1 starI got glasses from Walmart Health and Wellness and paid my share at the time of purchase. I was told there was no remaining balance or additional fees.
However, nine months later, I received a bill claiming I still owe money. When I called the number listed, I was connected to a call center overseas, where the representatives were demanding payment.
I went back to the Walmart Optical Center where I got my glasses, and they confirmed that the bill is legitimate. They explained that the issue is with Walmart’s billing department, which has repeatedly submitted claims to only one of my insurance providers instead of both, resulting in a billing error.
I’ve spoken with several people who advised me not to pay the bill at this time, and I do not feel comfortable doing so—especially considering the security concerns and the rudeness I experienced when speaking with the call center. At this point, I feel like I’m being scammed and no longer feel like a valued customer.
To make matters worse, I received a second bill today claiming I didn’t pay the copay and now owe even more. This is confusing and upsetting, because I did pay my share—otherwise, I would not have been given my glasses. The Optical Center staff even confirmed that my balance is clear on their end, yet they cannot access or resolve the billing issue coming from corporate.
I am asking for this to be investigated and resolved as soon as possible. I should not be held responsible for internal errors between departments, especially when I did everything required of me at the time of purchase.Review fromAntonio B

5 starsI just purchased a 2008 audi a6 out 9f state. Just paid for my registration and title. I take my car to Walmart for my cars first oil change. They were taking a really long time to do just a oil change. When I went to check they were pushing my car out of garage. Mechanic said my car was working perfectly fine when they drove it into the garage for my oil change, but when they got done, it wouldn't move. They pushed me and I coasted through 0arking lot and to road almost getting hit by traffic. It was so dangerous thar some one jumped out their truck to push my car out of traffic into a parking lot. Had my car towed to the sho0 and they confirmed that Walmart drained all my tramission fluid instead of oil. Walmart sent me the funds for the other shop to fill my tramission fluid and another oil change. No more than 2 hours after my car started to stall out on me again. Got it towed to tramission shop who verified that I need to replace my tramission. Walmart case worker instructs me to send invoice of the estimate which I did along with rental. I called and talked to another case worker who put me on hold to talk to my original case worker. He verified that my case worker saw my emails and will send me the documents to sign at the notary. So I let the tramission shop know I was getting the money to pay for my car to get fixed. 10 mins later I get the email from my case worker stating that they cannot accept the estimate from the shop bc my car is worth the estimate to fix it. Tell the shop rebuil or refurbishment tramission which I already did and why are they saying complete different things!Review fromLeonard M

1 starDon't order from their website...often times it is just a third party seller that uses their website and name to sell products. I had to order something three times before I got it. First order was a no-show, second order was wrong item, third time was finally the charm. But when I called Walmart customer support about the second one they said their records show it was delivered, even though I had pictures of the package and its erroneous content. They told me sorry its delivered, contact the seller or go thru your bank to retrieve the money. Sorry what? Do not purchase through Walmart.com, they do not police their third party sellers, and will basically tell you tough luck if there is an issue. You cannot use their website with any degree of confidence.Review fromAndrea B

THEY NEED A BETTER SOLUTION ON THE ADJUSTMENTS FOR THESE ONLINE ORDERS. CURBSIDE ONLINE ORDERS ARE NOT A CONVENIENCE AT ALL DEALING WITH THE AFTER MATH.Review fromMarta M

1 starUnfortunately, I overpurchased grocery food items the day before yesterday for our Family Reunion. I was attempting to return what wasn't used because I couldn't store them anywhere, I l
reside seven hours away, which I explained to Mr. Aaron, CSR. There was myself, my young son and a line full of other customers who appeared to be equally offended, since they spoke about the situation.
The first Cashier tried to use my Regions Debit Card but she couldn't find it and had to leave. Mr. Aaron, who never tried, was rude, combative and insensitive. This is where it got icky and I was embarrassed in front of other customers. Though, I'd previously explained that the system maybe flawed because the Shell Gas Station Cashier had to reboot her system when my Card declined several times, it's in the same area as this store. He responded, "For Ebt reasons, they could no longer return food items". Clearly, I was holding my debit card that I used to purchase in my hand.
What did EBT have to do with this? The gentleman behind me asked what's that have to do with returns or anything before I could. Mr. Aaron repeated the same thing but added that I could exchange it with similar items.
When I got to the bread aisle, I saw Mr. Miguel, he had, Digital written on his name tag. He wasn't sure what to exchange it with so he phoned another Associate. I explained that Mr. Aaron was rude. But, before I could explain what he said to me, he got on the phone. The Rep on the phone instructed him to consult CSR. He stated he'd come back to the aisle but after several minutes of waiting and I felt demeaned already, I left. It was just too much!
I phoned the corporate office explaining what transpired and was transferred to the Ethics Department. The phone kept hanging up so I decided to write this review, in hopes that Employees will receive Training about racial sensitivity and profiling.
This ordeal was very unsettling. I just wanted to help but never received it.Review fromDWIGHT G

1 starPurchased a battery with 3 yr warranty online. EVERSTAR BATTERY 75 in Dec 2022. Battery is only sold online now, and still under warranty but Walmart, nor the manufacturer replace a battery still under warranty. Being dealing with this via Walmart since March 2025. I had the manufacturer on the phone with a representative from Walmart.com on the phone and the manufacturer told Walmart and myself that Walmart is to exchange this battery on a recorder call to Walmart.com.Review fromJermaine H

1 starI had Walmart plus for over a year and was supposed to be discounted at half price with food stamps verified via a third party. I was verified but charged full price for a full year after months of complaining with empty promises of the issue to be escalated and my money to be refunded to me I cancelled my Walmart account.Review fromJesus V

1 starVERY BAD experience at the Walmart Supercenter in Rio Grande City, Tx.
We purchased an item that was marked down and even after telling the teller about the price change we were charged the regular price.
Took the item to customer service and we were treated VERY BAD and VERY RUDE by the lady at customer service, she was arguing with my wife about the charge that they did wrong, TOTAL *****, she had no concept of what Customer Service means, they need to get trained in how to treat the customer.
CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT.... Like is said TOTAL ****** together with their manager Jaquelin.
