      I was a Walmart member for a short period. I had ordered my groceries online on Walmart web site on Oct 4, 2022. The total was $29.45 ($25.45 for groceries, $4.00 tip). I never receiver my ordered groceries or refund issued of said items. I called several times about it. I was told my order could not be delivered. The driver got mixed up. After waiting awhile, I became upset with Walmart who failed its promise to good customer satisfaction and guaranteed its delivery services. I have checked my bank account and there is no deposit of said amount from Walmart. I am tired of waiting and I want my total refund of $29.45. for poor service.

      Pharmacy is out of prescription. Wont try to find some at other pharmacies. Leave u to do their job. If they dont want to work time to find a different job.

      I think Walmart can not stand up for their own customer's. The pharmacy has lied to my face. They make fun of me. They are disgusting to me. Then they lie and, say I was treated fair. I am disabled and, can not deal with this behavior They should not treat people this way. I do not deserve to be cussed at. I would like an apology and, a gift card.

      I am so sick of getting the junk email every 15 minutes from them. It has been impossible for me to get anything done for hearing my email go off constantly. They need to stop.

      Walmart located in Center, Texas 75935. I went here yesterday and today. When associate's in the Halloween and holiday isle saw me on both days, they didn't ask me how I was, didn't try to help me and stayed in the way so that many customers had a difficult time getting down the isles to shop. Yesterday an associate was on her phone just standing here and another one was in the isle and was very slow to move. Today (Oct. 29th, 2022) at around 4:30pm in the holiday isle to the right of the Halloween isle, an associate didn't speak to me at all, she spoke to the other associates loudly next to me that filled up the isle and then made it difficult for me to leave the isle with my cart. I really value customer service so this was really disgusting to witness two days. Associate's engage with the customer less and less unless they know them personally. Can you, please, retrain these employees to uphold the old guidelines about speaking to customers within 10 feet? It's extremely rude and is going to result in loss of business.

      I ordered online an LG television at approx. 5 am in the morning on the Walmart online web site. Walmart delivered the 50 inch television in about 4 hours the same day. However, because of my busy schedule I was unable to be at my home to sign for the package , so the package was canceled by Walmart. I believe Walmart could have left my prepaid order with security in my building.

      Walmart lived up to my low opinion of this business. i am a pharmacist and very busy so ordered a number of items to save me time. Of course, the unimportant items arrived. The most important items were delayed. I called yesterday and was told they had no idea why it was delayed. Huh? How is that possible? It is their ordering system. i was told to give it 24 hours. Again, I called and told it was probably "stuck" in the system and should cancel it. This is not the first time I have had problems with ordering from Walmart online and friends and neighbors of mine confirm with me that they also have had problems with their online ordering. I felt bad for the customer service person forced to try to explain an archaic and disasterous system.

      Re: Walmart+. It's a valuable service until there is a problem. My membership was cancelled by Walmart, but I was unable to find out why. I was advised to initiate a new membership with a different email address. I did so. Then I began being double billed for the that membership. For 5 days I tried to reach billing to find out why. First of all, customer service phone number is not on the site. I had to find it on google. Otherwise, you have to start a text session and go through this ridiculous "bot" before you can contact a rep. Each time I called I was advised I need to speak with "Membership". I would be transferred somewhere, and they, too, told me I needed to speak with "Membership." Good luck getting to this phantom "Membership" dept. Once I finally reached a "Membership" rep today, He couldn't figure out what was happening and his best answer was to have MY bank dispute the charges so they can start an investigation. I did that last month. I canceled this membership, which really sucks because I do all my grocery shopping at Walmart. I've had problems with delivery also, and Walmart always puts the onus of resolution on the customer! Why should I, or my bank, have to resolve a Walmart error? Walmart has no problem taking your money, but heaven forbid you try to get it back. And where the heck is my money going? Walmart has no interest in finding out.

      I had a 10am appointment at the Walmart auto center to have my 4 tires checked for air leakage. There were numerous people waiting for their vehicles to be serviced, oil changes, new tires, rotations..these were all walk ins! All their vehicles were pulled into the bays and serviced and done before mine even got pulled in. Some of the people came in after me. All long gone and mine was the only one still there. Over 3 hours. They completely ignored the fact that I had an app. I will never take my car back to be serviced again. I am still sitting here alone as everyone else is long gone!

      I'm sick of products I need being locked up and help being who knows where.
      I'm sick of being locked in if you try to exit through auxiliary exits after paying.
      This walmart treats its PAYING customers like crap while catering to thieves. I should not be harassed or sneered at by the greeter for trying to leave after IVE PAID.
      "Management" doesn't care to address the policies that are alienating paying customers.
      I guess I'll join the boycott walmart movement. Jerks.
