I ordered a toy piano for my granddaughter that was set to arrive Dec26th,2024. I was waiting on another shipment and this is how I found out that they were saying on my online account that it had already been delivered. I have security camera's plus had my door open all morning so I guarantee that nothing nobody showed up to my address up unto the time of the said "delivery". I've spoke to a total of 4 supervisors who all gave me the exact same story, telling me that the refund was issued Dec 28th, they had to wait 48hrs before they could issue it...Nothing was ever refunded for this item anyways, I had some other issues with ordering that was cleared up. Today when I called into cooperate to see why the $32.75 still hadn't refunded onto my account, I was told that nobody had ever issued the refund and that's why...So she supposedly put it in for today which means I will be waiting another 10 business days and then hopefully I get my money back. There's nothing I can do on my end to make up for my granddaughter's Christmas as this was the toy she had been wanting. I was offered a couple of different promo codes but would have to spend $45 to even use them.

Horrible customer service. I purchased 3 flyer bumper cars for my toddlers as Christmas gifts. One of them is defective and the joystick stopped working with less than 2 weeks of use. I check which stores have it in stock and the Lawrenceville showed in stock. I went to that store first and they were no help. I waited over 15 minutes for a manager to come speak with me. I then go to the Buford location and the manager there acted as if he didn’t have the time to even hear my issue and concern. He passed me off to someone who stopped 3 times to talk to someone else in the middle of me trying to explain my issue. They then tell me I have to pay the current price for the item when I returned a defective item. Offered no other solution which doesn’t make sense. Why not price match it since the item was originally purchased at the Buford location? Crazy. I then contact customer service for them to tell me there’s nothing they can do either. This is bad for business and I will be returning the additional 2 I purchased and won’t be shopping at Walmart again. This is not how this should have been handled.

Walmart is refusing to service me and I had to walk out and leave my car because Walmart pay has been giving me problems saying that I need to call a number as if I'm fraud and I call that number and there was no solution and now I'm having to walk away and be refused to purchase items because I can't use Walmart pay and I don't have my debit card. This is the third time I've been refused service at Walmart and had to walk away and leave without buying anything and I have money on my card but I can't even tap the pay or you Samsung pay I'm stuck with Walmart pay and Walmart pay is telling me to call the 1-800 number as if I need to verify my identity and I don't understand that and I'm very upset because Walmart just closed and I didn't even get a chance to get what I had in the car I had to walk out the store and being embarrassed I might need to call somebody about this and find out what I need to do because this is not right

I did my shopping for my products and went thru self check out and paid for my items and had the receipt sent to my phone and when I went to leave the store a Wal mart employee ask to see my review and I told her that I had it sent to my phone sha ask if she could see my phone and I thought it was in my truck so I went to get it and it wasn't there so I went back home cos I thought I forgot it and left it home I get home and found it laying in my driveway I had dropped it out of my pocket when getting in my truck and I run over it and destroyed it so I drove back to Wal mart with my phone and showed it to a girl and she assisted I speak to her manager about this so I said ok I stood and waited for about 5 to 8 mins and manager never came to speak to me in that time so by now I'm getting hott cos they treating me like I'm a shoplifter and the whole time there was a Wal mart employee standing behind me watching me ring up my stuff so she could have told the lady that ask for my receipt she seen me pay for my items but they insisted I give them the receipt but my phone is destroyed so I couldn't show them the receipt .but any how I left the store without any of the items that I purchased cos Wal mart employee wouldn't let me leave so after I left I went and bought another phone and when I got home I called the store about 5 or 6 times and never got an answer so I called the corporate office and told them what happened.i haven't heard back from them but I spent about 120 some odd dollars and didn't get 1 thing that I paid for and I never got nothing but a loss of my money and rude unprofessional service from Wal mart they treated me like I was a criminal.

