      Horrible horrible company they provide false advertising and then tell lies after lies about the issue. Lets say i attempted to order a PlayStation for my son, website advertising 35 min delivery ok cool perfect im a single mom and couldnt go buy it at the store cause he was with me, hes 9 and still believes in Santa. Ok moving forward i order it its saying delivery up till 10 pm ok np i can wait time was passing and no movement on the delivery call them twice was told we assure u it will be delivered by 10pm just be patient. Well i never got it and my night and sons Christmas was ruined, i cried all night long i was soo upset. Moving forward i call the day after Christmas and was told twice to just go ahead and cancel it and reorder it WHAAATT i wouldnt have a problem doing that but you see now the price went up and this is how they get you . So i call the lying agents once again only to be told more lies oh you can reorder it at the same price no problem ha ha ha. Today is the 28 and guess what my order was cancelled kudos walmart kudos so once again i contact the liers only to be told they can not honor that price and i would have to wait until it goes back on sale. Great customer service for a billion dollar company aye. I will never in my life shop at walmart or order another product online from this company and they should be sued for this kind of crap.

      A placed an order from Walmart.com to have groceries delivered. When the driver arrived, the items that he delivered where not for me. They had a different name on them. He told me to call Walmart and I did. The driver did come back to pick up the incorrect items and I was told by customer support that I would receive my order when the driver returned to the store. At 1:30, I went to online customer support and they said that they would place a priority on the order and that the store was doing everything they could to deliver the order. At 4:30, I still didn't have the items, and I went to Twitter and contacted Customer support. They said to wait 72 hours and I would receive a resolution to my issue. I still don't have the items and now they are telling me that I would receive my refund which will 10 business days for the store to receive the items back and refund those items through the store. Their idea was to give me a 10.00 future credit and apologize for the inconvenience. I don't have transportation and some of those items were important for me. To have wait 10 days to process a refund is ridiculous. I won't ever shop at Walmart again.

      I ordered a memorial book online through the photo center. I called to follow up on ETA set by online application to make sure it would be ready for service so my family could sign it. I show up the next day at 4pm to pickup for the lady in the photo department to tell me she has the pictures and book but unfortunately it hasn't been put together and it's not her problem because walmart has glitches. I called customer sat spoke with 2 reps who just wanted to write it off as an apology and refund. This is my family and my grandmothers memorial book the whole family needs to sign before leaving. Walmart scammed me out of my money telling me it would be ready and sent emails telling me to pickup and also shows on app ready. These people do not give a crap about the customer!!!! I would take over the situation and make it a priority to make this right. This is completely hurtful and false advertising. This walmart location has the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE AND MOST COLD PEOPLE I'VE EVER DEALT WITH IN LIFE THEY JUST DO NOT CARE!!! THANKS WALMART FOR MAKING A HARD ENOUGH DAY EVEN MORE DIFFICULT WE WERE COUNTING ON THIS MEMORIAL BOOK!

      My experience with Walmart’s order pickup service this morning was extremely disappointing and frustrating. I arrived expecting a quick and efficient process, only to sit and wait for over 20 minutes for a single item. I finally decided to just leave the store.
      To make matters worse, I observed the Wal-Mart employees prioritizing customers who were arriving after I had parked. It was as if I didn’t exist. Not once did I see any sense of urgency from the employees—no acknowledgment of the inconvenience they were causing, just wasting my valuable time.
      This is unacceptable. Walmart is a massive corporation with more than enough resources to streamline its pickup process. They’ve completely neglected the customer experience.

      Walmart is the happiest company ever. Order items. They charge my card. Then cancell my order. I have spent 3 hrs on hold to f8nally get a person to be hung up on. ******* ***** *** *** ***** ****** *** ******** *** ** *** ******

      I wen,t to my local Walmart the other day to pick up a couple of items and decieded to get a 12 pack of beer. A little background, I am 70 years old, and a Vietnam era veteran with no criminal record. I get to the self checkout and the associate comes over to check my ID, which I think is insulting to begin with. Understand I have been fighting with the liscence office over renewing my liscence online as I live in a rural area and don't have transportation to get to the office, so my liscence is expired by a few days. After this child has me pull my liscence from my wallet she rips the 12 pack out of my cart, very rudely, and tells me she can not sell me the beer. A blind person could tell I was over 21. Now I know the law in Tennessee, as ridiculous as it is, says all people must be carded, but I never get ID'd because the other places have these wonderful tools called eyes and common sense. If this isn't elder abuse, I don't know what is.

      I ordered a Canon camera online on the Walmart website. The total cost was above 1200 dollars. The order was confirmed by email, then in the same minute, I received another email to cancel it, and it let me know my credit card would be refunded but that could take up to 10 business days. I went back online and chatted with someone who said this was simply for fraud protection for large purchases, but that I should wait 2 hours and place the order again and it would be fixed. I did that, and this time, the order was confirmed the same day, then cancelled a few hours later. Still no reason why it's cancelled. When I called Walmart service, they said they would escalate it to another level of support and that I will get an email tomorrow about it and then I can place my order again. My credit card was refunded from the first order, but is still debited from the 2nd order. I don't understand why they operate this way. This seems like a very bad way to do business. And why charge my credit card if the order is going to be cancelled almost immediately? It seems like fraud to me.

      Extremely Disappointed and Unsafe Practices
      I went to the Walmart Auto Center on December 8th to have a dangerous tire replaced, as it was balding and had a ball. I made it clear to the technicians which tire needed replacement. After leaving my car with them for five hours (2 PM to 7 PM), I was charged for a new tire and a warranty, trusting the work was completed correctly.
      Today, I was involved in an accident and discovered the tire I specifically asked to be replaced was never changed—it was the same old, unsafe tire! This negligence not only cost me time and money but also put my safety, and the safety of others on the road, at serious risk.
      This level of carelessness is unacceptable. If I pay for a service, I expect it to be done right. The fact that your team let me leave with a hazardous tire after charging me for a replacement is beyond unprofessional—it’s outright dangerous.
      I would NOT recommend this auto center to anyone. If you care about your vehicle or safety, take your business elsewhere.

      Because a delivery driver couldn’t be bothered to deliver my Christmas items to the correct address I didn’t get a Christmas. Walmart didn’t care and felt it was okay because I would get my money back and the “incident had been documented”
