      Cards sent out an email notifying ******** ***** customers they had purchased the business. I called the following day to cancel my service with Cards. They told me they would waive the charges, but then I received a bill for service for April and May. I emailed disputing the charges, and they removed the May charge but not the April charge. They are now threatening to send me to collections over service I never received.

      Trash service paid 3 months in advance ($72)
      My trash is to be picked up every Tuesday
      I have 7 people living on my house so a lot of trash- for 2 weeks they were 3 days late which resulted in a lot of trash build up at the curb. The 3rd week no trash service and I’m still waiting
      I have called and each time they assure me it will be that day or the next
      This is a very unsanitary situation

      I paid for their trash removal since May 2023. I was paying for trash pick up every Monday. I only got trash picked up correctly 1 month out of all the months I paid. I cancelled service on July 9th. I was told they would pick up my dumpster with in 24 to 48 hours. July 15th called back and spoke to Kimberly. She asked I wanted to cancel service I told her I already did on the 9th of July. I wanted to know when they were gonna get their dumpsters. She accused me of cussing her, which I did not. I informed her that I would be charging a $10. daily for dumpster storage. I told her I was recording the conversation and she hung up. I am now receiving a bill for July and a $76. Charge for picking up the dumpster. I paid the $75. dumpster removal fee but will not pay their July bill. I no longer want to pay for service I don't get.

      At the end of April, we purchased our home in Ozark, MO. The previous owners had contracted with Cards Recycling for garbage pick-up and had paid through the end of June. We continued to use Cards after we moved in since it was already paid for. Garbage pick-up day is on Monday and because of the Memorial Day holiday garbage was not picked up on May 27 which is normal. Garbage was not picked up at all that week or the following week. At the end of June, I called Cards to get an account set up in our name and they adjusted the amount due for the two missed weeks. I paid for garbage pick-up through the end of September. Garbage was again not picked up on July 23. I called Cards and they said that they would escalate the case. Still no garbage pick-up. Garbage pick-up was missed again on July 29.
      I called Cards again on July 30th and they said it would be picked up within 48 hours. That did not happen. Garbage was finally picked up late in the day on August 5. I called Cards today to inquire about canceling my garbage service and asked for a refund. I was told that they don't do refunds. Even with lousy service. No apology given for multiple missed pick-ups. Since I am paid up until the end of September, I decided not to cancel or I would be out the money I have already paid. I would appreciate any assistance you can provide in either getting Cards to pick-up my garbage as agreed upon or helping me to cancel and get a refund. Thank you for your help.

      ******** trash service sold out Cards Recycling and they would rarely pick up as in miss 4-5 weeks at a time. I started asking them in June to cancel my service and pick up the can but they won't and keep billing us. They've even called the cops on us saying we were holding guns on their driver so they tried "swatting" us. Please help us and other wright county folks out.

      This trash service company will charge for 3 months of service and not show up for weeks. When you prepay for a service that doesn’t happen you should get refunded. Not only do they not offer refunds the charge a cancelation fee. They are collecting money and not providing service.

      Trash has NOT been collected from resident. It has piled up and yet I was charged for trash service. No one answers the phone when calling in to ask when it will be picked up. The company leaves automatic voice mails when pick up day is but fails to pick up trash. I have paid for services and I an not getting them. This is ridiculous, I also paid for a trash can and have yet received it. No explanation and you can not just call and cancel. No one calls or returns emails. I just want to be done with this business. It is not a fair business and it is just stealing from people.

      We have cancelled our trash service with CARDS Recycling mid June. As to date 080324, we have now cancelled at least 5 times via phone and email. The company continues to come pick up our trash and is continuing to send us bills with added late fees. We have contacted them numerous times but this issue is not getting resolved and if it doesn't get fixed, they will continue to perform a service that we cancelled and continue to rack up bills with late fees. We need this resolved as soon as possible as we do not want their services any longer and have tried everything we can to cancel. We have asked for supervisors to contact us or to speak with someone higher up and no one is willing to help us or contact us back.

      Our previous trash service ** ******** sold to CARDS Holdings and we were automatically switched over to use there service. We constantly have weeks skipped where they say they will just pick up the next week. This specific run we haven’t has trash picked up sign July 16, and today is August 3. I had called on July 31 after it was missed for another week cycle and they said they would put in a work order and it would be picked up by Friday which it wasn’t. They said they can’t refund for missed services. However they haven’t picked up so we have switch to a new service that offered to come out on Saturday to pick up. This isn’t just for us there are hundreds probably thousands of clients in our area that are all suffering the same issues.

      Since this business took the payment out of my checking account on 6/13/24 they have picked up my trash 1 time. I call every week and keep getting promises that they will pick up my trash. I would just like my trash picked up every week like I agreed to. Or for them to only charge on the weeks they pick it up.