I have had the worst customer service experience today trying to order food to be delivered. I got up early today on 1/4/25 Saturday morning to order $268.29 worth of food and paid the delivery fee for it to be delivered from 2 pm to 4 pm CT and it never was delivered. I noticed my order showed delayed, so I called customer service and was told I needed to call the store to find out what was going on. I was given the number of the Walmart store which I believe to be the store in Omaha on Birch Dr. I called and was told the problem was that no drivers were available to pick up my order in this area and I said if you can't get a driver by 7:00 pm CT to call me back. The store called and said they couldn't get a driver, so I need to reschedule my order. I then went online and tried to reschedule my order immediately, only to find out it was full on Sunday 1/5/25 so I couldn't reschedule at all. I ended up calling customer service again and they said they would make sure that i get my food tomorrow. This is very bad customer service when a person pays for delivery at a certain time, and you take all of their money but can't get the food delivered. Now I have to wait another whole day if I even get it then and as a customer I am just suppose to sit here and deal with this. Nothing was ever offered to me as far as a credit for delivery and I'm still not sure if it will be delivered tomorrow. smh

Walmart is a very good place to shop; you may find a store anywhere in the United States. I like their prices; they're affordable and within budget. I don't even mind the self-checkout when it is performing properly. Oh, and sometimes when I order electronics online, the prices are within budget, but it's not long before there's a problem with the device, or when there's a warranty that Walmart and the manufacturer share after the customer purchases the device. There may be a problem with who will honor the warranty policy first. For a while now, I've run into problems getting my groceries delivered, and when I lived in Abilene, Texas a year ago, the delivery drivers wouldn't deliver or allow me to pick up my groceries. This isn't a sob story for pity; this complaint is about my rights as a Walmart customer who has been discriminated against by Walmart employees with malicious intent who fail to abide by policy and procedure. The delivery drivers have failed; online customer service is very aware of these problems I mention. This issue is with groceries and anything else that I order directly from the stores, and I'm without transportation. I feel this is a great service for others like me, but it is highly maliciously misused against me when I place online grocery orders. I never had a problem when I could pick up my orders; this has been an ongoing problem for a while. I have plenty of documents of delayed orders that never make it to me for very unusual reasons. The current order I placed was today, January 3, 2025, and I placed the order at 11:00 am; arrival time was 4-6 pm. The driver backed into my driveway and left without leaving my groceries on my porch as I requested. Then she says she attempted to deliver, and then they rerouted the order to be delivered between 9 pm and 11:00 pm. The driver was in routing for about 30 minutes near my address; she later sends me a failed attempt email. This is a form of discrimination; they are refusing to deliver to me.

I had a terrible experience with a so called Pharmacy Technician by the name of Pam she was SO RUDE! I don't understand how she can be employed by Walmart if they are all about customer service. I offered to verify my ID number since I had new Part D insurance and Miss Thang cut me off to tell me they had it so I offered to verify it with her she didn't say "okay let's do that" dead silence then comes at me with "HELLO" Like I was keeping her up or something I told her I didn't know if she was there or not since it was dead silence! I used a four letter word too! Asked for a superior they said she never had complaints which I find hard to believe with her attitude. So I told them I was not going to let this rest. If you get in the medical field it's to HELP PEOPLE it's not for the money I would know I'm a Pharmacy Technician myself and I Medical biller of 20+yrs so I know the laws and when they are breaking them and the tricks and trades of working in a call center so I called them out on it. The treatment that Pam gave was disgusting she does not need to be a Walmart employee if she will be giving the attitude she does. I don't know if she was PO because she wanted to go and party but that's not my problem she should be happy she's getting time and a half for her working but she's a rude thing that needs to be fired

I purchased several items at the local Walmart and had a pleasant experience with most of the staff until I attempted to leave.
As I tried to exit after I made my purchases an employee requested to see my receipt which is fine. I refused as it isn’t required of me by law and I was in a hurry. The employee then grabbed my cart, preventing me from leaving. He held me there several minutes until presumably loss prevention or a manager verified my purchase via camera footage.
This stoppage was unacceptable and if I had time or energy I’d be tempted to file a claim of false imprisonment.
In short, I’m giving two stars because I’m unsure this is a failure of management or a single employee. Either way, it is unacceptable to attempt to hold a customer without any other reason than a refusal to show a receipt.
I don’t like to cause problems as a customer. I like to spend my money and time as wisely as possible. Due to both of the reasons above I will never choose to shop at this location again. I’m also reconsidering my membership status at my local Sam’s Club.
