bought a vacuum cleaner and it broke after my second use. So i wanted a replacement. They sent me a replacement and wanted me to return the vacuum that stopped working. I told them that I didn't have the box. So they told me that FedEx would bring the box. After leaving the vacuum twice, I learned from FedEx (not from Walmart) that they wouldn't pick up without a box. So I called Walmart and they told me that I had to use a box and once I have the box, I could schedule a delivery. Next morning, I see a charge for $269.99 on my charge card which was declined by CapitalOne. Then I called them back. They told me not to worry and I would be given more time to get the box and schedule a delivery. After two days, I get an email from Walmart that I might be charged $269.00 dollar if I didn't return it. This went on for many weeks. Finally I have the box and I called to schedule delivery. Their arrogant supervisor (Nicholas) told me that it was too late to return. I asked him to try to see if he could schedule, and he said "they would come tomorrow". Really? You told me it was too late before checking if you could schedule a pickup. Horrible experience for 4 weeks. calling the corporate didn't help. That corporate guy is worse than their customer service.

      Walmart on Cattleman Road, Sarasota, FL
      I'm 53 years old. On multiple occasions over the past year when I attempt to buy beer, sangria or spiked seltzer the store is not satisfied viewing my date-of-birth from my driver's license. THEY WANT TO ENTER MY DATE OF BIRTH INTO THEIR COMPUTER. I have refused for my protected information to be entered. They have refused to sell me the beverages. This is data collection of a sensitive nature. This is information that can be used in identity theft. Once they have told me it's the Sarasota Sheriff requirement, the next time "it's a corporate policy." This last attempt I was told it was the "alcohol people" I'm guessing they mean the ATF. I have filed 4 complaints with Wal-Mart corporate. Corporate has told me they do not have any policies to collect information. I have filed a complaint with the ATF, and the Sarasota Sheriff's Dept.
      No authoritative department has any knowledge of this practice of collecting sensitive information.
      Make Walmart stop this one-store policy.

      I placed an online order on Walmart.com. The tracking number showed it as delivered at the mailbox, but there was no package in the cluster box. I contacted Walmart chat on Friday Aug 5 at 8:40pm central time, and Tyrone took the chat. Not only did he not help me, he said it was a third party seller. I asked if he could send me a confirmation number that he submitted something to the seller, since I was reaching out to Walmart's support for a Walmart.com purchase. He asked me to hold on, and he basically had me hold until the chat timed out. I have no item and no support. Unbelievable!!!!

      * USED products sold as new
      * delivery down the building, to the neighbor, basically anywhere except to your door...

      Ordered portable Black and Decker washer (0.9 cu ft) and portable dryer (Magic chef 1.5 cu ft).
      The washer arrived and was USED!
      Returned it and had it replaced.
      the new one arrived and again... USED!
      Getting suspicious, I thoroughly inspected the dryer and turns out the dryer is used as well!!!
      Called Walmart and they will pick up the items.

      overall, over a month down the road, and still no washer dryer.

      what to watch for :
      - lint in the dryer filter
      - water in the washer filter (the one that you unscrew at the bottom)
      - dirt, stain, mold at various place
      - one washer had greasy surface

      Pharmacy tech , *******Lisa*******, what a gold mine you have landed at Walmart. It is too bad we can not have more people, like her, who care. My son was sick at home. I did not have his insurance information, Lisa went out of her way to look up my son's insurance card number. I hope my son does not have COVID. It is nice to know that there is someone who cares that my son gets treated if he does have COVID. Without the kit, I could not have done the test on my son. Thank you Lisa for making my life a little bit less stressful.

      I was there on July 30th to get 2 new tires on my vehicle and the other 2 rotated/balanced. I called multiple times the day before and no one even thought about answering the phone in the front and in the auto care center. So therefore, I went there the next morning, I got up and went there instead. So when I get there, I explained to a employee what happened and there response was they’re sorry. Then, I proceeded to the auto care center to find that I had to make a appointment. So I do for 1 pm that same day. When I came back for my appointment, they got my vehicle in at 1:15 pm. It took 3 guys to do it and it it took 3 and a half hours for 2 new tires and 2 other tires for a rotation and balance. I asked for a manager about this and she did help me with it. So when I finally got my vehicle back, as I’m leaving out, I noticed that they went through my personal belongings without my approval with things missing and money was missing also. I called multiple times again and still no answer. I called customer service about it and I still haven’t received a call back from upper management. I do want everything that was missing to be resolved and replaced asap.

      I placed a grocery pick up order at the New Hudson, Michigan store and received notice it was ready. I went to the store, parked and checked in on the app. After waiting more than 45 minutes, I called and was told they weren't going to bring it out because it was raining and I could come back tomorrow. They couldn't come out and tell me they weren't going to bring out my order and left me waiting. They could have cancelled the order before I came or had me pick it up at the orange door but I guess that would've been too customer focused. Talk about the perfect blend of employee laziness and incompetence. I should have gone to Kroger. I won't be shopping at this Walmart anymore.

      Walmart on Sardis Church Rd at this moment has 15, every pick up space with a car and no one coming out to give the groceries. I mommy wife was here for 2.5hrs and I came up here to take over waiting so she could go home since she has been here since getting off work. As I type this in the parking lot I have yet to see any employee come out. This is the most ridiculous service to make everyone wait 3hrs. No one getting their groceries at all.
