      DATE: APRIL 28, 2025; REGARDING: WALMART STEALING MONEY
      On 4/6/2025, received email from Paypal indicating a withdrawal from WALMART. Baffled, I called WALMART at 1(800)925-XXXX. Spoke to 3 reps on 4/6/2025: Shade, Jedidiah, and Ahmed, all of whom lied to me. Ahmed investigated, then told me the $105.60 charge was for a WALMART MEMBERSHIP. I explained that I DID NOT HAVE NOR HAVE I EVER HAD a WALMART MEMBERSHIP. After both he and I researched and shared our individual findings, he concluded the membership was created IN 2024 by mistake, and he said, "This happens to customers sometimes unbeknownst to them," a statement I found shocking! Went on to inform me that when this happens, the customer is refunded. He refunded me the $105.60 on 4/6/2025 for 2025 charge. BUT...he would NOT refund me the $105.60 charged in 2024 for the fake membership. Said he'd escalate a dispute & to give it 7/10 days to be resolved. This was a lie. Phone call w/ Ahmed was 1.5 hrs. Never heard back so I called WALMART. Woman rep also lied to me, told me Billing Department will call me in 24 hrs. Never called! 4/26/2025 I called WALMART. On phone 3 hrs. Rep lied. Asked for supervisor. Supervisor AngelMicah got on the line, lied repeatedly. AngelMicah hung up on me. I called WALMART back. Spoke to Zain. On phone 40 minutes. I explained situation to Zain. He informed me that I had been lied to by ALL the WALMART reps, including Supervisor AngelMicah. Told me WALMART won't refund me & Billing Dept. won't call me. Said to contact my bank, put in a dispute, then, by law, WALMART will have to call me & refund me. MY 100% BELIEF: WALMART purposely put systems in place to prevent their employees from taking care of customers & even have their reps lie to customers all in an effort to exhaust customers so they'll give up the fight of trying to get their money back, which allows WALMART to keep that money.
      Smoke and mirrors effect!!! SHAMEFUL! NEVER SHOP AT WALMART!!!

After about 15 phone calls and countless emails. I finally received all of the boxes. One hand doesn’t know what the other is doing. An

      Walmart is a Behemoth of a company that treats it's Customers without respect. They cancelled my account without a reason and now will not let me return any products to the stores. What Walmart did is illegal, unethical, and unprofessional. My attorney says I have a seven figure lawsuit against Walmart. My number is if you want to join me in my class action lawsuit against Walmart. Amazon knows how to treat its Customers with respect.

      Scheduled a Walmart pick up for 5 to 6 PM in Burley Idaho. I have been here since 5:30 PM. It is now 7 PM and still waiting for my order. I drove an hour and a half to get here. I could have gone in and shopped myself, but I thought I would use the service they offered Because I’m very limited on time. I have a big crew to feed tomorrow which is why I have to to have the groceries. I still have to travel an hour and a half Home once I actually receive the scheduled pick up. Even if they came out right now, it puts me home at 9 PM. I don’t know how long I’m gonna have to wait but as of now I’ve been waiting here an hour and a half.

      I am a Walmart+ member I enjoyed the no minimum benefit it afforded. I didn’t use it much but when I needed something’s under 35 dollars it was great. Just recently I needed a few things that came to 28 dollars they charged me the 6.99 delivery charge. I had to fight them to get my money back but I got it. It still advertised in benefits no minimum purchase.
      They just lost this member.

      Walmart at 1 Frankel Way Cockeysville Maryland has been delaying my order for HOURS. The store will not pick up the phone and customer service has hung up on me over a dozen times. They were WELL aware that they wouldn't be able to deliver my order, not even on time, NOT AT ALL. Now the store is closed and I am without any food to eat. I could have gone and gotten myself if they had just BEEN HONEST amd ACTUALLY CONTACTED me to say they could not deliver. My Easter is RUINED and I am without food, no contact, no customer service, no refund. I have no more money to order or go somewhere else. How do I file a legal complaint? I expect my money back AND some sort of apology gift card or a free year of walmart plus or SOMETHING. I have proof of everything and this is NEGLIGENCE. I AM LIVID.

      I’m a Walmart customer and a Walmart plus member and still me and my kids for a couple days haven’t been able to eat because Walmart either canceling my orders or never bringing my orders at all. I pay for them to deliver it and nobody’s sent it out. I’ve been waiting since 6 o’clock to get my order. It’s going on 11 o’clock and Walmart it’s about to close this is unacceptable

      A few problems recently with this business. First and for most is a false advertisement issue. The website claims check cashing for up to $7000, but in reality the limit is only $1500. The second issue is a combination of their automotive department and website billing issues. I've had multiple holds on my bank that lasted well over a month for twice the amount that was claimed by the website. They have also tried to charge me twice for tire installation. Once on the website and then again when I had the tire mounted. The website is a huge problem. Including issues with fake products on the market place. My opinion, steer clear of the site unless you know what you are doing.

      they cannot ship orders correctly, expect you to spend money to return items they ship you that are incorrect, and keep your money. tell you they understand that's total bull they don't they just rip you off and you don't get everything you pay for. even at times what you order gets delivered to the wrong address by their delivery drivers and you have fight to get your money back. that bad business.
